Ridiculously expensive for the place I rented. I know it’s camping but there were missing seams and small holes in my cabin and it was full of cobwebs and spiders. It looked like it hadn’t been occupied in years when we walked in.

Political signs, rude neighbors and thr KOA managers telling us if we don't like our neighbors breaking 4 rules on repeat all weekend than we can never come back. This was the worst camping trip of my life. I am disgusted with how KOA handled the situation. I wouldn't ever recommend anyone go here

We love this park but you need a bigger dog park or more than one because it’s to far to walk when your closer to the front area ! Internet could be better also.

Too many people on golf carts driving too fast and careless .. sites unkept and very close with fire pits so people trip on them

We have been coming here for many years and the campsite we were in was not a good this time we had neighbors on both sides that were not very kind and also we had visitors that came for Halloween truck and treating and he’s handicapped and they told him it was no issue for him to be at our spot then it was. Came for a Halloween weekend. The effort people put into their sites is incredible! The park has lots of activities for kids and gave out full chocolate bars for trick or treating. Only thing to note is next year I’ll pay the extra $20 to have a site at the back of the park where it’s quieter. By 11pm the whole park is silent.

When we arrived to our campsite, it was covered in garbage. We had to clean up the site before we could finish setting up. children were running around and screaming until 1 am. No rules were enforced by the staff. The only adult staff member I was able to locate was having a verbal altercation with another customer in the parking lot.

We had a wonderful stay with the other KOA Alumni Group! All the staff was very helpful and friendly. Brian, Erin and Tony did a great job for us. Someone even led us back to our Tree House Kottage when we got lost in the dark! Kudos to all the staff, the Steins and what a beautiful KOA!

What an awesome park!!! We decided to go for the weekend and KOA Port Huron is only across the international border and 15 minutes away We set up camp on Friday afternoon and enjoyed a full weekend of Halloween activities. We will definitely be returning

Very clean campground with nice sites. It is close to home and we enjoy coming here. We have been campers at this resort for over 20 years. Recently changed are the amount of golf carts, scooters, bikes after dark. It is very hard to walk around the park without having to dodge all these extra tires on the streets. I would love to see a rule of foot traffic (or motor vehicle) only after dark.

Howard, Shirley, Tony, Bryan and Erin hosted our KOA Alumni Assoc. reunion in their most warm, gracious and generous ways, giving of their resources, time and attention. Thank you to Howard Stein and to all of his KOA Staff! The Kampground was beyond belief in appearance, cleanliness and curb appeal. This Kampground should be considered the " Flagship" of what the Ideal KOA Kampground should look like. We had the best camping experience! This Kampground is the Best of the Best!

We were very satisfied by the friendly staff and their willingness to help. The first cabin we had booked was in very bad repair, it smelled musty and of smoke, the couch was worn out and the drawers were broken in the bedroom on the cabinet. When I went to ask to change rooms they gave me a new one without any hesitation. We had been to this location many times before when we had the motor home

It’s a beautiful resort. We’ve been to many KOAs and this is by far the nicest. With that said, I do have two observations that should be taken under consideration: 1) there were very few dog poop stations throughout the campground. 2) all political flags and signs should be restricted. We came to get a reprieve and it was frustrating to have a flag in our face every time we went outside.

Site littered with trash as it was the last time I stayed here in June. Site was also not appropriate for my RV. No room for awning or if I had a slider, due to trees and electrical outlet on each side. Had to almost pull into the street. Seems as though this KOA is more interested in profit than customer comfort. Sites packed together too close…on weekends this place is horrendous!!!!!

I was very disappointed. My cabin had clearly not been cleaned and when I called the office to let them know they said they would send someone to take care of it. The guy that showed up gave me free firewood but didn't clean the cabin. Hopefully it's better next time.

This is the nicest and friendliest KOA I have ever visited. Pride of ownership shows throughout the entire property. I would recommend this campground to everyone. Thank you to the entire staff for making our stay so memorable. We will definitely return.

KOA park does not enforce their own rules. Multiple cars parking at sites - emps ask them to move vehicles but they never did and emps then look the other way. Bathroom clsd. due to cleaning at peak times - 1st thing in the morning....really? Site had litter around it. After waiting 55 mins. for hayride, campers told ride ended - because we were not in line by 5:15. No advance notice.

It was good but maneuvering our motor home was a very tight squeeze very scary in and out of campground but the site was very spacious

Very happy with our stay. However, we were informed that the rate went up and we had to pay the increase. We made our reservation 9 months ago, at that rate. We should not have to have paid the increase. The staff was very kind.

Halloween events were a disappointment, poor time management & rude staff at the kid events. The campground & camp store are nice. Would only stay on a cement or patio site as the grass sites are not that big & very sandy.

We loved lodge 339! Could use a new shower curtain though, had a great stay! All employees were friendly and helpful as usual, espically Jersey and kielee, another great year for Halloween camping at KOA :)

This is the best all inclusive camping experience with great staff, clean and beautiful. The layout makes it easy to find everything and get there easily. They have two big pools with kiddy pools attached in very centralized locations. The sites are big and staff is everywhere helping out and very friendly. The golf carts are really nice and convenient. The reclining bikes look amazing. Everyone is happy having a great time. The pizza they sell is delicious and they deliver free too. The ice cream is good- tastes like hudsonville. There were no skunks or rodents anywhere do i dk where people got that idea. I didn't even see a squirrel. The gazebos and big covered areas are nice for families. The events at the opera house, pavilions and those big bouncers are great. We found the magic show boring, but at least they have one. The railroad is adorable and great for kids too. Even without sawmill city, there is tons they offer for the price including 5 or 6 kid parks inside. We will be back.
