Quiet hours need to start at 10 pm. A member of our group had to leave Sat now got because of problems w trailer next to them - loud music, kids punching a next door kid. Unfortunately we won’t return and will book at Emmett.

Cleanliness an issue. Bathroom's gross. We watched young kids clean them, they need cleaning lessons. Cabins not clean. Left over food in fridges, unswept floors, cobwebs in corners & on windows. Outdoor sink shocked a member of our group & we were unable to get a hold of the office. Kids drove firewood cars too quickly thru streets, w/earbuds in. Couldn’t get their attention. Honestly… we have been staying at your campground for Halloween weekends for years. This will be our last. I am a 45 year old well educated woman who does not need to feel threatened or disrespected by a campground manager. The man with the red face was highly disrespectful and frankly a bully. Thankfully I have a very large group of friends on social media that I will be sharing our experience

We went to meet with friends had no idea how great it would be. A little disappointed the shops were not open until 4:00 and due to hot weather wish the pools stayed open. Due to all the little kids the scavenger hunt should have been earlier with better directions, the kids and I literally thought we were looking for green paper ON the ground, therefore needing the flashlight, but we’ll c u 202

The actual campground was kept up, pretty clean and we liked the activities. However the cabin we stayed in was atrocious. Very dirty, smelly and filled with bugs. (My daughter got bit on 3 seperate occasions by something on her face, back and back leg. We all woke up with runny noses and coughs. I'm not sure if anyone even cleans these things. I would never stay in there again!

Your workers are very not informed about what is going on at your site I spoke to a supervisor so she said and she had no clue why they were making you pay $10 to color she had no clue what was going on for the day your coffee pots were broken down again which many people that go camping sometimes forget an item and of course we forgot our coffee pot and when we went inside we talked to the female

Nice activities for kids, should still run the train if possible thru september. Ceiling fans were very dirty, should be cleaned regularly every two weeks. Shower curtain needs to be trimmed. Its dirty and hangs so far in the tub its a fall hazard when showering. Towels were nice.

I was in a handicap Lodge L305. It was nice, but one thing could be added. The shower did not have a shelf for soap, shampoo, etc. I had to put everything on floor. I did not use the fold down seat. Otherwise, everything was good.

I liked the little cabin. I’ll bring a lamp next time (I was in Kanin #1). Staff is awesome crew. Loved Halloweekend theme. Kids were adorable. So glad I got there in time to get a cart. Thank you so much for getting me close to Desmond CAULDWELL’s group. Great job.

The bathrooms by cabins 65,66,67 were nasty. Only 2 or 3 were working. The toilet bowls were not clean. Need new activities for all. We made the same finger puppets last year. No hay on the hayride. The train wasn’t working. Very disappointed this stay.

The campground is very well maintained good people however! We had cabin 62 63 64 and 65 and cabin 64 when we opened it up the cabin was full of dirt and chalk like from children and cabin 65 had candy wrappers all over the floor hot dogs in the microwave and a bag on the bed which appeared to be a diaper in a bag.

The bathroom/showers are pretty gross and dangerous. I watched them mop once and the mop was dripping wet and just smeared around floor. No rubbing to clean or rinsing dirty water and no chance of going over to remove extra water. This made it take forever to dry and just made it more muddy with people slipping all over it with dirty shoes.

Little disappointed I was charged for bringing my golf cart after never being able to rent one because I don’t live local to come rent one and they are always sold out. Our cabin was missing a bench too. Do better .. being money hungry isn’t becoming and in this economy when charging for everything you will lose business.

Check-in was fine. We arrived to our lodge and upon arrival noticed the picnic table empty Gatorade bottle sitting on the table around the barbeque many eggshells under the rocking chair there was leaves that have been there since the fall, cigarette butts tent pegs. It truly was disturbing to walk into where we’re supposed to be staying for four nights, not even getting inside. Gross

First and definitely not the last. My kids loved every minute of it, starting our days at 10am colouring, 11am craft and then much fun in the pool, sports activities. Rented a cabin with mini fridge and microwave which was great. The kamp outdoor kitchen looked great with multiple sinks and hot burners to use. We will make this a routine for our summers!

We really enjoyed our recent 4 night stay. This time we rented a 2 bedroom lodge with stocked kitchen and bathroom with shower. We were very thankful for the air conditioning as it was exceptionally hot temperatures outside. But the lodge itself was very dirty when we arrived. The floors, doors, windows so filthy.

This was our second stay in a deluxe cabin at the Port Huron KOA. We stayed in the same cabin as last year and we noticed that it had gone downhill significantly. The beds are extremely uncomfortable as they are completely worn out, and the cabin had a terrible musty/urine like smell in it. The reason I didn’t give the resort less stars is that the staff are all fantastic and very attentive.

There were several disappointments this year. The train we learned has not been working all summer, the hayride was last minute cancelled with no explanation when we arrived, there were some issues re maintenance of campsites. Our biggest complaint was that our brand new $200 diaper bag was thrown out by staff and put into the compactor, confusing it for garbage, with no apologies. How???

What an incredible family time! We had fun swimming, walking around was so relaxing. All of the fun activities that was planned line scavenger hunts, crafts, hay rides, water balloons and the train ride.

Wasn't told at check in that train wasn't running and planned our day around it, wasn't provided an event sheet either or told about events at check-in, had to take a Pic off the sport area building. Movie room has a bad smell. Pool area was nice, fridge in cabin isn't very cold and had to buy more hamburger meat. Golf carts should be cheaper to rent for the day. 50 instead of 80 dollars

Everything was great as usual it was only that the cabin needed dusting. Cobwebs in corners, on light fixtures and so much dust on the fan in the main room I dared not to turn it on. Also, the handle came loose on the toilet and I took off the top to tighten it and the inside of the toliet was black with mold?

We had a great time! Clean, fun, and safe. We rented a golf cart (just wish you could keep it until 9/10pm!) We sawm, ate at mad dog saloon, ice cream many times (the fried food at ice cream stand is great too!) We rented banana bikes, did activities and saw mill city next door. Saw 1 skunk but he minded his own business! Staff was 10/10! See you next summer!

Our cabin was filthy we had to wipe up a few spills a few times and both times the paper towels were black in filth. We had to have the fridge replaced as we weren’t able to use the freezer as it was completely full of frost the staff were great at coming and replacing it for us.

Everything was great except the pull out bed in cabin 102. It was horrible, tilts head down, crunchy plastic, no padding. 2 nights of being sleep deprived!

It was my familys first time staying at a KOA. The entire staff was wonderful and accomodating. The bathrooms could have been much cleaner for our whole stay and skunks had us in our cabin much too early. However, we enjoyed our stay and all there was to offer.

Been going to koa port Huron since my kids were little thier grown now and we all still go every year bought a camper 4 years ago and have had a sight up there the last 4 years now the best time of my life the staff is so nice and so much to do up there we love it

Are first visit to A KOA. When entering the gates to the campground we were tickled because all we seen were kids EVERYWHERE. It is a wonderful place for kids to explore. We stayed in cabin.
