very nice campground, the tent space provided us electricity and a pergola which was nice. lots of activities planned; loved that we can just text and ask for wood and they bring it to us and can charge card on file, very convenient.

Great camp ground in excellent condition. The only issue is the price you are charging for fall camping. You should have discounted rate when your amenities are shut for the season. Thanks John Dixon

Halloween trips here are always exciting with plenty of activities only problem I had this time around was the fact that some of the activities collided at same times as others so we weren't able to attend them being involved in a different activity or trick or treating during an activity.

It was going well until they sent a staff person to skulk around my car, making me incredibly uncomfortable. I do not appreciate one person being sent out, creating an odd dynamic where there was no one else to witness what was occurring. The front desk messed up my car tag, and some goon circled my car and threatened to have it “removed.” My kids love coming to KOA, otherwise I’d be done

Stay was good with the exception of kids banging on our brand new Fifth Wheel and parents did care, let their children run free at all hours of the night.

Our refrigerator was disgusting! There was brown liquid in the bottom and the door shelves were sticky. The bathrooms were not kept up! Our community sink was backed up. The girl at the store by the pizza place hates her job and was doing a minute by minute countdown out loud to the few people that were in there both nights… the activities , the front desk and text “requests “ were great

We have been coming to the Port Huron KOA for 15 years for Halloween camping. We were very sad there was no hayride or train, both are highlights of our weekend.

This is a great campground. We have been coming here for about 10 years. We used to go 4-5 times a year. Unfortunately the prices have gone up over that 10 years so we now only go for Halloween camping.

The campground and most the staff are great. There was an older man driving around in a gray Jeep pickup truck who was acting as security I guess. He put notes on several vehicles that they needed to be moved or parked somewhere else. We had booked all the sites and we had used the bigger site to park our car and he left a note on it. He just made the whole camping experience negative.

We have enjoyed several stays at this campground! Between the other campers and our friends, we have made great memories. However, for several years, the bathroom only has one working soap pump and is not well maintained (to issues, dirty floor, leaking toilet, etc.). And the parking is inadequate. If we are able to bring in 2 vehicles, I should have parking near our site to accommodate them.

Everything went well….except for one little issue. Our kids rented banana bikes at 10:45 am. When they went to the bike barn, all were rented out. The attendants told them to come back at 11:30 am. When the kids returned, the bikes were again sold out….they were asked to return at 2 pm. Our kids finally were able to ride over 3 hours later. The delay prevented them from the other activities.

The only issue is some of the staff were unbelievably rude. In all the years I have gone camping I have never in life been talked to and treated like we were this weekend by a couple of the workers. Instantly after we checked in and got to our site we were given attitude and were threatened eviction because we had 2 cars on the lot while unpacking. Very poor “customer service” if you ask me.

The park was nice. Disappointed that we had staff have to come knock on my trailer door do to bring partially parked on grass. Also was charged for a full day and now have to wait for a credit.

We’ve been coming here for years. We typically love our stay. This past weekend, we did not! When we walked into our cabin it was disgusting it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. My daughter had also gotten multiple spider bites. The bathrooms were atrocious! I didn’t even want my young kids going to the bathroom in there but I had no choice. You guys need to step it up on your cl

We had an amazing time in the lodge. Door lock didn't work the first time but was easily fixed. Can't wait to return next year (if I can get a reservation!)

My husband and I had a great time camping with our family and friends! The KOA Halloween Weekend was so much fun. All the campers did an amazing job decorating their campsites!

The stay was amazing, fabulous facilities, very clean. The only change I would make would be to institute one way traffic during holiday events. It was a little crazy with all the kids running around and trying to dodge traffic. We will definitely be back �

All in all we enjoy it there quite a bit! The employees keep things moving, helpful, and are friendly. Didn’t give a five star only because of the bathrooms. I know it’s hard to keep up with the floors and that. But soap is nonexistent and toilet paper. Maybe need more rounds of checks on that. Other than that, love it there!!!

Our only complaint snd it's not KOA's fault is the kids on bikes, skates, scooters and motorized equipment DO NOT pay attention to anyone or anything. Even at 5miles per hour a kids could get hit by a car. Golf carts pull up beside eachother and block the roads while they chat.

Great! WE LOVE Halloween Camping, it's amazing the effort that sites dedicated to making everyone feel excited about Halloween. The staff was very friendly! Everything is conveniently located. The bathrooms were not kept up as they were in past years. This is our family's 7th annual camping trip, and we look forward to it!

Cleanliness of bathroom/shower facilities was seriously lacking. We stayed in cabin 69 and the restrooms across the way were never clean during our weekend stay. This was surprising.

The campground is beautiful and we enjoyed our stay in July but not so lucky this time. We are avid bikers and the gate to the WTA bike trail was kept locked all the time which made it hard for us to get on the trail. We are avid bikers. The Wi-Fi was very poor and slow. When I went to the office to inquire the manager suggested we go camp somewhere else. I guess we will in the future.

Staff was rude. Cabin had a propane alarm that went off constantly. No one would answer when called to resolve this issue when it went off in the middle of the night multiple times.

Overall our stay was fantastic. An element of it was incredibly troubling however. One couple with us was asked to move a vehicle from their campsite, by Pat, who is evidently a Manager. A short amount of time passed and he returned, screaming at the wife and threatening to remove her from the campground. I've honestly never experienced that level of unprofessionalism/lack of decency in my life.

This is a nice clean, fun, family KOA resort. As nice as it is, I am a firm believer that with the amount of money they taken, they should have higher standards. The grass is more weeds than grass, the price per lot has gotten in my opinion out of control. It's the location that makes it so ideal for me, but if you don't continue to take care of the amenities that you have and continue to upgrade then you're falling behind.

This is the best all inclusive camping experience with great staff, clean and beautiful. The layout makes it easy to find everything and get there easily. They have two big pools with kiddy pools attached in very centralized locations. The sites are big and staff is everywhere helping out and very friendly. The golf carts are really nice and convenient. The reclining bikes look amazing. Everyone is happy having a great time. The pizza they sell is delicious and they deliver free too. The ice cream is good- tastes like hudsonville. There were no skunks or rodents anywhere do i dk where people got that idea. I didn't even see a squirrel. The gazebos and big covered areas are nice for families. The events at the opera house, pavilions and those big bouncers are great. We found the magic show boring, but at least they have one. The railroad is adorable and great for kids too. Even without sawmill city, there is tons they offer for the price including 5 or 6 kid parks inside. We will be back.
