This was my first time visiting with my grandkids, and we had a ball! The staff was helpful. The property is well kept. My only legitimate complaints would be the dust in the cabin. Or her than that I will definitely recommend and visit again!

Had a great time. Alot to do there, clean cabins, clean environment, clean bathrooms. Awesome delivery service. Liked the text message notices.

Noisy trains during night hours. Our site on the small side. Hard to park 24,' camper with truck...had to park truck across site. Park clean, bathroom/showers clean. Great communication with customers. Lots of choices in park as to accomodations. Friendly staff. Peer campers were respectful.

We love this resort. The lodges are always clean so is the campgrounds. The only recommendation is to upgrade the WIFI.

They ended up having switch us to a different cabin that they "deep cleaned" because our first cabin was so filthy and smelled awful. The second cabin looked better and smelled so much better and we are glad they tried to make it right, but disappointed in the first place how it was not throughly cleaned in ages. Last year we stayed and loved it, but not sure will do it again next year.

I enjoy the park and the amenities but our cabin was much smaller than pictures. Also did. It know that we would have a shared bon fire pit. The floors were dirty with crusted food and corners were filled with old dirt. The grill was dirty with old food and grease all over. Table was stained and sticky. Futon was old and matted down and very uncomfortable.

It is a four not a five because Camping rustic cabins should have screen doors. We did appreciate the shared outdoor kitchens.

I loved our secluded spot and the lodge was very nice but did not have a porch light until the last night of our stay. I been told a crew member to come and see about our porch light but they forgot and came when I asked again. Due to not having a light I fell on the sidewalk and sprung my hand I was in pain for a day or two fyi...So I did not like not having a porch light for that night.

Was great other than rain which could not be controlled and the kabin was still sort of dirty still had glowsticks and cereal around in the kabin. (We swept quickly and then no issue so minor). The mad dog pizza manager was so nice.. they were short staffed and were not going to deliver to site but he overheard staff on phone and said he would deliver, food was delivered piping hot and was good.

We were so glad that the train was working - first time in several years we’ve been able to get on it! Kids had a blast on the banana bikes and the jumping pillow and didn’t want to come home.

The site was comfortable, the text messages were a little much... I understand the office staff was young and I'm sure the college kids have left already.. leqving you with younger employees... but they were very confused.. They couldn't answer a question without assistance and would repeat themselves

Our campsites too many trees for a camper of our size. The rv had to be parked at the front of the site to open the awning. Why is every road paved but 2? I still don't understand why my guest daughter couldn't be allowed to be followed in to drop off her 3 week old new born and baby stuff. Child car seats are not allowed on golf carts. I had to run back to my camp site to get my veh. Disappointed

Had a great time. At checkout I mentioned that I was missing a bolt on our gas grill lid..also, the table legs in the kitchen were broken. We caught it as we moved it to play cards...other than those 2 things, everything was PERFECT

I was grateful for the food, excellent staff but most of all a well stocked store because I was not prepared for the rain and my camper leaked!

I love the campground itself but it's very crowded unfortunately. Also I am pretty upset that we booked this last year and we did not get last year's rates. I find that to be ridiculous.

Not the usual KOA. Fireworks, loud parties at two am loud music from people riding bikes. If you go there expect rude campers. On the other hand there is a lot to do

Took our grandson for a 4 day camping trip, we enjoyed all the activities. We did run into rude people trying to get out of our camping spot when everyone was leaving, as we were pulling out a truck with camper tried to go around us and caused us to slam on or brakes. Maybe a sign on the main road to remind people to allow others out when the road is very busy.

Port Huron KOA was great. Large campground with paved roads throughout and a variety of options for all types of camping. Lots of amenities and things to do while staying.

Had a great time. Hopefully we can come back. Sites are a little more pricy then we r used to but there was alot to do there so I see why. Campground was very well kept up and clean. Every employee was friendly

Lots of staff around, which is good for a large campground. The WiFi was impossible to use, unfortunately. Lots to do there otherwise.

We stayed in cabin L288. We love KoA and come every year. Everything was great except the sliding glass door in that cabin needs to be repaired or replaced. It is very difficult to open and close. In case of a fire, that would pose a risk of exiting the cabin in a hurry. We adults struggled with opening or closing it. Very dangerous for your guests. Do better please!

It’s a nice campground with lots of activities and food options, my children loved it. Great outdoor spaces! It really is popular location, super busy, family focused My only disappointment was the cleanliness of the cabin and the pests. When we checked in, there was trash under and around the futon couch and dust everywhere. There were many wood roaches outside the cabin and we found one inside

Our stay was great as usual - the only complaint we had was the site 2 down from us kept having a distinct marijuana smell coming from them time to time which was annoying

Excellent campground. Lots of activities for the kids. Well maintained facilities. A lot of the older staff members were beyond rude, the rest of the staff was great.

Our camp site was fine, how ever, my father had cabin 91 Friday and Saturday night, Friday night at midnight the smoke detectors started chirping and he ended up sleeping in his SUV, went to the office Saturday morning and they said sorry, all we can do is send someone to fix it, went to the cabin Saturday night and the same thing , again he was told the same thing, he paid 240.00 and couldn't th

This place is very family oriented and has a ton of activities for the kids. Some areas are not shaded and small lots but some areas have larger lots and shade.
