Great Park. But the Bathrooms were disgusting every time I went into one. Toilet paper all over the floor. Toilets not flushed.

We stayed in cabin K99. The cabin was clean, beds comfortable, and the heat kept us warm. Halloween trick or treating was great the kids had fun. My only complaint would be firewood. The campground does not want outside wood brought in. That’s fine but at least have an option for buying a bulk quantity or offer a 1/4 of a face cord.

The campground, activities and Halloween fun were great as usual. Two complaints this year… 1. the bathrooms were dirty… toilet paper and such that was on the floor on Thursday was still there on Saturday. Toothpaste and hair in the sink… 2. The mattresses on the full size beds in the cabin are worn out and so hard. They were so uncomfortable. Please consider replacing worn out mattresse

We have stayed here for many years and always enjoy our stay. This year was just as great. We staying in a lodge for the first time in a long time and I have to say I was very disappointed in the cleanliness of it. I know it’s “camping” but… the toaster and Keurig were gross. Food and more between the fridge/counter. Dusty blinds and loft stairs. Just expected better I guess for the mone

My wife and I have been seasonal campers at Port Huron KOA for 22 years, they have the best staff you could hope for. The park is always clean and well maintained. We will be back next year for season 23, see you in the spring.

First I will mention we come every year to the Halloween event and always have a great time. What I hope for is a change in the golf cart rental. PLEASE provide a separate line for those who have reservations so we aren’t waiting for an hour with all those who didn’t reserve the day before. This is very frustrating and simply does not make sense.

the park seemed dirtier than previous years. restrooms were not clean, playgrounds were also littered with garbage all weekend & our campsite had a lot of cigarette butts laying on the ground. we have been coming many years and never has it been this dirty.

Great time as always! Love all the options for the adults and kids! Very well thought out. Minor topics but only improvements i can currently see are..1.cleaning showers more often since people can't seen to do for themselves. 2. Dogs that are not contained by fence or leash

We came for the halloween weekend. We had invited our son and his wife and two our grandchildren to come Saturday's trick or treating. When we went in the office we saw the large fee for visitors $13.00 each.Also two of our friends were going to come and spend one night with us and that charge was $20 each. I told them sadly not to come. We paid over $300 to camp, it was a disappointment!

Cabin was dirty, garbage behind futon, in fire pit, under burners on stove, cobwebs next to mirror in bathroom front door didn’t lock bathroom door wouldn’t stay open no heat in bathroom lock didn’t work on bathroom door microwave door peeling off blinds chewed on only 1 light worked above sink no window cover for bedroom up high light blared in at8am or earlier no storage bathroom towels

This was my 4th time staying at KOA and I have enjoyed every stay especially during Halloween weekends! During my recent stay, I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the women’s bathroom by our cabin. Toilets didn’t look like they’d been clean the whole time I was there. It smelled bad on multiple occasions. Sinks were also dirty my whole stay. More cleanings throughout day should happen

Like the text messages to keep us informed on things like quiet time, reminder to turn in golf carts, etc. Like that we can text requests for more firewood to be delivered instead of having to go back to the front desk to order.

Overall we had a good time. However the bathroom nearest to our cabin is in need of some major attention. Two of the toilets in the women's restroom were clogged the entire weekend and another one rocked side to side as if it wasn't securely fastened to the floor. One of the showers was barely lukewarm at 6am and the handle fell off another shower and it couldn't be turned off.

It was ok but too many unattended small children (and disrespectful adults) roaming and congesting streets. Also had a dog outside or camper who barked nonstop.

We always have a relaxing time at this campground. I wish they would control the speed of vehicles though. People drive extremely too fast in the campground and there are a lot of kids and animals.

Bathrooms were dirty all weekend by our site. The Shower area in front of the bench was full of dirty and full of hair. Someone should have been checking and cleaning the bathrooms more often.

We were originally scheduled for a stay during the week but our plans changed and we pushed it to the weekend. We spoke to the office to make the change and no one informed us it was Halloween weekend, which was complete chaos! Our site should not even be a site (180) as we could not put our awning out due to trees and could barely use our stairs. Our fire pit was on the road with people speedin.

We love camping here! My only complaint is that the bathrooms aren’t the cleanest and every shower we used had a clogged drain.

Was a nice stay. However there are a few issues that no one seems to truly care about that is stated in the rules. Loud music from golf carts and trucks/cars doing more then 5 mph. I did complain about a particular golf cart and nothing was done. We came to relax not be entertained by their choice of music and a few others. You have staff roaming why isn't anything said? It's their job.

Great visit. Great staff. The train is definitely a crowd pleaser. Wish people did not hold place in line for the rest of their party when young children are waiting their turn in line already. Thank you again. Appreciate the text information before and during the stay!

I paid for full hook reservation and I got 66 which was water and 30 amp electric only and on the grass. My RV is 37 foot class A. That was the only screw up. I let the office know and they gave me 195 instead which someone had canceled but if they had not canceled i might have been screwed and it was away from the group that I was with. That was the only thing that I didn't like!!!

Been coming here for years. This time was different. Bathrooms were atrocious. Even after telling staff nothing changed. Also, had people running through my campsite through all hours of the night being very rude and loud. Once again, I told staff and not one thing was done about it. Not even an apology. They are more worried about keeping tires off of the grass than happy customers. Dissapointing

The Kanin was dirty. For 300/night you’d think it would be a bit cleaner. The staff is rude and crabby. I feel like it gets worse every year. We’ve been coming here for 20 yrs and it’s going down hill

I find the reservation process was not clear at all. I was told we would only be paying just over $500 and paid in full as of that information. We were charged for a 3rd night (at check in)I was told was "FREE" we decided not to come. If I had known that the 3rd night was a charge I would've made sure KOA knew we were just coming in for 2 nights instead. I do not like the website or app.

As a family that has been going to this KOA for almost 20 years, this was the most disappointing trip. We decided to rent a lodge this visit and we were very disappointed. It was so dirty . We found so many objects left from other campers. The door was filthy , blinds were just dust. Floor was disgusting! The extra bed in the main room was so old and tattered at was literally crumbling. It's been a tradition for my daughter and I to stay at KOA during Halloween weekends and we have annually brought friends and family who have enjoyed making the memories with us over the past 7 years! Jersey and all the staff at KOA is the BEST and is always so excited to ensure we enjoy our stay!

Always a great time ! I have been coming to this campground since 1995. Now I have been bringing my grandchildren along with my children and their family. We try to go every year if we can. Such a wonderful way to make memories together.

Very present stay as usual. Tried out a new camp site this year with a grill and patio. One thing would be nice is if the grills were cleaned better campers. Inside ours was very dirty and even had years of cobwebs around the propane tank. Friends stayed in the log cabins. Would be nice for the cost of a night stay that all of the cabins get upgraded with mini fridges and microwave combo's.

My family has been coming to this KOA since I was born. Bathroom and shower facilities are always nicely maintained, food is pretty good and decently priced, I've never had an issue with any employees, and they always have something for the kids to do weather permitting. The reason I give 4-stars is because I wish they had more to do if it is raining such as a larger arcade and/or some kind of indoor park or even gym to run around. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be continuing to go yearly at least :)
