The heater in Cabin K38 needs to be replaced. It is not working properly. Very noisy and potentially a fire hazard. We used a space heater the second night and it was much better.

I usually avoid KOA because the price us too high for what they offer. Port Huron KOA is different. Still expensive but very clean, nice site and very good service.

We stayed late in the season so most of the park was already shut down for the winter. We can't wait to come back when everything is open and enjoy this park to it's fullest.

The cabins were not clean. Looked like mouse droppings on bunk beds and floor. Our friend’s cabin next to us was infested with cockroaches, which ruined the mood for everyone. Our kids did not want to sleep in the cabins after those were discovered.

We love staying at KOA we wish you had more cabins with bathroom so there was more options for more of us to stay. The chili cook-off was awesome and golf cart parade the kids enjoyed the pillow top we also wish you had an indoor pool would be cool but we always have a blast and thank you for making your time enjoyable.

Beds are incredibly uncomfortable. I think it's really frustrating that I was told it's first come for the golf carts and that no more were able to be reserved in advance friday which made it sound like there was still some available. I was one of the first people there Sat.,and first without a res. BE MORE CLEAR AND ALLOW PEOPLE A CHANCE THAT HAVEN'T BEEN THERE FOR TWO DAYS ALREADY TO RESERVE.

Site was very spacious and a lot of activities throughout the day. Food was great and reasonably priced. Great price for golf cart rental however I received 4 golf carts with dead batteries which was very disappointing. Overall our stay was fun over a Halloween themed weekend and we will be back.

We have stayed in the past as it is a beautiful property but management sadly going down hill . If you like to party stay up late and listen to explicit music then this is the place for you .. we had golf carts racing around all hours of the night blaring terrible music , woke up to beer cans in our lot !! Lots of drinking even on the playgrounds in glass bottles!!!! We won’t be back

There were tree branches that were lower than 13’5” that caused extensive damage to my roof on my camper. KOA shouldn’t have branches lower than 14’ to avoid this. Furthermore, I was assured that the general manager would come to my campsite to discuss after the hollower event, nobody ever showed up to discuss. I stayed in the deluxe cabin and they need to be cleaned. They need to do more than just a surface cleaning. The toilet needed to be clean and the cabin needs to be cleaned better

Been coming for 11 years now. Still have fun but a lot of changes over the years including some of the fun amenities being shut down or not running (pillow limited hours, hay ride, etc). Bathrooms not cleaned as much as necessary and have had stuff stolen from our site the past 3 years which is very disappointing.

Our stay was great except for one little thing. The people that were across the road from us thought that the road was part of their campsite. They had their chairs in the road and they were playing games which were set up in the road. It wasn't a big deal but it was kind of annoying when people tried to go down our road and they had to drive very close to our campsite to get around them.

Matt and Tony were very rude. It was 8:45 p.m. on Saturday and one of them came over an unplugged our speaker and ran off. It was not quiet time and we were not approached nor asked to lower the music or we would have.

The basic cabin wasn't clean before our arrival (not swept out). The mattresses were flipped but the floors were gross. We had no cell service and the wifi is abominable. I had to drive into town to get work done instead of sitting with my family by the fire because your internet sucks. We are not in the middle of nowhere camping, we are at a KOA the size of a city and we need better internet!

We’ve been coming for 15+ yrs. Our toddlers couldn’t even ride their bikes in the road in front of our sites & there is no walking as a family with your dogs around the campground due to the golf carts. The upped the prices from last year adjusted my sisters and wouldn’t adjust the rest of us. Also told us if we paid in full we would still owe more next year. We won’t be returning. Way ove

The cabin we were in was extremely dirty and every night I was there I got bitten up by bugs inside so bad I still have welts. Everything else was great, I will never stay in the cabins again!

Had lots of fun. Only two things could make it better. One, the site we were at was a bit cramped with the site next to us. Our camper and the neighbors were only 5 feet apart. That's just unreal. Second, the fact that we have to turn in the golf cart and then get it again the next day was not ideal.

There was a couple cobwebs up in the ceiling. The heat stopped working. My boyfriend pulled out the filter and it was so full. It should be cleaned atleast once a month if not more. Otherwise the place was clean and no rodents outside. Neighbors amd staff were very friendly. We had alot of fun and we will definitely be back next year!

A little chaotic but to be expected on Halloween Weekends. Not your guys' fault, but we had a negative incident with a masked teen-aged boy screaming "boo" with intent to scare in my 7 year old's face during trick-or-treating leading my son to tears and wanted to go hide in our camper. Overall, a really fun park with lots of options for the kids. We will likely come back during the summer.

The only issue I have is pulling into site 46 the tree on this site overhangs driveway by 4 feet and opposite side of drive way is a huge arborvitae making it too difficult to swing wide enough so you do not brush the branchs from tree on site down your trailer. I mentioned this a year ago and nothing was trimmed .

Are first visit to A KOA. When entering the gates to the campground we were tickled because all we seen were kids EVERYWHERE. It is a wonderful place for kids to explore. We stayed in cabin.

I found this KOA is a good choice for this area, especially when staying over with children. Many activities within this KOA for kids. I also noted it was well run and maintained I liked the access to the paved bike path that is adjacent to this KOA. My wife attended their annual Halloween event with her children and grandchildren which requires booking many months in advance - very popular event.
