This is our 5th or 6th time staying here, we have used all sorts of cabin styles, and they are always clean and the staff is always friendly & helpful. We look forward to our next stay.

the site itself was absolutely great!! it had indoors/outdoors activities, close to the Mall, cabins were so much better than we expected. we stayed thur-mon and still needed more time. Having the option to not cook was a plus, thanks to their cafe! It is definitely one of those places that one visit is not enough!!

This is the third time we've stayed at this KOA. We've enjoyed it each time. We always stay in the simple cabin. This time we were meeting to check in an hour and a half early and they were able to accommodate that. The cabin they put us in was a little dirtier than we have been used to, some things had been left behind from the previous guests. Overall it was another great stay.

Understand we were after a holiday weekend. But with the pools being closed when we wanted to use them was less than ideal. Weather can't be controlled. But when the weather was nice both pools weren't open. Front desk and grounds keepers didn't seem to know answers about this issue when asked. Fortunately the texting feature helps some what. Just please tell your campers whats goingonandbetruthfu

Tell your cleaning staff to mop the floors. Cabin X12, the floor was very sticky feeling so I took paper towel and wet it to wipe floor. Very dirty. This should be done after each use.

We had a great week at the KOA. I have only a couple things that could be improved. The towel situation, we could not even get an extra towel to use at the pool. Also, the lack of pot/pans in the Cabin. We only had 2 pots and both were in terrible shape with peeling teflon. They were not safe to use.

Beautiful grounds. Very friendly people! Helped us out with a situation that involved getting into the cabin slightly early due to medical reasons. Very accommodating and so many fun things to do. We wish we could have stayed longer!

Our grandchildren love staying at the cabins here. The jump pillow, pool and games kept them occupied for hours. Morning hike was invigorating. Close to all that is Nashville. Great choice to stay!

Very nice camp grounds. I wish the bathrooms outside the main building were maintained more frequently, but I understand with the busy and hot weekend it had to be rough. The shower stalls really needed cleaning. Staff was very nice and the indoor activities were great. I loved the texts saying what was going on. Felt in the know and was a must with the storms and pool status.

Cabins were dusty with cobwebs, broken lock. Mini fridge had hair inside of it. Bed had dirty shoe prints. Was moved to a new cabin after a couple days and new cabin had a huge hole in wall and ants. My dogs bed was covered in ants. Nothing was done about this. Had to go to store late at night to buy bug spray. Bathrooms were bad over the weekend, but got better once most campers left.

Nashville KOA is our go to place to stay when we come to Nashville. Very kind people and the shuttle to downtown is a plus!

We stayed in cabin Z13. Dirty used sheets were still on pullout sofa bed. Crumbs in bunks. I had to clean everything before kids would even sleep in cabin. 1 person could not even finish showering before water turned ice cold. No fire extinguisher in cabin. I had already booked a reservation here for our return trip & if I was not out of the 2 week window, I would have cancelled & booked a hotel.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom air conditioned cabin. It was a great stay, the cabin was clean and welcoming. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We stayed for a family reunion with 50+ people. When making reservations we were told to put last names of families to help group us together. We were placed on the far lot away from everyone. Hot water was was ice cold and a/c was warm, even with fans on and blinds closed. We reported it multiple times and told that everything was working properly. Never came back out or changed our location.

First time ever renting a cabin at a KOA since we usually camp, but we were from out of state so this was the best choice. This campground was huge, which we love since we walk in the mornings. There were lots of activities and the store was super nice. The cabins are better than I expected. Super cute and clean. I will definitely stay back here.

There is a lot of traffic noise from the highway. Sirens and loud hot rod cars. When traveling through to other states we like to be on the road ny 6 am. Not able to grab some coffee. Perhaps should have a vendin machine for coffee like in hospital areas. It would have to be assisble outside

This is my 2nd cabin stay with KOA. It has always been a great experience. This KOA is situated close downtown with a shuttle service. Worked out very well for us and our experience, like camping without hauling the trailer.

We stay here because my son's team stays here. We rented a cabin. It was nice. But the fridge was not the best. I should have took out rain Insurance because it rained almost every day and we're We had no stove in the cabin we had to fix all meals in the rain on the grill. The cabin is over priced for what you get.

Resort is lovely as usual. However this visit (we come every year) the public bathhouses had no hot water and no dryers for our entire stay (five days).

We really liked staying in the cabin at the Nashville KOA. The cabin had plenty of room for the four of us. The towels, lines, pillows, and bathroom amenities were all provided. Which was awesome. We loved sitting on the porch in the rocking chairs. It was probably the highlight of our stay for my husband and me. The kids loved the pools. The campground was also nice and quiet.

I finally decided to pay for a membership and our first stay was disappointing as our 2 closest shower houses had no hot water.

We had a bad experience with our cabin smelling like sewer gas but the manager made it right the next day after the night security wasn’t able to help. Thank you so much for taking care of the situation.

We pulled in late, the paperwork was all ready and a staff member greeted us and showed us where to go. I was thankful after a long travel day. The Nashville KOA was very clean and tidy with lots of amenities and fun to be had! We will definitely stay here again!

The place is quite nice with easy access in & out of the campground. There are also nice activities to do there, and its location is in close proximity to a lot of fun things in Nashville. Thirdly, the prices for the cabins are very good and competitive. The main downside is also inherent to its location, as the campground is right next to busy highway.
