The pool seemed to be very dirty this time, it was Canada Day and no activities for the kids. Also it was unfortunate that a storm rolled in right when it was my kids turn for the wagon ride so it was cancelled mid way through. They were very sad, but what doesn’t make sense is why there wasn’t a wagon ride every day? The park was full Anyways just disappointed, we may or may not be back a

The main pool should be better supervised. No fun for adults with so many kids splashing. also, it should be mandatory bathing caps for long hair because every time I’m finding hair in the pool and that’s disgusting. our cabin DC 81 needs a firmer mattress.

This is our 4th year spending time with our family at the KOA. If you enjoy being a part of a community while staying here (hearing laughter all throughout the day, cannonball splashes in the pool, bikes and kids going by, kids meeting other kids and neighbours becoming vacation friends) then it’s a great spot! We have always enjoyed our stay and have tried out multiple accommodation styles.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the KOA Niagara. Staff was very friendly! We were very impressed with how clean and well kept the campground was! It was also great to have so many pool options! The waiting pool was definitely great for toddlers! My only suggestion for improvement would be to have some umbrellas available for the cabins as it sometimes got very hot sitting out on the deck.

My family and I had a great stay overall and always enjoy visiting. I did notice a few concerns in our fully equipped lodge: dish soap was provided but no sponge, the bathtub was missing a drain plug, there were no scissors, and the queen bed sheets appeared not to have been changed before our arrival, which was concerning. Overall, a great stay, but these issues should be addressed.

Every time we stay here we’re pleasantly surprised. It’s very entertaining for adults and kids. My kids never wanna leave and they can’t wait to visit every year. It’s a tradition in our family now. Thank you, KOA for the great stay.

Amazing facilities, friendly staff, but can we get some microwaves installed inside the cabins? Even Kingston KOA had microwave minifridge and a small TV in their cabins. Parents with young children and babies need the means to warm up the food without having to start a campfire and microwave is a basic expectation for cabins even at Ontario parks.

We rented the Deluxe Cabin and was very impressed with the cleanliness and friendly staff, the Koa had everything we needed for our vacation adventures!

The cabin was spotless. The staff were nothing less than amazing. Always friendly, always smiling. Always helpful. However, a couple of small things during the last couple of days of our stay. The cabins are very close together. The constant barking of dogs. The dangerous use of golf carts. The lack of proper air conditioning in the cabin in the lock of Wi-Fi.

Stayed in a deluxe cabin. It was raining hard when we arrived but we stayed comfortable. The indoor pool and hot tubs are wonderful. We previously stayed in the RV we used to have and I just love the grounds and the location.

The only thing is there were large black ants in out cabin 45. And difficulty with the key to lock and unlock the door.

Another great stay at KOA Niagara! Pros: always great friendly staff, deluxe cabin was clean and ready to go, check-in and check-out was quick… we had great weather and love a camp fire once it’s dark. Cons: the bed is sooo squeaky, every move is a symphony

It was better than I expected! The staff were wonderful,the service and accommodations were top notch. I loved the cabin and its location next to the bathroom. Next time we go we will stay longer. Loved it!!!

We had a great time on our weekend trip. The deluxe cabin was clean and had all the essentials we needed. The amenities were great for the kids. We liked that they had a good variety of things to do but there was enough room to relax on our private deck too.

Such an amazing place. Very clean and loads of amenities!! Everyone that worked there was extremely pleasant and personable. The only unfortunate they was the shallow pool was not open outside of two days. And there were no outlets in one of the restrooms.

Everything was clean; rooms, grounds, cafe, and store. The employees and staff were friendly and very helpful. We would definitely stay at another KOS and plan to be back in Lundy Lane next year.

Clean, comfortable and perfect for a weekend getaway. I specifically like this location as it is close to the city so did not need to pack a lot for meals.

Our stay was excellent and our family really enjoyed everything there was to offer. Our only minor issue was that we saw on the menu that there was pancakes Sunday mornings and we went and it was closed. Wasn't sure if this was a summer menu item or maybe we were too early. Again, very minor detail. The staff was friendly and everything else was amazing! We will be back!

It was our first time to camp here and we liked it. We booked a tent site and a cabin. Our tent site was big enough and the cabin was all we needed. The only complain we had was the end unit cabin which is across our tent site 210. They were drunk and so loud even after 11. Every night they had a different guest about 10 in total on that site. They keep swearing and my kids could hear it��

All the staff are so friendly and helpful. Check-in and check out is effortless. The grounds are well maintained as is every amenity from the pool to the playground. We had a deluxe cabin - it was spotless. The staff work continuously keeping the park well maintained

Everything was awesome, except for some ants that got into our food inside the cabin. Recommend spraying around cabins 26, 27, and 28. The kids loved all the amenities and it was very peaceful and convenient to the Falls.

This was our first time at a KOA and it was really great. Our daughter loved the jumping pad, playground and pool. The staff were very friendly and our family felt very safe and comfortable at the camp.

It was great. My granddaughter had lots to do in the kid's park and I had fun on the mini-putt course. I liked that the room had plates, cutlery and cooking utensils. I found the park very calm and relaxing. The staff was friendly and helpful. I will stay at KOA again.

An absolutely insane place! Very much worth the price, lots of things for kids to do away from the trailers so it's relatively quiet. Close enough to the main attractions of Niagara Falls that an uber ride is both cheap and convenient. Beautiful place!
