We stayed in the 8 person deluxe cabin. The cabin was nice however the cabin was not properly designed for 8 people. The dinning table only sat 4 people leaving the other 4 to sit on the couch and floor. The outdoor patio table only sits 6 again leaving 2 people to sit elsewhere away from the group. The pull out couch was also not the most comfortable place to sleep.

Our stay was great. Cabin 31 was the perfect spot for our relaxing getaway. The only 2 issues we had were the grill did not start. Luckily the staff was able to start it. Also the ceiling fan wouldn't turn on. But other than that we can't wait to visit again.

The cottages are lovely & well equipped but the double bed was very very noisy. We were also charged an extra $25. To get cottages side by side but all of the cottages around us were vacant. Why were we charged extra? The indoor pool was advertised as being open till 8 pm but when arrived, ready to enjoy a swim on our first night there we were told that they just changed the closing time to 6

Safe, quiet, and clean. Minor issue with the HVAC system in our cabin, but not enough to take away from the rating. We'd love to come back.

Enjoyed our stay very much. All employees very friendly. Thank you for opening early. Hope Steve got to see the total eclipse. We did when the clouds opened up at the right time.

Awesome location and great KOA! However, the cabin could have been cleaner especially since we were the 1st one staying there since it opened.

It was best away ever clean lots to.do close to all amenities felt like in the country but close to.city. Great staff who went above and beyond can't wait to book next year

We stayed for 3 nights in the deluxe cabin it was best stay ever had at campground and I have stayed in them my.whole life. MAGICAL place so close to everything. FEELS like you are away in country but so close to city and falls. Such clean and well kept care of campground had everything your need and more like a mini resort.

We invited our nephew and his 2 children to join us for the weekend. They had never stayed at a KOA before and it was so thrilling for us to sit back and watch them enjoy their stay. Our nephew said he will definitely be returning and buying his membership!! Thank you for making our weekend stay tons of fun. (even if it rained)

This was our 3rd stay at Niagara Falls KOA and it never disappoints. We love staying in the fall, watching the leaves change colour and enjoying the indoor pool and hot tub. The staff are very friendly

This KOA is an absolute gem!! I've stayed here twice in the small cabins and would stay again. Highly recommend purchasing a WeGo pass from the KOA for getting around the falls. There is a nearby train that runs by once in the early morning, but certainly not enough of an inconvenience to deter me from staying here again. Only mentioning it because it is startling if you don't expect it!

We stayed in cabin 10. Everything was clean and ready for us. There was 4 of us on a golf weekend. One draw back was both mattresses (bed and futon) were very worn out. They should be replaced.

The accessible cabin was amazing. We found the cabin to be very clean and well stocked. The Keurig was not working but staff replaced it as soon as I asked about it. Staff very friendly and responsive. Our kids loved all the free activities like mini golf, wagon rides, etc. Indoor pool was very clean and a great temperature. Everyone was very welcoming and inclusive. We will definitely return!

This was our first experience staying in a cabin. We had a studio, perfect for 2, which we loved & also the proximity to the falls. We missed having a kitchen sink and a safety bar by the tub as stepping out of it is a long way down. The cabin was clean with the exception of the floor. We spilled some water which revealed a very dirty floor. Happy to have a clean BBQ upon arrival. Dottie & John

Our 28 Deluxe Cabin was immaculate with everything needed to stay and enjoy! Staff was fantastic, friendly & courteous. The grounds were beautiful, hard to believe this gem is tucked into an urban area. If I had to be picky, I would wish for the water to get a little hotter and the cooktop to go a bit above medium heat, but I would imagine those are set for safety reasons as well as economic.

Most of it was perfect! The beds are extremely broken and need replacement. They are VERY sunken in. We didn't sleep very well. Other than that we really loved it!

We love KOA Niagara Falls location. This stay was a little disappointing however, activities were closed, no bike rentals or even cornhole. I understand it's passed peak season, that being said the prices should reflect this. Maybe more of the cabins would be filled if that were the case.

The heater in our cabin was broken but other than that our stay was 10/10. Kids and adults alike all had an absolute blast. Shared facilities were pleasant and very clean. Lots of things to do. Items in the camp store including fire wood were fairly priced. Great trip , definitely a new family tradition for us

The Deluxe Cabins were great and the facilities in the park are impressive. However, security prevented any sort of fun. While I understand there are rules, the communication was not friendly and may prevent us from visiting again.

We reported shower in Dlx Cabin 4 leaked onto floor @ sink. Nite before ckout, found water under the bunk. Reminding in case next renter shoves suitcase under there. Maybe not curtain, maybe leak behind wall? Otherwise, great accomodations. Hey, how bout vinyl curtains @ patio w/ patio heaters for card play in cool weather?? Would love that!

The cabin was clean and they provided amenities. The grounds were very well organized and the staff were very very helpful. They were very organized and I would definitely give them a 5 star rating. The bus for going anywhere was right across the street which made it very convenient. We would definitely stay there again and will recommend them to our friends.

We stayed in one of the cabins. They were clean and had easy access to restrooms/showers/laundry which were clean/well organized. We stayed for just one night and found this facility easy to get in and out of with minimal effort. Lundy Street has a lot of diversity in restaurants both in price and type of food. Refrigerator had freezer which enabled refreezing our cold packs. Very helpful.

What a blast!! Kids had an amazing time. Parents had an amazing time. Kids loved the Halloween celebration. The staff was fantastic. This is our second time and I see more to come in the future. We stayed at the delux cabin, so clean, even the BBQ. The communal showers/toilets clean too. We are so impressed with the place. Keep up the great work.

Overall the stay was fantastic - however we did have one issue with a couple that put a damper on things. They did not appreciate that our 3 year old had a tantrum while leaving the indoor pool so they started trying to scream louder than him. I did approach them and they were hostile. Security did speak with them but the interaction put a damper on an otherwise great stay.

Pretty ridiculous people are paying good money to be there, yet forced to put camp fires out at midnight. Very disappointing. And your security guard takes his job WAY TOO SERIOUSLY

The location was ideal to watch the eclipse. What was especially comforting was how nice all of the staff were--even when we were reminded to extinguish out campfire at midnight due to a city ordinance 😂 The place was very well kept, no garbage anywhere, the off leash dog park was poop free, bathrooms, hot tub and change rooms all immaculate but the pool was a bit greenish but then again pools are often very difficult to stay on top of, let alone in a campground but it was swimmable! Great experience and will most definitely stay here again!
