On arrival sand all over floors and counter dirty. Pull out bed mattress has expired worst sleeping arrangements have experienced for price payed wouldn't recommend to anyone. Amenities and 5 star past experience is what brought us back

The resort is fantastic. I think my grandchildren would love to stay there. The only complaint I have is that the exhaust fan in the bathroom of our cabin C102 was so noisy I woke my husband up at night. Other than that we had a wonderful stay. Thank you.

The owner Howard creating a hostile environment, and his assistant general manager call the police on my family for riding a bike over an hour 5 mile speed limit. That was the first time hearing bikes had to go 5 miles per hour. We were told that they handle the situation wrong, but they never once apologize or try to rectify the situation. This was not a great stay, we paid to be harassed.

The room was not clean. We found someone's socks and the floor was very dirty. The toliet was dirty. All the glass had fingerprints. Dust on all the shelves. Definitely need better housekeepers.

We ended up leaving early, and didn't even stay our whole time, the cleanliness of our cabin alone was absolutely disgusting, will not be returning.

We really like all of the activities for kids. BUT, we stayed in the deluxe cabin which was quite expensive and it was a huge disappointment. Outside was well maintained, but the inside was terrible. If I come back I will bring my own camper.

The staff was extremely helpful and courteous, the cabins were clean, and the park was well maintained and quiet. Very nice campground!

I have been going here ever since I was a kid and loved it. I want the same experience for my kids now. We got a cabin and through our the night my daughter started to have asthma attacks. That morning I noticed the AC unit light was on for clean filter and it was absolutely disgusting. I told front desk. They did not apologize at all. They just said we will send someone out. Place needs help.

Amazing stay. We had 8 families in our group. With a total of 16 kids! It was an amazing time, we are making it an annual tradition and have already booked our same sites for next year plus some! Already excited. Hoping the water slides make a come back at some point

despite the rain which you have no control over, this was a very pleasant and fun experience. The skunks wandered around but also did not fumigate, nor pester us. I am sure we will return for future camping endeavours.

We had a great time but our cabin was very dirty, the floor was so nasty to walk on, the fans had several inches of dust on top of them, and the air conditioning unit smelled awful. When we entered the cabin for the first time we had to air it out before we could even go inside of it. The cabin was full of fly's. I think a fly swatter should be added to the cabins. Also the cabin needed a deep cleaning. The ceiling fans was full of thick dust and grime. All the baseboards was full of dust. The service was excellent. Whenever I called I received a fast response.

We really enjoyed our stay. I used to come when I was a kid (20 years ago) and it has really changed/expanded from what I can remember. Our son (4yrs) really loved it and we hope he made lasting memories. He's been asking to go back already. Although he was really heartbroken that the train didn't run during our stay (even though it only rained Friday night). But overall it was a great experience!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the KOA Port Huron! The cabin we stayed in was very clean and comfortable. The whole park was very clean and the staff were so friendly. There were lots of things for our teenagers to do, they were never bored. We will definitely be back again next year.

our lodge number 299 was not very clean. The window blinds were filthy and I did try to dust them. Also the window sills had cobwebs in them. looks like they had not been cleaned in years. We had to put the couch up ourselves as it was no use to us to sit in while flat. that was quit a task for two 70 year old. The floor in the bathroom looked like it had not been given a good cleaning.

Had fun but the cabin was very dusty(cob webs everywhere and thick dust on all fan blades.) Bike rental closed at 6:30pm on a Friday night which was also disappointing.

We love the KOA but haven't been in a few years and the condition of the Lodge was pretty shoddy. Clearly hadn't been updated in years. The toilet seat was broken, as was the microwave door. The outlet in the kitchen pulled right out of the wall when we unplugged the toaster. The overall condition was dirty, the blinds were covered in dirt and the counters and fridge were covered in crumbs.

Amenities outside of cabin were good. A lot of money for cabin to access frig from bathroom only due to backwards doors, dirty cupboards, futon didn't want to sit on let alone sleep on, msin bedroom had nasty smell with door shut, grill dirty not usable because it caught fire and dangerous. Won't rent cabins again, very disappointed for money, subpar.

It was a great I just don’t agree with bringing the golf carts back at night all other campgrounds you can keep your golf carts overnight if you are keeping them for more than one day. $80 is a lot and you can’t keep them overnight.

We stayed in a deluxe cabin. The ceiling fans, the air conditioners, and the floors were pretty dirty. Our cabin also had a lot of flies in it when we arrived. We paid a lot of money per night for this cabin so I just expected a little more cleanliness.

Unfortunately it rained all day on the second day we were there. The activities were moved to inside, but it would have been nice if more were offered on rainy days. The kids were getting restless inside the cabin all day. However, the staff was exceptional t/o our stay and when the weather was good, there was plenty of activities available.

The sliding doors inside the cabin were in such bad shape they were a fire hazard. They were almost impossible to open and close without lifting them out of the tracks and would frequently jam up, trapping people inside the rooms.

We've had our family reunion at Port Huron KOA for at least five years, and while there's a lot to do, there's also a lot of additional charges being tacked on lately that has us looking elsewhere. We book a mix of camp sites and Lodges. L297 is located conveniently to where we like to stay, but needs to be updated. #1 issue - the futon mattress must be replaced.

Cabin was dirty and not maintained upon arrival, floor never moped, cobwebs everywhere, blinds filthy, would not even turn on ceiling fan because of its filthy condition, A/C units moldy and dirty leaving me to question the health of using not to mention loud and noise pollution when running, every cabin that I went into the wall hanging clock didn't work... Staff was friendly and helpful.

This place is very family oriented and has a ton of activities for the kids. Some areas are not shaded and small lots but some areas have larger lots and shade.
