Great cabin stay—clean, comfortable beds and good heaters. Easy check-in/out even on a busy weekend. Tons to do and entertainment was solid. Campground was mostly quiet. Downsides were dirty bathrooms/showers, ripped TP covers, and mislabeled hot/cold (learned the hard way with cold showers!).

been coming here for years but cabin 49 is where we were at this trip and it was filled with spider eggs in the walls had spiders land on our faces and dead Beatles and spiders the staff needs to clean better never had a issue before this

I requested a wheelchair-accessible cabin, but they didn't look for one as they said they would. The bathrooms were filthy & barely accessible for wheelchairs. The cabins were dirty. There’s a number posted for late check-in that doesn’t work after a time not posted & still charge you for the night. I've been to KOAs before, & they were much better kept & they actually cared about their custom

Absolutely loved our stay , there was so much for everyone to do i would highly recommend the rustic cabins,clean plenty of room for 5 . Just an overall good time, very pet friendly

Your staff, activities, and general vibe are awesome. However, i'm hesitant to recommend a cabin or rent one again because they were so dusty. The windows, walls, shelves, blinds, and curtains all need to be cleaned and rhe ac unit filter needs replacing. Everything else is fabulous, but please fix the dust issue.

For the first 2 days we didn't have hot water come to find out the hot water tank breaker was tripped after finding a maintenance person to check it. When we did get hot water it didn't last long enough to shower one person let alone a whole house in a premium or deluxe lodge which was disappointing. It rained all weekend so we weren't able to do much but what we did do we enjoyed.

Have been camping here for 35 years and have always had a great time. This time we managed to get the last cabin. We did have a blast, the cabin had a TV, fridge, microwave, heat and air. This past weekend we used both. Cabin was clean, staff was awesome as usual cannot wait to get there with our trailer!!

We have stayed at your KOA for the Canadian Victoria Day weekend for thelast 27 years (minus COVID years). And it has always been great. But this year the bathrooms were not even close to being as clean as the always have been. They were horrible! We barely saw anyone cleaning. I know bookings were down so staff is down, but you really need keed them in top shape.They were not up to usual standard

Great annual family vacation for the last 25 years. Usually I take my trailer but this year took a lodge and was extremely disappointed. It was absolutely filthy. Only thing clean was the bedding sheets. There was dirt, dust and mice poop everywhere (corners, window sill, etc). Will not get a lodge ever again, especially for $272 a night. L326

We enjoyed our time at the campsite. All staff were helpful and friendly. We truly appreciate the security team helping out with an incident with children knocking on our door and running. Security responded fast and continued to monitor the area. One improvement is cleanliness. Our cabin had spider webs in the corners and on the pictures. The floor was not swept or mopped. Bathroom was not clean.

We stayed in cabin K99. The cabin was clean, beds comfortable, and the heat kept us warm. Halloween trick or treating was great the kids had fun. My only complaint would be firewood. The campground does not want outside wood brought in. That’s fine but at least have an option for buying a bulk quantity or offer a 1/4 of a face cord.

The campground, activities and Halloween fun were great as usual. Two complaints this year… 1. the bathrooms were dirty… toilet paper and such that was on the floor on Thursday was still there on Saturday. Toothpaste and hair in the sink… 2. The mattresses on the full size beds in the cabin are worn out and so hard. They were so uncomfortable. Please consider replacing worn out mattresse

We staying in a lodge for the first time in a long time and I have to say I was very disappointed in the cleanliness of it. I know it’s “camping” but… the toaster and Keurig were gross. First I will mention we come every year to the Halloween event and always have a great time. What I hope for is a change in the golf cart rental. PLEASE provide a separate line for those who have reservations so we aren’t waiting for an hour with all those who didn’t reserve the day before. This is very frustrating and simply does not make sense.

Cabin was dirty, garbage behind futon, in fire pit, under burners on stove, cobwebs next to mirror in bathroom front door didn’t lock bathroom door wouldn’t stay open no heat in bathroom lock didn’t work on bathroom door microwave door peeling off blinds chewed on only 1 light worked above sink no window cover for bedroom up high light blared in at8am or earlier no storage bathroom towels

This was my 4th time staying at KOA and I have enjoyed every stay especially during Halloween weekends! During my recent stay, I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the women’s bathroom by our cabin. Toilets didn’t look like they’d been clean the whole time I was there. It smelled bad on multiple occasions. Sinks were also dirty my whole stay. More cleanings throughout day should happen

Like the text messages to keep us informed on things like quiet time, reminder to turn in golf carts, etc. Like that we can text requests for more firewood to be delivered instead of having to go back to the front desk to order.

Overall we had a good time. However the bathroom nearest to our cabin is in need of some major attention. Two of the toilets in the women's restroom were clogged the entire weekend and another one rocked side to side as if it wasn't securely fastened to the floor. One of the showers was barely lukewarm at 6am and the handle fell off another shower and it couldn't be turned off.

The Kanin was dirty. For 300/night you’d think it would be a bit cleaner. The staff is rude and crabby. I feel like it gets worse every year. We’ve been coming here for 20 yrs and it’s going down hill

I find the reservation process was not clear at all. I was told we would only be paying just over $500 and paid in full as of that information. We were charged for a 3rd night (at check in)I was told was "FREE" we decided not to come. If I had known that the 3rd night was a charge I would've made sure KOA knew we were just coming in for 2 nights instead. I do not like the website or app.

As a family that has been going to this KOA for almost 20 years, this was the most disappointing trip. We decided to rent a lodge this visit and we were very disappointed. It was so dirty . We found so many objects left from other campers. The door was filthy , blinds were just dust. Floor was disgusting! The extra bed in the main room was so old and tattered at was literally crumbling. It was sad

It's been a tradition for my daughter and I to stay at KOA during Halloween weekends and we have annually brought friends and family who have enjoyed making the memories with us over the past 7 years! Jersey and all the staff at KOA is the BEST and is always so excited to ensure we enjoy our stay!

Always a great time ! I have been coming to this campground since 1995. Now I have been bringing my grandchildren along with my children and their family. We try to go every year if we can. Such a wonderful way to make memories together.

Port Huron KOA never fails, the grand children have an amazing time year after year! Great memories for years to come! Lodging is great, lots of fun activities for the kids and dog, and great coffee! I would and do recommend to everyone I talk to

I understand the majority Employees are high school kids, especially the ones that work inside and check people in. Was at KOA this passed weekend with 40 plus people, and everyone had different experiences, and some people we charged for some things and others weren’t, the overall senses is that all the employees checking people in need to be trained better, and treat the customers with respec

My family has been coming to this KOA since I was born. Bathroom and shower facilities are always nicely maintained, food is pretty good and decently priced, I've never had an issue with any employees, and they always have something for the kids to do weather permitting. The reason I give 4-stars is because I wish they had more to do if it is raining such as a larger arcade and/or some kind of indoor park or even gym to run around. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be continuing to go yearly at least :)
