It was delightful. Deluxe cabins were top notch and fully equipped for our stay. Camp personnel were easy to deal with & email updates were very useful. DJ was excellent and amount of time allotted was sufficient. The grounds were beautiful and well kept. We had a very good time and would consider this KOA location again.

Cabin was clean and comfortable. Air conditioners in bedrooms rattled the whole room when they cycled on though, which made it very hard to sleep. Playground/kids area was great. DJ from 6:45-9pm right outside our cabin made bedtime with kids challenging.

I feel like things weren't explained correctly. Our group rented two cabins from Sunday to Thursday for our friends birthday. We thought you could get clean towels everyday that was not the case. Also thank you to Kelly, Dennis and May who were helpful during our stay. The laundry room, pool and jump pad were awesome.

An overall improvement of the Wi-FI would help very much, especially with those who work remotley from home and often like to travel while still having access to work 8 hours per day without internet issues.

Had a great time. We will definitely will be back. Only thing we wished was that there were chairs and benches around pond. Bathrooms were so clean and as was nice.

Cabin was comfortable, easy to navigate and well-appointed. It would be helpful to include a lot of things provided in the cabin so we know what to bring.

We stayed in the primitive cabin which was perfect for our small family. The air conditioning worked well and the fridge was helpful but the concrete patio area was a life saver since it rained a lot and saved us from being muddy! We loved using the pool and using the dog yard.

Cabin was very clean and had everything including linens. I love the way the cabins are laid out with a sidewalk and patio for each one and having a view of the pond was beautiful

Due to the weather over the weekend, activities were on a "rain schedule". You would think you'd have more activities because of the rain! There were geese on the property. We were told to not feed them. We weren't but you're providing grass and a pond for them to stick around. Staff using a squirt gun to have them move is cruel.

My only criticism would be the front desk personnel should be more friendly. Two days, two different ladies and both weren’t very personable. As the face of Clarksboro they should be. All other employees were great! Always and smile and a genuine hello. We’ve been here several by times already and will definitely return.

The cabin was very comfortable, only had a couple of minor issues inside but we reported them to the office and we're sure they were fixed. A little walk to where the car had to be parked but it's not a deal breaker. All the staff was excellent and want to thank them for making our stay enjoyable. We hope to be back again soon.

I have no problem with the staff. We stayed in one of the Glamping tents. This is where I had a problem. I sent and email detailing the problems we encountered with the camping tent.

It was a distance to carry everything to cabin, having carts available would have been great. The cabin was clean but there were ants. Loved having a full size refrigerator. Tent sites with water and electric would have been a welcome option. Overall it was good.

This KOA made it hard to cancel - very disappointed in them and don't think I would book another stay as a result of their customer service (or lack of). In comparison, another KOA was the polar opposite and super easy to work with and cancel/reschedule.

Deluxe cabins are extremely clean, linens are always clean and fresh, and they thought of everything you could possibly need so all aspects are covered. We have stayed here several times before. This time we only had one issue. The hot water kept going in and out when taking a shower. We told the office staff and the maintenance guy came right over but he couldn't find anything wrong with it.

Beautiful campground, lots of landscaping and they take care of it. I was in a cabin and the cabin was comfortable and clean. Friendly staff. I'll be back!

Good facilities and staff friendly. Cleanliness needed improvement. Found cheetos everywhere and shower drain blocked. Kitchen utensils were missing like tongs. BBQ grill was a nice but another grill on fire pit would be better. But mostly, it was the location. Felt like an industrial area surrounded by trees for semblance of nature. I understand owners can't do much about that. Overall an o stay.

Had a great time. My wife and I took our son for his birthday with a few friends. Staff was helpful, kudos to the golf cart guy (sorry forgot his name). We came a little unprepared with firewood, another camper gave us a few logs to get us through the evening !! Will definitely go back !!!

Very nice clean cabins! If you have kids this is a great place to be! All the kids played at the park they were respectful and engaged each other in different games! Very nice to see. It also seemed very safe. The staff was great �

Cabin was great, nice experience except for the man who was sent out to help us with our A/C unut - he is the one who wears the sunglasses all the time. I explained my son needs the temp cooler, he replied in a rude and hostile tone that we should not even need it on because it was not hot enough! He has been rude to us on our previous stays as well. We will not come back if he is still there.

Prior to arrival, I called 3 different times and told I did not need to bring linen. However, upon arrival 5 out 6 beds did not have linen. Also called multiple times because the shower was broken and had no hot water…for 3 days. Never called back. When I checked out, all they said was “sorry about that. Take care.”

Grounds are wonderful and staff is amazing! We had to change our plans and they were very accommodating. The Cabin was the highlight of an interrupted trip. It was clean, cozy and well equipped. Great place to stay!

It was off season but still nice and pleasant. I can only imagine how beautiful and active it must be in the summer. The bed was extremely comfortable for us. The cabin was very clean and efficient. We hope to see you again soon.

Stayed for 3 nights in our 44ft 5th wheel. Nice campground. Little tight getting in our spot but we worked it. Didn't use bath houses but laundry was adequate. Staff was friendly. Good location to check out Philly. Good for walking dogs, good size dog park. We would stay here again.
