Disgusting. Our cabin was filthy—had to ask staff to re-clean before we could even unpack. Bathrooms were gross, campground was overcrowded, and everything was way overpriced. Total waste of money. We left a day early because it was that bad. Won’t be back and definitely don’t recommend. I’ve been here for very year since i was a kid and every year it gets dirtier. No plans for next year t

Positive - I love interacting with the staff they are fantastic! Programming is always fun. Loved the scavenger hunt. Gravel tent sites are great. Negative - Every restroom I used was dirty- Needs to be specific times when they shut down & get THOROUGHLY cleaned. EBikes are becoming a problem. Quiet hours were NOT enforced at all. 2 nights called the office.

Very poor experience. Our site had old food and garbage all over the ground which contributed to several bugs, bathrooms were absolutely destroyed everyday. Also told we couldn't listen to music, even at a low volume after 11pm, the worker drove by on golf cart and literally SCREAMED at us to turn music off, it was not even at a high volume, his scream WAS WAY louder than any volume we were using.

Men’s shower/toilets , we’re constantly filthy, floors always wet, could not let your pants all the way down to use the toilet for fear of getting them wet. The soap dispensers were all empty during our visit (3 days). I brought it to the attention of a pool cleaning crew, he said he would notify bathroom crew, NEVER happened, ladies restrooms were filthy as well.no water pressure in mens sink

All bathrooms were disgusting, floors constantly wet, dirty, toilets w/broken handles. Whatever is used to clean the floors smells horrible. The pool bathroom is the worst, the rug stunk up the entire place and appears to never been vacuumed; outdoor pool shower ground has a slimy build up that is so slick someone fell walking through it. It's like camping in a big city, too busy. Kind staff.

We love port Huron KOA. Our only issue was with the cleanliness of our cabin. Sand on the pull out couch & bunk beds. Floors swept but felt unclean. Similar to bathroom and kitchen. Likely needs a deep clean more often. Lighter missing from kitchen supplies to start stovetop. Friendly staff and lots of activities for the kids. Thank you for a great family destination!

I’ve rented a cabin probably 10 times this summer and just rented 337 on 7/26. I was beyond disappointed when I stepped on the little patio wall surrounding the property to grab a ball and the top block came off and smashed into the back of my ankle tearing it up pretty good. Come to find out none of them were locked in place and loose which was super dangerous. Nobody even came to see if were

It was our first time staying at a KOA and we loved it! The grandkids enjoyed the activities: swimming, train, jumping pad, and the Bible Clubs that were hosted by CCEF throughout the week. We were so pleased to know that KOA welcomes a Christian organization and sets up intentional teaching, craft, and game time. Our grandkids said that the Bible Club was one of their favorites.

The park is great. The bugs were out of control this time so made for a little discomfort. Trash was picked up often. We did notice that staff driving around were definitely driving faster than 5. They need to be held accountable as well as guests.

Our site was terrible. We were surrounded by four other campers with screaming kids and barking dogs. We had to run our air conditioner in the camper to drown out the noise. One of the campers had a big pet pig along with a dog. The young man at the gate directed us up the wrong way to back into our site. Many young children on bikes all over without supervision. Chaotic. Cable didn’t work.

Whoever cleaned the cabin didn’t do a very good job. Sand all over the porch and plastic bottle caps and candy paper on the grounds. Inside was not sweeped down properly.

The KOA itself is a nice place. The campground has a lot to offer with pools, a game room, a restaurant, ice cream shop, stores, bike rentals, and golf cart rentals. Our guests were charged $2, $5, and $10 per guest just to come visit with us. The charge was not consistent and had no pattern. The speed limit is 5 mph in the park, but the staff exceeds that on their golf carts all the time.

3rd time visting...the bathrooms were nasty every time we went in this time...the showers and toilets were stopped up which made a long wait time to use...and the cabins was hot AF and need to be cleaned better with the spider webs

My grandkids had a super time. The deluxe cabin itself needs alot of attention on cleaning!!! I had to take the A/C units apart to clean they were filthy!!! The burners in the kitchen never worked, soap scum in the shower. We have been there 4 years in a row and I have said the same thing. The cabins need to be cleaned A DEEP CLEAN. People can get very sick from those A/C it was full of mold!!!

