Quiet hours need to start at 10 pm. A member of our group had to leave Sat now got because of problems w trailer next to them - loud music, kids punching a next door kid. Unfortunately we won’t return and will book at Emmett.

Cleanliness an issue. Bathroom's gross. We watched young kids clean them, they need cleaning lessons. Cabins not clean. Left over food in fridges, unswept floors, cobwebs in corners & on windows. Outdoor sink shocked a member of our group & we were unable to get a hold of the office. Kids drove firewood cars too quickly thru streets, w/earbuds in. Couldn’t get their attention. Honestly… we have been staying at your campground for Halloween weekends for years. This will be our last. I am a 45 year old well educated woman who does not need to feel threatened or disrespected by a campground manager. The man with the red face was highly disrespectful and frankly a bully. Thankfully I have a very large group of friends on social media that I will be sharing our experience

I have some suggestions. You need to have some non dairy options at the ice cream store. My granddaughter is lactose intolerant and there were no options for her. Bathrooms shouldn't be cleaned at 9 am which is peak time for usage. Shoot for afternoon, but they need more frequent cleaning and restocking of soap. at At pumpkin painting station, there needs to be more than one person working.

We went to meet with friends had no idea how great it would be. A little disappointed the shops were not open until 4:00 and due to hot weather wish the pools stayed open. Due to all the little kids the scavenger hunt should have been earlier with better directions, the kids and I literally thought we were looking for green paper ON the ground, therefore needing the flashlight, but we’ll c u 202

There were multiple complaints to the office regarding a site that was next to us. Yet the campground did not do anything to reprimand them. Instead they offered me a refund and had no problem with me leaving. The fact the campground allows this behavior is telling that it’s not a family friendly campground. I will never be back and I will ensure to tell everyone I know who camps as well.

My biggest complaint was when a staff member yelled at a little kid who was riding their bike on the grass trying to avoid the numerous golf carts and cars. She yelled stop riding on the grass. My husband and I looked at each other in disbelief because there were at least 10 golf carts parked on the grass where she was yelling from.

Overall, it was a nice time. We have little kids and a tent camp, so we would love to see quiet hours start at 10:00; some people blast music until 11:00. Two years ago, I showered and noticed the exhaust fan wasn't working. This year, I took a shower in the same shower, and it still wasn't working. The fan isn't the concern, but not fixing the small things over two years is a concern.

The campground is very clean which is nice. Prices for other amenities are very reasonable as well. However, there needs to be more shade in the sports court area as that’s where everyone spends most of their time. Additionally, the golf cart situation is ridiculously inefficient. Let people keep, and charge, the carts at their site like every other camp ground I’ve been to.

Original site assigned to us was too short for both car and trailer to fit. Also the site was heavily rutted withe the picnic table in the middle of the pad (we have a photo)! It also had NO shade and was next to the playground. We are both in our 70's and like a quiet campground. They were celebrating Halloween every weekend which we didn't know (middle of Sept.) Or we would have booked elsewhere

Nice Halloween weekend at the campground. Very expensive. Bathrooms were clean. Lots of teenagers on golf carts driving very fast while there are children playing.

Best KOA in Michigan! Beautiful trees, beautiful paved roads, such a fun Halloween party! We have come every year for almost 20 years.

The actual campground was kept up, pretty clean and we liked the activities. However the cabin we stayed in was atrocious. Very dirty, smelly and filled with bugs. (My daughter got bit on 3 seperate occasions by something on her face, back and back leg. We all woke up with runny noses and coughs. I'm not sure if anyone even cleans these things. I would never stay in there again!

Much better experience this year than last year. Food was available, barely any bugs! Mosquitos were horrendous last yr. Would have loved the pool to be available after labor day, but understand why it's not.

Your workers are very not informed about what is going on at your site I spoke to a supervisor so she said and she had no clue why they were making you pay $10 to color she had no clue what was going on for the day your coffee pots were broken down again which many people that go camping sometimes forget an item and of course we forgot our coffee pot and when we went inside we talked to the female

Would be nice if the bounce pillow/ sports court was open during the week even just a few hours in the evening we home school and during the week their was not much for our daughter to do besides entertain her or go to the park other then that we had a good stay

Nice activities for kids, should still run the train if possible thru september. Ceiling fans were very dirty, should be cleaned regularly every two weeks. Shower curtain needs to be trimmed. Its dirty and hangs so far in the tub its a fall hazard when showering. Towels were nice.

We had a great time this "Halloween" weekend! We loved seeing all the sites decorated, having fun decorating our site and seeing all the kids dressed up! What a fun weekend!

I was in a handicap Lodge L305. It was nice, but one thing could be added. The shower did not have a shelf for soap, shampoo, etc. I had to put everything on floor. I did not use the fold down seat. Otherwise, everything was good.

The bathrooms were disgusting, dirty. Arrived on Thursday and only 1 soap container had soap for the whole weekend. The staff was very pleasant. Bummer the train wasn’t running either, especially for the price to stay and pools being closed.

I liked the little cabin. I’ll bring a lamp next time (I was in Kanin #1). Staff is awesome crew. Loved Halloweekend theme. Kids were adorable. So glad I got there in time to get a cart. Thank you so much for getting me close to Desmond CAULDWELL’s group. Great job.

This is the best all inclusive camping experience with great staff, clean and beautiful. The layout makes it easy to find everything and get there easily. They have two big pools with kiddy pools attached in very centralized locations. The sites are big and staff is everywhere helping out and very friendly. The golf carts are really nice and convenient. The reclining bikes look amazing. Everyone is happy having a great time. The pizza they sell is delicious and they deliver free too. The ice cream is good- tastes like hudsonville. There were no skunks or rodents anywhere do i dk where people got that idea. I didn't even see a squirrel. The gazebos and big covered areas are nice for families. The events at the opera house, pavilions and those big bouncers are great. We found the magic show boring, but at least they have one. The railroad is adorable and great for kids too. Even without sawmill city, there is tons they offer for the price including 5 or 6 kid parks inside. We will be back.
