Nicest KOA I've ever been to. Unfortunately always seem to have an issue with other guests.Constantly telling kids to quit cussing. One kid was at my picnic table at 1045pm on a speakerphone call, I had to tell him to jump ship.Then, 1:30 AM 10-12 15-16 year olds hollering while standing directly in front of our cabin giving me lip when I told them to move along. Wont be back after 7-8 years.

Very friendly and helpful. Our lodge was not ready but did give us extra fire wood for the hassle. I only asked for 2 bundles. I received 4 instead. My daughters had fun reliving their memories from when they was 6 and 8 being there. They are now 21 and 23. This is something we plan to do every year for family bonding between us three! Many more core memories to come with KOA hopefully!

This KOA location has a lot of nice onsite things to do but everything besides the pools will cost extra to do. It is a pricey getaway but a lot of fun. As all facilities, it has pros and cons but worth taking a vacation at. The major con is the very overcrowded two-way streets with unsupervised kids on bikes, scooters, rented bikes and every other moving item going way to fast. Bathrooms are iffy

It has great facilities for kids and campers. There was never soap in the bathroom during our stay and our neighbor in her rv was a little rude with how she told us about the space and location of our tent site. It would be good if the front office gave more details as to where tents should go like which side of car parking and what electrical and water hookups belong to you during your stay

My lodge was very dirty. It was never cleaned out. There were fingernails all over the loft upstairs and down the stairs. The paint is peeling off all the cabinet, the heavy wooden chairs in the kitchen were wobbly. And the can opener wouldn’t work. We did have a great time outside. Everything was pretty clean and the kids really enjoyed all the parks. We did go swimming even though it was cold

Our stay was nice. The ladies bathroom by the pool didn't have any soap in the dispensers and the one toilet wasn't very clean.

While we LOVED everything about the KOA and our stay was great I was very DISAPPOINTED in the cleanliness of our cabin! As a professional cleaner myself I think your crew could’ve done a much better job!!! From the dusty blinds to the dust on the ceiling fans/vents and bathroom lights that was a 1/2 inch thick to the pile of sand I got when I swept the floor. 5 stars prices 2 star cleaning �

First, we received a call that someone was on our reserved site. They said they came in late at night. We were asked if we would take another site, I said no. We reserved that site. They said they would ask if they move before we got there. We got a call back saying they would be unable to move and we were offered an upgrade at no extra charge. We accepted. Well big mistake.

Workers came to our site 3 times to tell us to be quiet. 7 of us around fire listening to music that we turned down. Loudest we got was when a friend showed up and we all cheered as we were happy to see them. 3rd time a worker came, said if they came once more they would kick us out the next morning. Never came back but still kicked people out at 8am the next day, & treated them like criminals.

This was my fourth stay this year. I’m not sure why but the garbage left from previous camper on sat never got picked up until we left on Tuesday. Same for the fire pit, it was never cleaned until we were packing up yesterday. First time that’s happened to us Site 347

This was by far the most exotic campground we have ever stayed in. Three swimming pools, an ice cream shop, a train, well, it just goes on. Beautiful flower gardens throughout. Even the pump out had an amazing flower garden. First class, all the way. There was a patio site across from us that had absolutely everything you could ask for including a bar, outdoor kitchen, fire table and fountain!

We had an amazing time. This was our first attempt at camping with 2 special needs kids. The campground was immaculate and had TONS of things to do for the littles. We will definitely be back. Awesome place to stay and friendly and helpful staff.

Only reason for the 4 is the bathroom in 328. We had a very cold shower one night despite running the water. Water in sink ran from warm to cold. ( despite running it). The shower curtain is mildewed on the bottom. And the fan in the bathroom was broken. Very loud. Vibrated the whole place. Other than that.. the rest is clean. Roomy. We were there with multiple family members in cabins

Disappointing no dance party, disappointed the 2 pools were closed. Had a crabby neighbor who called every night at 11 because we were talking too loud and yelled out his window one night to shut the dog (5 campers down across the street) or he was going to fing shut it up. Made for not as fun of a weekend.

You would have had a perfect score until I could not have a friend over to check out my campsite and visit for 1 hour! I was in town for work staying for 3 weeks paid full price and could not do this without being charged money. Major inconvenience for me and your staff! Should simply be able to register a friend and not pay unless over the site person limit. I was the ONLY camper! Major bummer!

We love KOA but were disappointed the front pools were closed all weekend. The coffee in the front office was always empty. We love all the amenities and we love camping there. Maybe put out more trash cans; there's always lots of litter around. Love the rustic cabins, sports court and camp kitchens. I do think 100.00 for a golf cart on a Saturday is a bit pricey! Thank you.

All the bathrooms were disgusting. Being a group that stayed in cabins we had to use the campground bathrooms often. We tried multiple different buildings and all of them were gross

Staff was friendly. However, the park was dirty. The couple different restroom locations I went to were all gross. Wet and dirty floors, gunk in the sink and counters, clogged toilets and some that were filthy with who knows what. Stalls are small where myself and the group I was with could not leave the stall without our legs touching the toilet. Garbage on the ground, everywhere. And more too.

Great stay, very nice set up. We really enjoyed the golf cart rentals and cruising around the western shopping area. Only wish was for a little more staff supervision around the pool, kids were getting rowdy and parents were not around. Also the second pool (in the back area) had a weird sewage smell that was very strong all weekend, so we left and went back to the front pool area to swim.

Drunk people on your rented golf carts almost ran over my kids not once but twice. Staff refused to address the issue. Called cops. Have been going there for years but will never return. Cancelled remaining reservations

Not the best KOA we’ve stayed at. It was pretty noisy. The pool areas weren’t great. The programming for the kids was only so so.

Rules are not enforced! Big go carts with loud speakers playing not watching where they are going. Loud with people partying all hours into the early morning. Our AC in the cabin was so old and dirty we didn’t turn it on. Bathrooms dirty, cabins needs a good deep clean!

My family has been coming to this KOA since I was born. Bathroom and shower facilities are always nicely maintained, food is pretty good and decently priced, I've never had an issue with any employees, and they always have something for the kids to do weather permitting. The reason I give 4-stars is because I wish they had more to do if it is raining such as a larger arcade and/or some kind of indoor park or even gym to run around. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be continuing to go yearly at least :)