We had another great stay at the Port Huron KOA! We have stayed here for a nearby football camp for the past two years and plan to do the same thing for years to come! Thanks for an excellent experience!

The cabin had an oder to it like rotten food or a dead animal. The overhead fans had so much dust on them that I didn’t turn them on. The grills are too dirty to use so we brought our own this time. The neighbors on either side of us kept cutting through our camp site. The kids were playing football in front of our cabin and the ball hit our car at least two times. Not a great stay!

Beautiful campground ! Staff is very professional and attentive. Deluxe Cabin was gorgeous and had everything that I needed. Loved the pools and the Mad Dog Saloon had great food, reasonably priced and Staff was awesome ! Will definitely be back ! 5 out of 5 Stars. Had a wonderful time, thank you for everything �ϋ� �. P.S. The bathrooms were nasty and filthy, the one by the pool more in the campground. No matter what time I went in them they dirty. The showers were gross, dirty, and hair was everywhere. I took a shower and the lights in the bathroom went out, then my shower light went out. If you're having lights that go off with motion I should be able to get them turned back on while still in the shower.

The only thing I would change is the price of wood. $8 a bundle adds up quick. It burns fast. And now with the no out side fire wood rule it pushed me over budget.

Front pool was closed till 2pm, central pool was packed. Front desk girls are very rude, you could use someone that is not under 21 up there to maintain professionalism. You don’t enforce the same rules for everyone. I was told no early check in, but I noticed new neighbors show up before 2pm the following day. Arcade bathroom is disgusting and the arcade is very very old. Wood is super expensiv

Busy, nice area with plenty of things to do. Lots of golf carts, but the staff sticks to the rules for those. Too many people walking directly through sites, even within my dogs 6’ leash from me. Doubt I’ll stay here again, especially since they got rid of the KOA reward day after Labor Day. It’s been fun for the past several years, but not anymore.

I enjoyed it. Clean, nice workers(although everyone is young lol) lots of activities. I would say prices were reasonable. Fun classic arcade for old guys, putt putt, food on site, never left the campground. I do not like their rain out policy i paid for. It poured rain one of the days, lightening, and most things were closed for about 5 hours but no refund. Kind of a scam.

1st off we had a great time. Between the banana bikes, 4 person bike & the pools. We did have 2 negative comments. The biggest negative is we arrived on Sun. left Wed. & the mens room by the Western Store did not appear to have been cleaned the entire time we were there. The urinal &1st toilet stall were filthy. The pool near the dumping station needs more chairs grandma had to stand by the fence

We really enjoyed our stay- the well kept grounds, text communication with staff, prompt response to requests, on site activities, amenities included with our lodge. However there were some areas lacking, especially considering the rate paid was similar to an AirBnB or double a hotel. Lack of kitchen necessities, several dirty areas inside the lodge, and a difficult stove made cooking a pain.

Super crowded, crabby people in office, no breakfast despite advertising that on the website. Many inaccuracies on the website, so it was not what I was expecting at all. The "amenities" and even the train were at a separate, super run down facility. The water slide, which my son wanted to go on, was so run down and not functioning.

Couldn't check in @3:00 because I changed cabins. Waited 2 hrs to get my cabin key. Got @ koa @2:30 pm got key @ 4:20pm as my grandkids wait 2 hrs in car! Water near washing machine near cabin 106. THAT is AN ELECTRIC HAZARD FOR POSSIBLE EDEATH.TOLD SOMEONE ABOUT IT ON JULY 19th. Still a hazard as of July 20th.Employees don't

Rap Music booming our first night there. Second night they were asked to turn it down which they did until KOA staff left. No camper etiquette, walking, right through sites, unsupervised children everywhere, activities only accepted cash.

We had the best time! Everything was clean and tidy. The cabin was perfect for our family of 4 and our sons had the best weekend! The staff was also very friendly and helpful and we felt comfortable asking any questions. We will be back!

My family has been coming to this KOA since I was born. Bathroom and shower facilities are always nicely maintained, food is pretty good and decently priced, I've never had an issue with any employees, and they always have something for the kids to do weather permitting. The reason I give 4-stars is because I wish they had more to do if it is raining such as a larger arcade and/or some kind of indoor park or even gym to run around. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be continuing to go yearly at least :)
