Cold pools every stay. Please feel free to look up what the average temperature of an outdoor heated pool is. 77. We have a special need son who has a heart condition. I asked if the pools might be warmer this stay I was texted back the front pool by the office was heated. It was 64. The Pools are always cold at this campground. Hope something changes for the better.

Overall, great stay! Campground was extremely clean. My only complaint is that the cabin rentals need a refrigerator.

Normally I would give 5 stars - the only thing this time is the mosquitos And bees were really bad. Not sure if anything was sprayed and all campers thought it was not sprayed - people got "eaten alive" on the train ride. But......besides that had the Best time - Love the cabins and new bathroom !! Also all of the activities for Holiday weekend - Great job Staff !!

We had a group of people and we all enjoyed our time and were always greeted with friendly faces. The only difference this time is the washrooms were not as clean as they usually were and the garbages took a while to be emptied.

This is my 28th year attending Port Huron KOA, it has always been a family tradition for us celebrating Labour Day long weekend before I return back to school. I am now I’m proud to say that I have continued the same family tradition with my own little family here. my girls look forward to our stay just as much as I did when I was a little girl. We truly love to see the yearly advancements.

Always a great time!! My only complaints are that the pool was too cold this weekend, some of the outlets in my cabin didn't work, and the WiFi/cell service made connecting, streaming and even making calls extremely difficult. But we'll definitely be back, it's always a fun time at PHKOA!

We truly enjoyed our stay. There were a ton of things for my family to do. Our campsite had two trees that should be trimmed and one should be removed because of trailer couldn’t really utilize our full space because of the slide (site 130). The mosquitoes were ferocious but we did our best to fight them off.

This entire place needs to be updated. Also, the bathrooms and showers are disgusting and not cleaned often enough. I’ve been staying here for years and it has slowly declined more and more each year. Definitely over priced for what is offered. Everything is old and still the same from when I was a kid. Also, more enforcement needs to be in place for blaring music and partying.

The “rules” you claim to have are not followed. Quiet time is a joke and never enforced. We had kids running around, screaming and even cutting through our site until midnight every night. People playing loud music until 2 am. The bathroom are disgusting! Even when you notify the staff they don’t do anything about them.

Camp site was nice and staff was very helpful and friendly. Mosquitoes were terrible, I know it’s nature and a lot of wooded areas but would be nice to have some sort of pest control. The bikes and scooters need to have some rules in place, riding through intersections without yielding and constantly weaving in and out of golf carts and cars they need to go with the direction of travel not again

The people on golf carts speed like its the indy 500 with no regard for the 5mph speedlight. Omg is the pool freezing cold.

The site and services at the campground are good. My major complaint is the marijuana use. No matter where in the campground i went with my family, we could smell marijuana. Driving around the campground we saw several people smoking marijuana at their sites the whole weekend. I see on the rules paperwork that marijuana is not permitted to be used on the property. Why is this rule not enforced_

Cabins need more attention as far as cleaning but overall stay was great. Air conditioner filters need to be washed or rinsed to promote better air flow. Policy to reserve golf carts need to tweeked.

Great vacation spot with many amenities however, our site #256, the sewer run went up hill. It made it most difficult to empty our tank. Not wanting to complain but thought you should know. Thank you.

We have always enjoyed our stay at your resort KOA, and always will. Your staff are pleasant and helpful when ever we need your assistance.The sites are always clean and tidy. We will see you next season for sure. Again thanks for a delightful stay.

It’s very pretty to walk though but the fire pits are too close to the roads on some sites. Also you don’t get a lot of room on the sites at all. Was very disappointed on our site size and the patio and grill. We were out of propane and had to send a text to fill it. They were great at that. Just disappointed on site size for the money we paid per night. Very busy intersection we were on!

On arrival sand all over floors and counter dirty. Pull out bed mattress has expired worst sleeping arrangements have experienced for price payed wouldn't recommend to anyone. Amenities and 5 star past experience is what brought us back

The resort is fantastic. I think my grandchildren would love to stay there. The only complaint I have is that the exhaust fan in the bathroom of our cabin C102 was so noisy I woke my husband up at night. Other than that we had a wonderful stay. Thank you.

Absolutely loved it. Office staff was phenomenal and very prompt. Kielee and Jersey were able to get me a site at last minute and help me with the booking process. Kamry and Madelyn were very helpful when checking in and taking me order for fire wood to be delivered. My wood order was delivered right to my site and made things much easier on me. We love Port Huron KOA

We have stayed here even before this was a KOA. It has improved over the years since and we have tried alot of different things to do at the park. This time we just used it as a home base. The park is clean and well kept.

The owner Howard creating a hostile environment, and his assistant general manager call the police on my family for riding a bike over an hour 5 mile speed limit. That was the first time hearing bikes had to go 5 miles per hour. We were told that they handle the situation wrong, but they never once apologize or try to rectify the situation. This was not a great stay, we paid to be harassed.

The room was not clean. We found someone's socks and the floor was very dirty. The toliet was dirty. All the glass had fingerprints. Dust on all the shelves. Definitely need better housekeepers.

I would have rated it between 4 and 5 if given a choice. Wi-fi didn't work good and I don't understand why they put the site marker on posts at the end of the site that makes it a little challenging when leaving the site to make sure the trailer clears the post. Other than these two things the campground was great with lots of things to do especially for kids.

We ended up leaving early, and didn't even stay our whole time, the cleanliness of our cabin alone was absolutely disgusting, will not be returning.

We really like all of the activities for kids. BUT, we stayed in the deluxe cabin which was quite expensive and it was a huge disappointment. Outside was well maintained, but the inside was terrible. If I come back I will bring my own camper.

I have been going here ever since I was a kid and loved it. I want the same experience for my kids now. We got a cabin and through our the night my daughter started to have asthma attacks. That morning I noticed the AC unit light was on for clean filter and it was absolutely disgusting. I told front desk. They did not apologize at all. They just said we will send someone out. Place needs help.

Amazing stay. We had 8 families in our group. With a total of 16 kids! It was an amazing time, we are making it an annual tradition and have already booked our same sites for next year plus some! Already excited. Hoping the water slides make a come back at some point

Been here a few times with great experiences. End of season is not desirable; so many amenities shut down, food fryer was down - which basically left us w. icecream as an option for food onsite. Mosquitos were HORRIBLE. Staff was friendly.

This is a fairly nice campground. A lot of activities for children and families. They had a Halloween weekend when we were there with trick or treating from 4 - 5:30. They have a some very nice campsites but some are a little small.
