Wasn't told at check in that train wasn't running and planned our day around it, wasn't provided an event sheet either or told about events at check-in, had to take a Pic off the sport area building. Movie room has a bad smell. Pool area was nice, fridge in cabin isn't very cold and had to buy more hamburger meat. Golf carts should be cheaper to rent for the day. 50 instead of 80 dollars

Everything was great as usual it was only that the cabin needed dusting. Cobwebs in corners, on light fixtures and so much dust on the fan in the main room I dared not to turn it on. Also, the handle came loose on the toilet and I took off the top to tighten it and the inside of the toliet was black with mold?

We had a great time! Clean, fun, and safe. We rented a golf cart (just wish you could keep it until 9/10pm!) We sawm, ate at mad dog saloon, ice cream many times (the fried food at ice cream stand is great too!) We rented banana bikes, did activities and saw mill city next door. Saw 1 skunk but he minded his own business! Staff was 10/10! See you next summer!

Our cabin was filthy we had to wipe up a few spills a few times and both times the paper towels were black in filth. We had to have the fridge replaced as we weren’t able to use the freezer as it was completely full of frost the staff were great at coming and replacing it for us.

Everything was great except the pull out bed in cabin 102. It was horrible, tilts head down, crunchy plastic, no padding. 2 nights of being sleep deprived!

It was my familys first time staying at a KOA. The entire staff was wonderful and accomodating. The bathrooms could have been much cleaner for our whole stay and skunks had us in our cabin much too early. However, we enjoyed our stay and all there was to offer.

We love visiting the KOA in Port Huron and typically go a few times a year. I just wish the train rides would be more consistent. My son sees the tracks and asks to ride the whole time.

We went swimming both days. The pool was very cold, but clean and refreshing. We rented a golf cart, and that was nice. We rented a banana bike for our 7yr old. It was in rough shape, but worked and she had a blast. The food and ice cream at the front restaurant is always good!

We were excited to continue our fond memories of camping here with our grandson, son and daughter-in-law. We weren’t at our site unloading less than 10 minute when an older man in a Jeep Renegade pull up to recite the rules. We asked who he was as he did not have a KOA badge. He responded “the owner”. Maybe he should worry less about his investment and welcome the guest's more appropriately.

Overall, I enjoyed my stay, but was not pleased with my location or not having the necessity of a fridge or microwave which I was unaware of being inconvenienced for this matter, please remind the customer of such cabins not having appliances before purchase if possible.

Stayed at an 8 sleeper cabin. Nice overall but the floors were dirty, cupboards don’t stay closed, the bbq was filthy and the glider was broken. Usually a great stay at this KOA. I love this KOA but disappointed with the cabin. Paying top dollar I was expecting a clean well kept cabin. If we do choose this KOA I will request a different cabin and hope it’s better. Standards are slipping.

The park has gone ‘downhill’ a bit from previous stays. Our cabin door didn’t quite close, even with the deadbolt, the kitchen areas were dirty, train wasn’t working, quiet hours weren’t really enforced (the cabin next to us was loud up until about 3:30am). Not sure we’d return to this location.

I think the cabin should be cleaned better, when I wiped up water from the floor with a paper towel, the paper towel was black. The bedroom with the queen bed, ceiling fan very dirty, only two bulbs working in ceiling fan, dark in there,lots of cob webs stuck to walls. Bathroom very dark. Chased inside by skunks at campfire both nights.

The bathrooms were dirty , the showers had mildew curtains and the drains smelled like cat litter. The cleaners need to be supervised on how and what to clean, they walk around with spray bottles and barely wipe counters. I told a staff member it smells she said I’m nose blind.

We had a great time and are looking forward to visiting again next summer! We stayed during the week so it was quiet. I docked a star from my review because our cabin wasn’t very clean. The floors were gritty from dirt, the A/C units and bathroom fan were very dusty. The beds were clean, but uncomfortable. The activities were lots of fun. It would be nice to have a heated pool or hot tub though!

Very disappointed with our stay. Cabin was not what we booked and had to sleep in very uncomfortable bunk beds, we booked a loft with 2 bunk beds, not 4 bunk beds. All beds were very uncomfortable. AC kept shutting off, microwave didn’t work, TV was too fuzzy to watch. For $300USD I expected more. We have stayed in them before and found this to be the worst we have stayed in.

I would never come back ! The owner is so run to kids or maybe just racist to black / mix kids . He came up to the president of our football team to let him know we have so mini mafia kids and mini juvenile kids . For player checkers and stacking them up and knocking them down like normal kids would do . He shut everything down the kids had nothing to do for real ! My lodge was dirty

Was a great five days. The lodge was amazing so much was included as far as bedding and towels. The staff was very attentive. The campground was clean quiet. I saw a lot of bad reviews a few days before I got there. It was very hesitant, but this visit exceeded all expectations as I have not been to this campground in 10 yrs. As we started going to the one in emmett. But definitely will be back

The lodge was extremely dirty. Toilet was not secured to the floor so it moved when you sat down. Floor in bathroom was absolutely disgusting and the wall next to the table had so much dust on it I wouldn't let my kids eat there. Ceiling fan above our bed was extremely dusty and full of cobwebs we didn't even want to use it as it would throw all that right onto our bed.

The booking, check in & out processes were all easy. The staff is friendly & helpful, & we love all the activities for kids. We stayed in L294, & while the cabins are great, they could use a little love. We found it be a bit dirty inside, silverware uncleaned & not checked from the last users, & the queen bed felt like a half filled air mattress. A deep clean and a new mattress would make the diff

Rented cabin 250.00 per night. I think fans and AC units should be cleaned. Layers of dust and AC units filthy. Cable feed to cabin was horrible. I don't see why management would not call service to camp. My brother had same issue. He Said feed is bad. For 250 per night. Cabins should be cleaned. Other people's dead skin cells is what dust is. You guys make a lot of mone. Pay attention to detail.

We love this KOA; however, we had a concern. While sitting in the golf cart in front of our lodge, we were approached by an unknown older white male, driving a Gray Jeep Gladiator with a Montana license plate. He asked if we were smoking marijuana due to a complaint. I advised him that I'm an officer and we don't smoke. He then stated he's a former sheriff. We felt stereotyped. I advised staff.

Been coming to Port Huron KOA for 11 years. Very disappointed this year. Do think I deserve a refund the toilet broke, hard to get into refrigerator door opened on wrong side and microwave broke.

Only disappointment I had was the wagon ride. We waited at the sign that was brought out for us to stand behind and the wagon pulled up on the cross street and families pulled up in 3 golf carts and bolted in front of everyone in line and the worker who put the steps down let them board first knowing they were not in line and they took up most of the wagon. We absolutely love it here! This is our second year returning and it will not be the last. Always a great time with lots to do. Would love if the pools were heated for the cooler summer days. But overall we love the camping experience we get here!

Been going to koa port Huron since my kids were little thier grown now and we all still go every year bought a camper 4 years ago and have had a sight up there the last 4 years now the best time of my life the staff is so nice and so much to do up there we love it

Are first visit to A KOA. When entering the gates to the campground we were tickled because all we seen were kids EVERYWHERE. It is a wonderful place for kids to explore. We stayed in cabin.
