We decided to stay another night and wanted to stay in the same cabin , the front desk said it was unavailable because of maintenance. We had to move cabins which was an inconvenience. The cabin we wanted to keep stayed empty the whole time and it didn’t appear to have any maintenance done . The staff did not try to accommodate us whatsoever they just said no . Very nice campground otherwise.

Our first time at this KOA and it was beautiful. Paved roads, nice green grass, super clean sites, beautiful flowers, nice variety of site types, ample activities for children, three pools (they were a little too cold), enjoyed dinner at the Mad Dog Salon one night and a few ice creams too.

I had a very disappointing experience at this KOA. Every bathroom I visited was extremely dirty, and the noise from neighboring cabins—especially loud music playing all night—made it difficult to relax. The staff appeared to be mostly young and unwilling to address camper issues, including repeated rule violations. For example, guests were openly drinking while driving rental golf carts.

The weather didn’t cooperate with us so I appreciated the staff activities that were available for my 4 year old granddaughter.

Beautiful, Clean Campground. However, the rules should be enforced. Our family witnessed a lot of profanity & even an altercation between guests. The rules clearly state that foul language, rowdiness, and arguments will not be tolerated & will result in immediate expulsion. However, all the disrespectful guests were seen the next day. How unfortunate for such a lovely campground!

Lodge #327 could be cleaner and neighbors rude, loud out of control. Bathrooms by pool smelled very bad. Been bringing my grandkids, great grandkids there for over 10 years place has changed for worse. Not kid friendly anymore adults have taken over sad to see will not return.

We loved our stay. The only complaint is that my cabin had not been cleaned before we got there. We had so much dog hair from the previous guests and there was dog poop and some trash all around our campsite.

This is one of our favorite spots to stay! The whole park is clean, and the workers are very nice! We love the activities for the kids. We feel safe letting ours kids explore the park. The downfall is the guests STILL not obeying the Marijuana rules...our last stay was very stinky! But regardless we plan on many more stays in the future!

The pool bathroom was terrible, that's was the very most reason that the stay was not as 100% comfortable. It remained out of soap for 2 days. I was there for 5 days. That was the closest bathroom to my site, directly across the street, I walked to a further bathroom to experience a cleaner facility. The cleaning hours for that busy bathroom should probably be increased, just a suggestion.

I was charged for two pets that was $15 that I never had pets they told me it will be on my card but never was I just think they overcharged you if you don't look

A lovely stay. Clean cabin. Friendly staff. Just wish the one cabin hadn't played loud music for much of Saturday evening. We could hear it 100 yards away. Pool was wonderful. We will return next summer.

For the amount of money KOA makes on cabins. The quality of the mattress should be way better. Worst nights aleep ever! Ill never eent a cabin again. Sleeping on the ground would be better.

Was very clean and the campground was in great shape. We visited in a Sunday one night. We stayed in a cabin. Only thing we wished is that the activities were clearly labeled on hours and times available. A lot of things my kids could not experience as it was not running or only available on saturdays . Other than that it was a pleasant visit.

your service team was very responsive to any of our needs. we love the vibe of your camp. We were disappointed at the change in fridge size (from full size last yr to mini this yr) without being informed on the unit description. this put us in a real pickle as we had a lot of food we had expected to be able to store. h well. its camping! and we survived. loved it. thank you

The stay was overall excellent. The store made any small things we mightve forgotten nothing more than a minor inconvenience. The only complaint was the cleanliness of the bathrooms. My 13 year old son and his friend walked to 2 different bathroom locations and said they were disgusting and didnt want to use them. I had similar reaction to going to use them myself.

Reported porch light not working & it did not get fixed. Bathrooms near our cabin (#27) needed to be cleaned more often. After the floors were mopped, there was literally standing water on the floors and there was no signed posted about wet floors.

All the years we’ve been coming to Port Huron koa, I’ve never been more disgusted with the cleanliness. Grandchildren wouldn’t even use the bathroom because it was so filthy. Each toilet, sinks, floors disgusting. Site took an hour to clean too. What’s the point of check in at 3 if you don’t clean the sites? Won’t be back, won’t recommend. We had a really great time! So much to do, bumperboats, cars, too much to list! Staff was really friendly, especially when it came to directions. We had 4 adults and 3 kids, we all had a blast!! Already planning for next year� Thank you for the great memories

I enjoyed my stay but definitely would Have liked if the security would have stopped the people from smoking marijuana around us I complained several times as the rule was stated on the site and in the welcome bag. I was extremely disappointed that this rule was not enforced more heavily

We absolutely love all KOA‘s, and here’s the but; there was a lot of cigarette butts laying around just about everywhere… as well. The dog run enclosure didn’t have bags for most of the weekend, so there was excrement left on the ground. Also, if checkout time is 1 o’clock from a RV site, why would the kids come around and start scooping ashes out of the fire pits at 11 o’clock (lot

The basic cabin with no bathroom, kitchen or anything should at least come with a mini fridge and a microwave. We pay all that money and couldn't even enjoy our stay. I won't be back to this KOA.

The service has declined over the years. Every day an amenity is broken, the lodges are not cleaned (hair in drains and corner floors not mopped. We used to stay for at least 7 days, &will be reducing to 4 days because the value isn't there. Fortunately the campers are friendly and all ready to have fun with each other. Very safe & friendly place.

We love coming every year. A little disappointed our first night there. When I pulled out the sofa bed it still had linens on there from previous peeps. Our feet were black from the floors. They had not been mopped. I brought my Seifter mop and 5 pads later had it clean. Huge onion piece by the refrigerator door on the floor

My family has been coming to this KOA since I was born. Bathroom and shower facilities are always nicely maintained, food is pretty good and decently priced, I've never had an issue with any employees, and they always have something for the kids to do weather permitting. The reason I give 4-stars is because I wish they had more to do if it is raining such as a larger arcade and/or some kind of indoor park or even gym to run around. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be continuing to go yearly at least :)
