Friendly staff. Sites are way too close. I could not pull out ir i would hit my neighbor. It was our 3rd time there and it's our last.

The staff at your campground went out of their way to help us in every way they could during a overwhelming time in our lives, they not only provided a longer stay as it was so needed but offered us compassion and understanding which is not so common in the world these days. Every person we came in contact with in the office or escorting us were very friendly and profesional. Others with yellow shirts had a friendly Hi for us. Grounds were well maintainer. Very impressive fire pits at some of the site. We don't have pets, but doggie Pen & shelter was first we ever saw and very considérate. We would certainly recommend this resort.

Site needed mowing, duck poop alllllll over the playground area. Kids and adults had no way to avoid stepping in it on the playground and cornhole/horseshoe area. The 3rd time in a row going "family" campground and could not be next to each other. Literally the only campground that just doesn't honor the request. All kinds of excuses why. Also told that their "new" patio sites are NEVER available.

We arrived from PA at 11:45 and was charged $25 because we arrived before the 1pm check-in. It was a Friday & we allowed extra time to get there and made good time. We didn’t feel that we were THAT early to warrant the charge. This was our 3rd visit and we will return again ONLY because we come to see family. Hoping the party with the non-stop barking dog received an extra charge too!

We had spot 1. The outdoor space was pathetic. We have an 32’ 5er and couldn’t park our truck in the site. Also we got a text from KOA to use a 50% 23Extend, we tried to add an extra day and maybe even two and it was a bear for the office staff to use. Book, unbooked, added a day still no discount, I believe we got tho. Just silly that KOA didn’t educate the staff on how to apply a discoun

We are in Virgina and have family in Philly, so we have stayed here for many years including before it became a KOA. We have also been members of KOA for many years before this campground joined the organization. We have always loved this campground! The spaces are beautiful and good sized. The dog park is a wonderful size for our large dogs. Bathrooms have plenty of toilets and showers+clean!

This is the 3rd time we "family" camped and were not placed next to each other. They are the only campground that we run into this problem with. Love the new patios, was told by the woman in the front office they are NEVER available. Our site was overgrown and the entire play are was FULL of duck poop! You could walk anywhere to avoid it. Disgusting! Huge jump in rates but no close to other KOA's.

We loved it! The bathrooms were always so clean! The pond is so cute, with quite a bit of wildlife including turtles, frogs, and fish.

All the staff where friendly and helpful!! Right off the highway which makes it nice after long drive. The internet has improved since the last time, but bogs down when campers arrive. We will definitely be back.

This was a simple KOA, nothing fancy, but clean, quiet, nice, friendly, convenient. The pool appeared not to be open. The hot tub was empty & I would've liked to have used it.

A local police officer who was there for a fundraising event took the time to assist our granddaughter in her first fishing adventure. He was very kind and she loved it.

We enjoyed our stay. Overall, it is a very nice place. Our site was smaller than I like. Not nearly enough space between campers.

This KOA doesn't meet the criteria of other KOA I stayed at. Few permanent site people speed through campground, site next to us was a pig pen, 13 nights couldn't set out because the neighbors looked so bad and staff just drove by like nothing wrong. Allowed parking anywhere, what happened to no parking on the grass. Call the after hours number, it's full, can't leave message. Won't return.

I'd give you 10 stars if I could. A quick minute off the highway and easy in and out to the campground. The campground is very clean. The sites are level and we have camped at this KOA at least 10 times at different sites. All the workers are friendly and helpful. The lake has tons of fish. Saturday nights in the summer they have a DJ.

The park was nicely kept. Only big complaint is that I don't like the fact that they charge you each day if you have visitors come see you. $7 per day if the visitor stays longer than 1 hour is a bit much in my opinion. No other KOA does this and i don't think it is right.

Had a wonderful stay. Site we were on was a bit narrow, site 32, but we managed. Will look to book a larger site with next visit.

Location easy access to major highway close to city and shopping , the park was clean people friendly staff were friendly , The camp sights are ridiculously small and barely enough room for a trailer or rv and a vehicle, camp sites are too close together so close you can’t use the fire pit if your awnings are open

The site had plenty of room for us. We didn’t get to use any of the amenities. They looked clean. I’m not giving 5 Stars is because we had a guest come over for a couple of hours for dinner. She did not use any of the amenities, nor did she stay overnight. I get that she is supposed to register at the office, but they they charged us $8!! I think that was excessive, not to mention unnecessary

Please mention that tickets are required for Independence Hall when people are inquiring about visiting downtown Philly. Transportation sheet for getting there was awesome.

Stayed for 3 nights in our 44ft 5th wheel. Nice campground. Little tight getting in our spot but we worked it. Didn't use bath houses but laundry was adequate. Staff was friendly. Good location to check out Philly. Good for walking dogs, good size dog park. We would stay here again.
