Great. But the map is deceiving. Did not realize all the activities in the red and yellow stars cost money as they are part of sawmill city. Caught us off guard that we had to buy tickets….

Had a great visit with the family up north. Only issue we had was the lock on our cabin door was difficult to lock and unlock. Had a young lady come out and check it but rather than the hassle we just left it unlocked with any valuables in our vehicle. Don’t know if it was the key cut wrong or just needing some WD40. But loved our stay see ya next time.

We had a great stay, relaxing and will definitely be back. Our friend stayed in a cabin and us in the site, going to try to get closer. We did have an issue with ants crawling up the power cord onto camper, but we had Torro ant dust/power we put on them.

Bathrooms were very dirty AND OR bathrooms closed for hours for cleaning but still seemed very upon opening. Toilets broken, feces in several toilets for days.

Everything was great, except the amount of wasp nests that were all over the cabins. Our cabin personally (331) had nests inside the whole railings and the were 4 nests outside by the roofs. Had 2 people out to spray, but did not get them all. huge one on the cabin behind us when we were on patio. Regular checks for wasp nest should be taking place, as I am allergic & it could have been bad

There were many on golf carts and other vehicles going much much faster than the 5 mph limit. The golf carts being driven around in a donut style was more than annoying it was dangerous. Consider running the train more than once per day. Many children were turned away. Attitude of train operator leaves a lot to be desired.

Great trip except the owner is a total Jerk. His approach is unbelievable. Was we going 10 mph in the golf cart yes! The carts he rents go more than the posted 5 MPH. The workers do WAY more than 5 mph. It doesn’t justify him acting the way he did. We apologized, it should have been the end of it. Massive bee hives all over lodges. We were given a quarter can of wasp spray.

It was a nice time, generally, but security should be tightened and rules enforced by adults. Quiet hours were completely ignored Friday and Saturday night and we were unable to sleep because the large group in the cabins next to us were playing loud music and yelling until 3am. Many people were drunkenly driving their golf karts around, including ripping donuts in intersections and parking lots.

We LOVED our time at KOA and have already re-booked for next summer. The only improvement I can make is that the washroom floors were constantly soaking wet and dirty. Other then that everything was perfect!

The KK air conditioning did not work correctly and filters were dirty. Swing was hung too high and could not touch floor to swing (I am adult and this is my 28th year there so I know they normally are not hung this high. Also, for the amount of money paid, kabins should include a mini fridge and microwave.

We’ve been visiting this KOA for 8 years and have booked a 9th. Our kids loved the park and the nearby amenities.

Yes, the staff was very kind to me. I needed anything and gave me good advice I wouldn’t go to another campground KOA Kimball is the best campground around everybody’s kind and considerate and so much to do there. My family loves this place and so do I.

I WAS A LITTLE DISAPPOINTED IN THE RESTROOMS AND SHOWERS WERE A LITTLE BIT OF A MESS AS OUR PREVIOUS STAY THERE WERE VERY WELL TAKEN CARE OF. I'M SURE IT WAS PROBABLY DUE TO A PACKED CAMPGROUND. YOUR STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND POLITE AS ALWAYS .

My husband and I stayed for three nights. We did get a couple hours of rain one of the days, but it didn't dampen our overall thoughts about our stay. The campground had so many activities available and the employees that we interacted with were all very pleasant, knowledgeable and attentive. Very clean campground and we have already recommended Port Huron KOA to our family and friends.

Such a lovely campground. There is room for many campers here, quite astonishingly the large number did not spoil the experience. It was a quiet, pleasant, family oriented space. There are many activities for all, 2 pools, a little railroad, corn hole and many many others. We had a lovely spot under a grove of trees, lots of shade. But there are also spots in full sun.

I have been going to this KOA for about 25years. The only complaint I have is the restrooms were the dirtiest I have experienced ever! They did not have toliet paper or soap at the sink. i resorted to bring my own stuff to the restroom.This is not a good reflection of all the other postive things in the park. The restrooms by the pool were the worst! They probably need attentionmore often.

We’ve been coming here for over 35 years always a good time. The one complaint I have is my daughter rented a cabin and down that street was access to restroom. Campers had a net over the road all weekend for I guess pickleball and they had to walk around the street to get to restroom Otherwise they would of had to walk through the sites to get around the net. Everything was great. Everyone was nice and friendly. Pools need to be opened earlier. At least one of them. Kids are up early in the morning. They need things to do. Or we could have went swimming before leaving if the pool was opened earlier.

