This is our 10th year going for the Halloween weekend and it’s my favorite trip we make every year. My daughter is 13 now and we have one on the way. Cannot wait to start the tradition over and keep it going. Thank you

The treehouse cabin was super nice and the outdoor area was amazing. My only complaint was the cleanliness of the cabin. I would definitely recommend having a worker go through before people check in. There was splatter of some sort all over the kitchen curtains and a lot of dust and dead flies on top of the fridge. And one of the pillows had what appeared to be blood on it.

The only reason I didn’t give a 5 was because our lodge needed a deep cleaning. For the price we pay for a lodge they should be immaculate. The outside kitchen and furniture was filthy. Please invest in a power washer to do the outside furniture and kitchen. Otherwise the kids had fun trick or treating. The activities were fun and the employees are always pleasant.

I love staying every year. It is the vacation I look forward to the most. They are accommodating, kind staff, helpful and attentive. The grounds are clean. I really love this place!

The staff seem very inexperienced this year. We have been coming for 10 years and this year was very different. Also, the cabins were very dusty and not as clean as previous years. Shout out to Eli, he was very professional and on top of reservations for next year.

My stay was good. The customer service at KOA Port Huron is great! The bathrooms could really use more frequent cleanings. They were always a mess this past weekend.

I was disappointed this trip with the New Ice Cream Shop service Paid for a specialty ice cream drink for my son that tasted terrible brought it to the girls attention who could’ve cared less asked for a manager, wasn’t one brought it to the attention of the front desk Kayden, who informed someone else long story short never got the refund I was told Id get KEPT pursuing because of staff ruden

Disappointing. The bathrooms were horrendous. Upon arrival on Friday afternoon, the bathrooms were already in disarray. No toilet paper at all (not one square) for most of the day Saturday in bathroom next to K25 despite multiple messages to inform staff. Dirty, unsanitary, multiple stopped toilets. Visited multiple bathrooms that were in similar conditions.

There was underwear on one of the bunk beds when we got there. Two nails sticking out of the headboard on the full bed & the women’s bathroom and showers were very dirty this year. I love coming here every year, but the housekeeping needs to be much much better!!

This is one of my favorite KOA locations but something was up with the restrooms being extremely dirty. Toilets not flushing, water in sinks not draining, no toilet paper in some stalls and lose Toilets. Im not sure if it was due to the volume of campers during Halloween Camping but I have never seen it this bad. Maybe have a company come in and clean if its a staffing issue.

Usually the camp sites are well kept but upon arriving on Friday at 5, 2 stalls in the women’s bathroom were clogged and overflown. I reached out to the office three times over the weekend due to there not being any toilet paper in the stalls. Very inconvenient with several small kids. I’ve never seen the camp sites this dirty. Trash thrown over our sites at check in. I was shocked.

The stay was fantastic, I do wish more of the plots had shade but other than that everything was amazing, especially the after hours help who assisted us after our neice vomited all over our bed and cabin!

I was there for 3 nights and it was awesome. The only complaint is that the bathrooms in that whole time by the cabins were not cleaned. It was pretty disgusting in the showers as well.

We had a large group for our annual Halloween camping trip this weekend. We love it and the activities but we all have the same complaint year after year - the bathrooms. It seems they never get cleaned the entire weekend.

We had a wonderful time. Campground is clean and staff is friendly. However, all our food frozen in the refrigerator and we could not adjust the dial. We were so busy, I failed to let the staff know.

We have stayed at port Huron 3 years now. The bathrooms were poorly cleaned this visit and our cabin was minimally attended to. We have always had a great stay here and hoping this is a one off.

The stay was great aside from the very dirty bathrooms. Toliet paper was out in a few stalls or running very low. The showers were horrendous filled with dirty floors, trash and even poop smeared on the floor. The sinks were filthy, too. I understand how crowded it was but the bathrooms need to be cleaned throughout the weekend.

We stayed in K7 this past weekend and my 9 year old and myself got bedbugs!!! I have video and pictures. It’s very upsetting and I will have to report it to the health department. My arms, ankles and feet are covered in bites:( My daughter’s legs are covered as well. Im so disappointed and VERY grossed out.

Almost everything was perfect. The bathrooms were a wreck almost the whole weekend, they could definitely use more regular cleanings. I did treat the number to let them know that the bathrooms needed cleaning and they did eventually come.

I've been coming to this KOA for many years during Halloween. I was disappointed this time with how I was charged excessively for things that were not happening. I was charged 10.00 a day for an extra adult (my son). I paid over 250.00 a night for the lodging cabin, so why am I paying extra for an adult that fits? I had to pay 10.00 a day for a dog that was only with me for one night.

Great Halloween weekend for the kids . The events were fun. BUT the bathrooms definitely need updating. In the women’s bathroom by our cabin one stall kept overflowing. Two had broken handles. The men’s bathroom had one urinal that was dirty and had something in it the whole entire weekend.

We were really disappointed with the cleanliness of our cabin. It appeared that it hadn't been properly cleaned, with cobwebs in the corners, grimy floors, and bugs everywhere. The shared bathrooms near our cabin were also in poor condition, and the toilets frequently clogged. Overall, it was not the experience we were hoping for. We come to Port Huron KOA every year for Halloween camping.

The bathrooms lacked adequate attention, they were dirty during all times of the day. I also felt the activities were disorganized, and didn’t leave enough fun for kids involved that may be small or come at the back of the group. Overall we would come back but maybe with different accommodations during the summer.

I stayed in L314 and it was filthy when I arrived along with all the other Lodges in my area. I’ve stayed in tents, I’ve stayed in campers and cabins and lodges. I checked in and left and came back and realized it was never swept or wiped down. It was too late for someone to come clean but I did it and was disappointed. There was mouse droppings in the fuse box. Could’ve been wiped out.

We had fun but It was really dirty this year! The cabin had dried food on the counter and clearly wasn't swept or wiped down. ALL public restroom were very dirty. Im talking tampons left in toilets, poop in urinals and just filthy all around. This was disappointing as it never is this dirty. I really hope there is improvement next year.

Great place! So fun! I will say we had a cabin and there was the previous renters McDonals garbage left under the bed. Mattresses are clean but worn but still a million times better than sleeping in a tent!!! But amazing place and already booked for next year!

The lodge we were in was filthy, AC in bedroom black mold in filter; circulation fans in bathroom and bunk bed room black mold; ac//heater wall unit in living room mold and an inch of dust on entire filter( I cleaned this filter even though I asked staff to clean it. Floor in bathroom and living room filthy with chards of glass all over floor, this is the only area staff cleaned. Nasty stay

I got a lodge so I could use tub and toilet. Lodge was dirty! I get it’s a cabin, but those prices, I would expect clean! Tub was filthy, no way I was using that!. My family has been coming to this KOA since I was born. Bathroom and shower facilities are always nicely maintained, food is pretty good and decently priced, I've never had an issue with any employees, and they always have something for the kids to do weather permitting. The reason I give 4-stars is because I wish they had more to do if it is raining such as a larger arcade and/or some kind of indoor park or even gym to run around. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be continuing to go yearly at least :)
