Your KOA is kept up well. Grounds are beautiful, and staff is helpful. Our site was clean and shady. The activities we great, our grandkids loved them. If I were to mention one thing we noticed, there were staff all around but in the evening we saw none. Quiet time isn't enforced music, screaming at 1:30am needs to be looked at. Your campground is wonderful. Enforce quiet hours and it is great

We stay here all the time and usually love this place. The workers at the front desk are wonderful. Seems the last several times we have stayed here (including this last visit of 10 days) several other campers (kids & adults) walk/ride bikes through occupied campsites. This is rude. Not sure how you could fix this but it seems to happen more and more.

We rented 5 deluxe cabins for our family weekend trip. Our first time. I was a little disappointed that the cabins didn’t have everything you needed to cook, etc. as stated in the reservation. The biggest disappointment was the cabin floors where very filthy and the outside property had a decent amount of garbage laying around. Bathrooms were an absolute disaster. The men’s urinals were constantly overflowing. Paper towels were stuffed in the sink and overflowing. Hand dryer kept on and wouldn’t shut off. Bathroom was like a sauna. I know you can’t control when campers do such awful things but maybe more inspections need to be done. Also, very loud campers past 11pm. We had a site next to playground and pool. Alot of issues with unsupervised kids causing problems and being rude to us. No respect from other campers to KOA policies, this was the roudiest time we have every had at the Port Huron KOA. We ended up leaving a day early due to this Chose this site because we had our grandson with us and wanted to be able to keep an eye on him at the playground.

This park needs someone to supervise the swimming pool area. To many kids out of control. Definitely kids in pool area without adult supervision. Very dangerous for small kids!

Upon arrival, we were very impressed with the staff. We have a large rig, over 65 ft rig, which made it tough to get around some of the tight turns. at least 10 staff members, kindly and quickly blocked roads, spotted, and escorted us to our site. My issue is the lack of enforcement of the rules. Loud bass music until all hours, site had lots of trash and dog poop on it upon arrival.

Everything was great! All the employees were very kind and respectful, EXCEPT for the older guy on the red golf cart, who I later found out is the owner. Very disrespectful! Granted, we were in the wrong for parking in the grass with our second vehicle. But the way Howard approached the situation was very rude, disrespectful and degrading. Do better Howard, the KOA brand needs better from you!

Nice campground, but very busy with car and golf cart traffic. All of the vehicles were traveling too fast for me to feel comfortable on my site. Also there were a lot of bugs and ants during our stay - I hope the campground is able to spray for this in the future. Facilities were clean and the staff was friendly.

Port Huron is our favorite KOA. Clean, friendly, lots of stuff for the kids to do. My kids love the dance party on Saturdays. We camp here 3 times a year.

Love this campground! Have stayed multiple times! Wasn’t very happy to arrive to a cabin that hadn’t been swept from the people before! Had random trash left under the beds! Bathrooms poorly attended too thru the weekend!

Although I love the property, my cabin was disgusting. Our check in was 3pm but wasn't ready until almost 340pm. There was a dirty towel next to the couch, eaten left over chicken bone next to the toilet, dusty and the floors haven't been mopped in a long time. If we return we will be bringing our own tent.

Great location! So many fun activities to do at this campground. Loved the free hayride. Bathroom were very modern & clean. Would definitely come again if we’re in this area.

My family and I just spent the week there! Had fun! Only concerns are people cutting through sites! Also kids need to slow down on their bike and some adults need to slow down on their golf carts!

We have been camping here for the last 10 yrs. We love it! However, this year felt different. Our reservation request was not accommodated in allowing my father to camp close to our site. Yet the 3 sites down from us remained open the whole weekend. He was placed several streets away. The bathrooms, pool, and stores were not clean. Ex. dirty towels left hanging on the pool fence from Thurs.-Sun.

Well, I left my brand new hat there ! From check in to check out everything was amazing . Staff were awesome and so helpful! They delivered our dinner one night !! It would be great if a pool opened earlier … 11 is half our day gone with little kids . Also… at K82… the light in the back bedroom didn’t work. We will be back next year!

Emily was not happy to be there. She walked around looking miserable. She told me was the one taking the text messages, which I was asking for early check in. The lodge was clean, even the neighbors were wondering what was going on (embarrassing). I went to the desk at 2:55, and Emily still had to “call to check if it was clean.” Ok, I totally get what she was doing. She does not look happy.

I stayed the week of 4th of July, me and the kiddos had so much fun. The activities kept them busy even during the rainy days! The girls in the front office were AMAZING! Both Emma and Jersey were so helpful, kind, and knowledgeable when we called with questions about our reservation. They answered all my questions no matter how silly they were. The beds were uncomfortable and more activities and more amenities should be and the trails should be more lit up at night and you definitely should have First Aid especially with all the families and children

The pools were small, crowded and dirty. There are many amenities at the cabin sites that were wonderful like the clean and sturdy outdoor table and chairs, firepit, outdoor grill and fridge. The insides were ok clean, but still dusty and not disinfected. There was no dish soap or sponge. The sites are too close for my liking. The smell of marijuana was spread throughout the campgrounds.

Most everything was great as usual, however this trip I felt it was a little less clean everywhere . I know it was a holiday weekend , and super busy , but pool areas lots of garbage, and there was a huge layer or film , and lots of things floating in both pools all weekend, to the point where we were disgusted to even get in. Another suggestion , maybe no balls in the pool areas

Really like the campground however its getting expensive to stay here. Also there is a major problem with people cutting through campsites and kids flying around on bikes etc..not paying attention going through intersections Been coming 3 years in a row going to give it one more try

I would like someone 2 call me.Me&tons of my family vacay here every year,same week.It’s usually great.Not this year.The bathroom&showers were filthy.When they did get cleaned it was after I called&after 9am when they did.My husband called the 1st day.The cabins had trash under the fridges;my sisters cabin had dried up blood under hers.Blood under the baseboards.Cabins weren’t cleaned properly

This place is very family oriented and has a ton of activities for the kids. Some areas are not shaded and small lots but some areas have larger lots and shade.
