I got a lodge so I could use tub and toilet. Lodge was dirty! I get it’s a cabin, but those prices, I would expect clean! Tub was filthy, no way I was using that!. I should not have to clean a place I’m for 200+ a night.our socks were black 2 min into walking around,not even swept. Hand soap in bathroom empty upon arrival,asked 4 times to refill. Cabin smelled of mold. Cobwebs/spiderwebs found in most corners. Shower was moldy.

Everything was good except the cabin wasn’t cleaned very well. I had to wipe down the microwave and fridge and table. It was sticky with what looked like koolaid.

Port Huron KOA is a very well kept campground. Lots of activities for kids, and adults. The bathrooms are cleaned twice a day. The only suggestion I have, is to have someone at the exit, on checkout day, to collect the cabin keys. So that we all don't have to get out of our cars, to drop the key off inside.

It was trash all in the front when I arrived. Several call to the front desk resolved the issue. Very limited activities planned. The security at the phone was overbearing. I had my key and gate pass I payed a little less than a thousand dollars. I should not endure such intense scrutiny. . I have other s issues however the team lead Robin would be addressing them.

The cabin was overall clean except: ceiling and vent fans were coated thick with dust; space between the mattress and the wall in the bunk beds had dead bugs and trash,that space needs to be paid attention to when cleaning.We called when we couldn't get the channel for the U of M game, told someone would be out, no one came. Staff was very nice but not well informed of changes in activities.

Nicest KOA I've ever been to. Unfortunately always seem to have an issue with other guests.Constantly telling kids to quit cussing. One kid was at my picnic table at 1045pm on a speakerphone call, I had to tell him to jump ship.Then, 1:30 AM 10-12 15-16 year olds hollering while standing directly in front of our cabin giving me lip when I told them to move along. Wont be back after 7-8 years.

Very friendly and helpful. Our lodge was not ready but did give us extra fire wood for the hassle. I only asked for 2 bundles. I received 4 instead. My daughters had fun reliving their memories from when they was 6 and 8 being there. They are now 21 and 23. This is something we plan to do every year for family bonding between us three! Many more core memories to come with KOA hopefully!

My lodge was very dirty. It was never cleaned out. There were fingernails all over the loft upstairs and down the stairs. The paint is peeling off all the cabinet, the heavy wooden chairs in the kitchen were wobbly. And the can opener wouldn’t work. We did have a great time outside. Everything was pretty clean and the kids really enjoyed all the parks. We did go swimming even though it was cold

While we LOVED everything about the KOA and our stay was great I was very DISAPPOINTED in the cleanliness of our cabin! As a professional cleaner myself I think your crew could’ve done a much better job!!! From the dusty blinds to the dust on the ceiling fans/vents and bathroom lights that was a 1/2 inch thick to the pile of sand I got when I swept the floor. 5 stars prices 2 star cleaning �

Only reason for the 4 is the bathroom in 328. We had a very cold shower one night despite running the water. Water in sink ran from warm to cold. ( despite running it). The shower curtain is mildewed on the bottom. And the fan in the bathroom was broken. Very loud. Vibrated the whole place. Other than that.. the rest is clean. Roomy. We were there with multiple family members in cabins

We love KOA but were disappointed the front pools were closed all weekend. The coffee in the front office was always empty. We love all the amenities and we love camping there. Maybe put out more trash cans; there's always lots of litter around. Love the rustic cabins, sports court and camp kitchens. I do think 100.00 for a golf cart on a Saturday is a bit pricey! Thank you.

All the bathrooms were disgusting. Being a group that stayed in cabins we had to use the campground bathrooms often. We tried multiple different buildings and all of them were gross

Staff was friendly. However, the park was dirty. The couple different restroom locations I went to were all gross. Wet and dirty floors, gunk in the sink and counters, clogged toilets and some that were filthy with who knows what. Stalls are small where myself and the group I was with could not leave the stall without our legs touching the toilet. Garbage on the ground, everywhere. And more too.

Rules are not enforced! Big go carts with loud speakers playing not watching where they are going. Loud with people partying all hours into the early morning. Our AC in the cabin was so old and dirty we didn’t turn it on. Bathrooms dirty, cabins needs a good deep clean!

We decided to stay another night and wanted to stay in the same cabin , the front desk said it was unavailable because of maintenance. We had to move cabins which was an inconvenience. The cabin we wanted to keep stayed empty the whole time and it didn’t appear to have any maintenance done . The staff did not try to accommodate us whatsoever they just said no . Very nice campground otherwise.

I had a very disappointing experience at this KOA. Every bathroom I visited was extremely dirty, and the noise from neighboring cabins—especially loud music playing all night—made it difficult to relax. The staff appeared to be mostly young and unwilling to address camper issues, including repeated rule violations. For example, guests were openly drinking while driving rental golf carts.

Lodge #327 could be cleaner and neighbors rude, loud out of control. Bathrooms by pool smelled very bad. Been bringing my grandkids, great grandkids there for over 10 years place has changed for worse. Not kid friendly anymore adults have taken over sad to see will not return.

We loved our stay. The only complaint is that my cabin had not been cleaned before we got there. We had so much dog hair from the previous guests and there was dog poop and some trash all around our campsite.

A lovely stay. Clean cabin. Friendly staff. Just wish the one cabin hadn't played loud music for much of Saturday evening. We could hear it 100 yards away. Pool was wonderful. We will return next summer.

For the amount of money KOA makes on cabins. The quality of the mattress should be way better. Worst nights aleep ever! Ill never eent a cabin again. Sleeping on the ground would be better.

Was very clean and the campground was in great shape. We visited in a Sunday one night. We stayed in a cabin. Only thing we wished is that the activities were clearly labeled on hours and times available. A lot of things my kids could not experience as it was not running or only available on saturdays . Other than that it was a pleasant visit.

your service team was very responsive to any of our needs. we love the vibe of your camp. We were disappointed at the change in fridge size (from full size last yr to mini this yr) without being informed on the unit description. this put us in a real pickle as we had a lot of food we had expected to be able to store. h well. its camping! and we survived. loved it. thank you

My family has been coming to this KOA since I was born. Bathroom and shower facilities are always nicely maintained, food is pretty good and decently priced, I've never had an issue with any employees, and they always have something for the kids to do weather permitting. The reason I give 4-stars is because I wish they had more to do if it is raining such as a larger arcade and/or some kind of indoor park or even gym to run around. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be continuing to go yearly at least :)