The campground is beautiful! Lots of stuff to do and the cabins with ac were good to have in the hot weather. But the bathrooms were disgusting. I know it was busy but we could tell they werent thoroughly cleaned for a long time. The showers near the pool had so much hair and waste on the floor in the corners, and the bathrooms near our cabins just smelled really bad, need a wash down for sure!!

Very nice campground, although a bit crowded. Terrific amenities, plentiful and helpful staff. Reasonable rates make this a terrific value. We would definitely stay again!

We had three separate families stay at PH KOA. Everything was great as it was our third stay, we stayed in a cabin without a restroom. Sadly, the restroom we used, across from our cabin, had no ventilation, was not as clean as the others and had no way to dry our hands after using it. No towels nor air dryers. Not a deal breaker, just an FYI.

Kiddie pool was over run with rowdy teenagers and adults. Feces was on the floor in the woman's bathroom in every stall. Campsites were very loud into the early hours of the morning

We have stayed here alot. Twice this year, 11 nights & 9 nights on the same site both times a site that is $175 a night weekdays & $199 a night on weekends the unprofessionalism upon check in wrecked the vacation for us and a manager wouldn't even talk to me. I own a large company and if one of my managers acted like that they wouldn't have that position. KOA is not the place to go..

We’ve camped here twice a year for years. We’ve noticed a decline over the last two years. We expressed our concerns last year and they were left on deaf ears. This year, we’ve decided to end our camping adventures at Port Huron KOA. Our check in was a mess. There were people ridding around on mini dirt bikes. People in golf carts hitting children on bikes. We have been camping at this Koa for many years. We love the camp ground. We rented 3 big lodges this past weekend. We did notice this year, the lodges were not as clean as before. The bathtub in L312 had a dirt ring around the inside. All the blinds were filthy. They need wiped down bad. Also the decks need power washed. Green alge on the decks. I hate to complain but we pay alot to stay .

We have been going to the KOA since 2011. We started out in the small cabins and for many years have been in the Lodges. This year our Lodge needed a new fridge the day we got there. Staff was great, came right over and exchanged the fridge. We did have to remove everything we had in the fridge. Also no comforter in the main bed.

We had a large group of people in several cabins. The cabins are nice, but the beds were not comfortable to us. I wish all the cabins had a small fridge but they did have air conditioning! Loved that! We had a great weekend, lots of laughs. The bathrooms could use a little more TLC but have definitely seen worse. All in all would recommend. We will be back!

The cabin was nice but for the money could be cleaner. Floors were swept but not mopped. The filters/screens on the AC units had accumulation beyond healthy. Deep cleaning needed desperately.

The park is very big and too crowded for our liking. Kids (and adults!) don't pay attention to cars, which was very stressful, especially since our cabin was at the very back of the park. The "upgraded mattress" that your website claims was in our cabin (K62) was a joke. It was very thin and the bed creaked anytime I moved in it. We left a day early because of the uncomfortable sleeping.

The grounds were very clean, there were lots of activities to do, plenty of bike and golf cart rentals, a huge amount of camping space, places to buy food, multiple pools and so much more!! My camping experience there was awesome!!!

Bathrooms horrible. I have been at this KOA 4 times, and each time they have been nasty. Questionable people. Ghetto is the word I would use. Last year there was a stripper pole, and the staff was fine with it, even with kids around. I see this year we still have the same nasty people. Not fun when there are fights and nasty music. Not kid-friendly at all anymore. What a shame. Never again

The AC unit was broke in my cabin. A portable AC unit was put in and that one also broke. Finally, the main unit was replaced and our problems were fixed. The bathrooms specifically were much dirtier than they have been in the past. The park seemed dirtier in general.

My family has been coming to this KOA since I was born. Bathroom and shower facilities are always nicely maintained, food is pretty good and decently priced, I've never had an issue with any employees, and they always have something for the kids to do weather permitting. The reason I give 4-stars is because I wish they had more to do if it is raining such as a larger arcade and/or some kind of indoor park or even gym to run around. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be continuing to go yearly at least :)
