Pas le plus beau des camping (très peut d'intimité et de tranquillité). Très propre et super bien entretenue, très pratique pour la proximité des atractions touristique et pour les services proposer il est fantastique, surtout avec de jeune enfants.

Our family had a great one day stay at your campsite, we wished we had planned a longer stay to experience more of your amazing amenities! There's something we thought we'd let you know for future reference is that for the tent village section (the T series sites) the ground surface is sort of rough, not much covered by grass and muddy water puddles at some spots.

Camp site was extremely smelly. It made my whole family feel sick. The neighboring campers were VERY loud well until midnight. Positive: the receptionist kindly without questions gave us a refund on our third night when we left due to these problems.

Too crowded—sites are very small and close together. Loud train in the mornings. The bathrooms are nice but it’s more like a theme park than a campground. I know it’s in the city so it feels like a city but it would be nice to have an alternative maybe a bit further out that was more like actual camping. It was probably cheaper than a hotel would’ve been.

We come to KOA to camp every summer. We love KOA. It’s a very clean campground and is really great for families. The only complaint we had this stay is the many skunks at night. It really ruined our evenings by the fire because the skunks homes were under the cabins which were right behind our camp site. Having 2 dogs with us was scary because there was about 4 skunks around us.

Terrible, staff was rude and were making up there own rules. Site was muck, giant puddle, and stones. The site says 6 guests on site and 6 visitors. So I emailed to double check we could have 12. They gave me the speech one tent, one car and that guests need to be one family and that the others need to book a separate site. There is more to this, but am out of space. Wouldnt be back

Water was stagnant and we couldn’t do much. It rained but the campground didn’t help.

The drainage of water in the area is terrible. The road in front of the bathrooms was flooded on Saturday and you needed boots to get to the washroom. The tent area we booked had a picnic table area with shade but this was not even broom swept clean. The staff are super friendly and helpful and all other facilities are great like the washrooms and play areas for kids.

Overall good! Campground is catered to trailers and tenting sites and too close with little tree coverage and nothing to tie a tarp too if it rains. The campground became flooded quite quickly when it thundershowered, there needs better drainage! Bathrooms were great, showers could use more lighting for better visibility!

The campground pools…yes plural were lovely. The mini put was enjoyable and lots for young kids to do! We only stayed 2 nights so we didn’t have time to enjoy everything it offered:( The bus was across the street and took us right to the Falls in 15-20 mins:) We didn’t have to worry about parking or traffic! It was also inexpensive:$) The bathroom & showers were beautiful and clean! I’d go

We reserved a site in the tent village for 2 nights.For 100$ per night our site was a sand and mud ground, no green at all ! Upon our arrival it was covered with many puddles we never saw a site that was that bad ! My 2 sons went to rent 3 weels at the bike shack several times before 6pm during our stay and the employee told them it was too late even if it was suppose to close at 8pm.

It poured rain all day and night when the weather said it was supposed to be sunny and nice the whole time, which is not KOA fault. But, knowing that people rely on dry fire wood for making dinner they should not have CLOSED the restaurant two hours early during a rain storm. I didn’t get to eat dinner. The park and pools were also closed. Waste of money.

Tenting for 1st time since child. It was relaxing, quiet and fun. Very clean, great amenities for my granddaughter and we enjoyed the pools. Overall atmosphere of the facility is 5 star in my opinion. ��

��� customer service, easy booking process, grassy camp site was perfect, simple and effective rec activities, tons os amenities. ���Washrooms should be cleaned early morning (it's only cleaned once a day, mid-afternoon); swimming pool also to be cleaned early morning on Saturday- it was disgusting in the afternoon, but great on Sunday morning:)

I’ll be honest if I could give you a rating on customer service. I would give you a minus 100. Tabitha at the front desk super rude and had serious attitude when I checked in. I didn’t sleep at all because the group behind me was up playing music till 3:30am. I actually packed up and left first thing im the morning. After talking to Steve I was told the GM would contact me for a refund.

We stayed at T03. Kids love the place with so many activities. Staffs are friendly, very patient explaining and waiting to pay, accommodating. We have a wonderful time staying at KOA Niagara.

We love this KOA. We use it for quick getaways because it only a few kilometers from our house and has all the amenities that we could ever want. A special shout out to the staff. Your hard work is noticed and appreciated.

Clean bathrooms and lots to do. Three pools and two hot tubs! Closing hot tubs at 8 is not good. Site was good, well shaded and close to clean bathrooms. Noise and quiet hours could be better managed.

Such a great experience. So many things to do for kids and it was well organized and maintained. Loved it! Already booked out next stay for next summer. Definitely our go to summer vacation spot

The location was ideal to watch the eclipse. What was especially comforting was how nice all of the staff were--even when we were reminded to extinguish out campfire at midnight due to a city ordinance 😂 The place was very well kept, no garbage anywhere, the off leash dog park was poop free, bathrooms, hot tub and change rooms all immaculate but the pool was a bit greenish but then again pools are often very difficult to stay on top of, let alone in a campground but it was swimmable! Great experience and will most definitely stay here again!
