Had a great time. Beautiful park. Staff friendly and very attentive. Love the delivery of firewood and pizza right to your site! My one complaint was our picnic table. Warped, burnt, part of the bench rotted off. For what we paid picnic table should be in top condition. Many of the tables in the park were in bad condition. I took a picture but no way to include it in this review.

We have camped here for years, happy with the campground and the amenities. Though not happy that our cabin, L299, was full of cobwebs and the floor was very dirty. Countertops did not appear cleaned either.

Campground seems awesome- pools are nice, lots for kids to do. However, we upgraded to a 50amp plug in that didnt work. There was a drunk fight between other campers that ended at 2am after going on for what seemed like hours.

Suggestion… put site numbers on electric posts. Without these, it was a challenge to find which electric box to use. Too many families surrounded us, children were unsupervised, they didn’t watch where they were going in front of us when we either drobe or backed up. Bathrooms were too far, children were occupying them all the time.

This is our second year staying at the KOA Port Huron and we had a great experience. The staff is attentive and we loved the quick response to our text questions. Also really appreciated being able to have wood delivered to us as well. I wish there were more pools but that isn't something that can be changed. We also enjoyed the easy check in and out process and the ice cream was great too!

Pros: Staff was awesome! Cabin was clean, lots of activities for kids. Cons: too many sites squeezed in. Not all shared bathrooms are updated.

We stayed in Lodge 338. The hand rails were covered in wood splinters. I had to cover the rail with a towel. The left burner inside the cabin did not work. Only one side of the outside burner worked. The shield tents on the grill kept catching fire due to the excessive layers of debris. One of the patio chairs was broken. I think a thorough walkthrough is needed prior to check in.

We had a lot of fun! However, it was a bit disappointing when we arrived that curtains were missing and a smoke alarm. They were addressed right away but took time away from our trip and should have been noticed by staff before we checked in.

Place is very nice, kids had lots of fun, only one problem is cabin has lots of cobwebs , we definitely will be back.

we had a seasonal camp site for the past 10 years, we did not rent it this year and rented 3 lodges for 2 weekends, we had a spectacular weekend, and remembered why we started going to KOA in the first place. See you next month thank you.

Coming and going from the park is too cumbersome and having visitors was really difficult! My elderly parents...one of which is disabled, called us from the visitors lot in tears. They were unable to drive to our site and physically unable to get on the courtesy golf cart. It was so difficult getting them transferred to our vehicle to get to and from our site. The staff were unhelpful.

Would prefer to pick my own site, Park gave me site 343 which I did not like so I changed it to 346. And Why are the highest/nicest sites surrounded by tent sites & the playground?

Everything was great! Campground and cabin were clean, minimal bugs, and maximum fun! Our 2 year old daughter had a blast.

I have been coming to KOA Port Huron for the last 3-4 years, this was by far my worst stay yet. People were allowed to walk around w/ bluetooth speakers and play profane music as they walk or ride through the park. My 8/4 year old don't need to hear that garbage. Also the smell of Marijuana throughout the park was a major turnoff. KOA needs to get this under control, not so family friendly anymore

We were not told that activities were not open when we registered. This was the main reason for bringing our grandkids. I talked with other campers and they do were disappointed. The campsites were on the small size but well maintained one camper had five dogs that barked every time you would walk by or if someone was walking their dog one street over. They were very aggressive. No one addressed

Shops and activities don’t open until after Father’s Day, we booked a year ago, and were told things would be open after Memorial Day. Floors in the cabins were filthy- like they’ve never been washed. There was mold in the shower. A worker was very disrespectful and yelling at campers, he even jumped onto a campers golf cart. So unprofessional and scared my 3 kids. They are scared to come b

Beautiful sites and great kid activities. BUT, kids on electric scooters flying around the park, weaving in and out of people walking, and nearly running into us doing "tricks" was totally unacceptable.

I would like to express deep dissatisfaction with my recent stay at the Port Huron KOA campground. To our surprise and disappointment, upon arrival and throughout our entire stay, all activities were completely closed with NO COMMUNICATION prior to arrival or UPON arrival with 2 children at Check-In. I am a rewards member and highly disappointed with no type of commitment to customer satisfaction.

the ac didnt work and screens ripped so we couldnt open them bc bugs would get in. also had to contact management due to kids unattended after dark destroying the gaga pit, clogging the sink, flipping benches and trashing bathrooms. we usually have a good time, this was an unfortunate stay this time, and we were staying for my daughters birthday

I’m feeling disappointed about my stay. The amenities are good and my kids had a nice time but was sad to see that a lot of the amenities were closed by 2 PM on Sunday. I wish I had known this in advance so I could’ve booked differently. Outside of my cabin was littered with trash/marijuana cartridge. Inappropriate music and the smell of marijuana was noticeable on my visit.

My family has been coming to this KOA since I was born. Bathroom and shower facilities are always nicely maintained, food is pretty good and decently priced, I've never had an issue with any employees, and they always have something for the kids to do weather permitting. The reason I give 4-stars is because I wish they had more to do if it is raining such as a larger arcade and/or some kind of indoor park or even gym to run around. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be continuing to go yearly at least :)
