I stayed there for the pools but only 1 was open 1st day & both closed the 2nd day so I canceled my 2nd night & left. People were checking in not knowing both pools were closed. Staff was very friendly/helpful but not knowledgeable about the pools or Notes Cafe hours. Website says cafe is open 8-8 but it was closed so I had to go off-site for dinner.

You charged my card for firewood I didn't ask for or use and was to expensive you can get a hotel room for 55 dollars

Everything was perfect! The only complaint is that only two shower houses were operating and they failed to mention this at time of check in.

Loved the grounds and trees. However, there was a gas leak so no hot water which meant no hot showers for someone staying in a tent. It would have helped if there was an estimated return to service on the sign that said there was none. Alas, I only stayed one night, but it would have helped the others.

Really great staff, awesome campground, spotless amenities, easy to use laundry, nice restroom rooms, and the best camp store I've ever seen! Would 10/10 stay here again.

We loved the campground for our short stay. The only issue we had was the movement of larger vehicles throughout the night, waking g us up with their bright headlights and noisy engines.

The people were awesome and so supportive. There were lots of personnel visible and ready to answer or help with any questions. We loved it.

The store is a joke. Total disappointment and inconvenience. Not even MILK is sold! No change machines in laundry rooms except the one at the entrance. Tried to get food from the Notes Cafe 4 times. NO luck on phone. They don't answer. I was tenting in no shade for no reason for 8 nights. They COULD have assigned me a tent site near a tree. I had no neighbors all week.

Very friendly clean facilities love the pool the hot tub love this place. Hope all other koa campgrounds are the same if not better

Nice location. A $200.00 cabin per night... Just get a hotel.
