There was a mix up on our reservation and our friend’s. TJ and the staff were amazing in correcting it and going out of their way. The staff went above and beyond in accommodating us. Really good live music and events. The group Emberland was excellent. Thank you again.

Super well kept koa! Lots of fun things to do on site. They provide a variety of things that others do not, fitness room, pool and hot tub, live entertainment. Would go there for sure again.

I would like to see the trees on the sides entrance road trimmed. When to large RV's try to use the drive at the same time the trees scrape do the side.

The campground was amazing. The grounds are perfect, the cabins are beautiful, all different sizes to accommodate families. Beautiful pool and hottub, entertainment at night by the pool. The shuttle is a plus for class B motor homes to take you downtown. Definitely would recommend this campground

Nice campground, we were in a pull through with full hookups. When it rained from the middle of the motorhome to past the Back end it turned into a mudhole. I asked for more gravel because I couldn’t get to my outdoor kitchen. Never got any gravel. The good think was the downtown shuttle service that did round trips to downtown and back.

Beautiful campground amazing state unfortunately the people next to us at the end had dogs that never stopped barking one day they forgot to close a window and I had to get staff to contact them or the small dog would have fallen out of a window

We enjoyed our stay. Well kept and felt safe there. Nicely lad out campground. Shuttle service was great! Bathrooms are nice and clean. Some of the lower areas need to be built up due to water pooling when it rains. Dump station needs to be repaved.

Overall great stay! Love the game area by the office, the Notes cafe, pool and especially the live music. However , the bathroom area near v-19 llacked lights in the shower stallsm were very cramped, and did not have any hooks to hang towels

Great campground. Easy checkin with friendly staff and nice young man who escorted us to our site and helped us back in. Park was clean. We used the laundry room and it too was neat and clean.

Nice place to stay. Staff is friendly, great having live music and access to the shuttle. Large variety of sites and lots of grass. Cafe not always open during scheduled times and some areas have drainage issues.

Overall I would stay here again, however the comfort station was seriously below par. Showers could have used more frequent routine maintenance and the bathroom side was awful. Toilets didn't work, to the point that it was so flooded the last night that I ended up using the main office bathroom my last stay

Staff was very friendly. Giving 4 stars because we stayed in early May and the pool heater was turned off. At least wait until memorial weekend or the weather is consistently warmer please!

The campground is very large with numerous amenities. The sites however are not very impressive. Our site was so unlevel, our motorhome was unable to level to coach front to rear and that was after lifting our front tires 3” off of the ground. The Renegade RV next to us also had their front tires several inches off of the ground.

The additional campgrounds spaces need improving in places to much standing water. The staff was very friendly and hel. Will stay again when I go backs to Nashville.

My rig site was too short for me to park my rig and truck. No dog poop stations throughout the campground.

Hot tub was broke,Pool was cold,Showers didn’t work one night.Bands were not good at all and karaoke was really terrible.Sites were not bad but definitely they need to up their services.

In the past this KOA was excellent Now that they have acquired another property the level of service has gone down. KOA claims the pool to be heated. It no longer is. The hot tub was hot, but no jets. After speaking to 4 KOA workers, one finally mentioned that the switch that powers the jets was not working. Unknown when it would be fixed. Lack of communication.

We lost power in our first night there- after 1/2 a day (waiting at our site- instead of enjoying Nashville) of an employee investigating we were told- it was our surge protector. It was not- our surge protector was protecting us- the fluctuations in their pole was the problem. We were finally offered to move sites but having wasted a day we opted to head to Nashville- 2 nights of no power ��

Folks are friendly. Beautiful setting. Updated restrooms/showers are clean. Convenient access to highway. Two nice stores on site. Camping world nearby for supplies. Noisy due to lots of dogs; sounds like a kennel in the evenings. Sites are not level.

Site was very unlevel, had to reposition camper several times and use all our blocks. (Even under the steps,). Hope you love golf carts, because the KOA staff was zipping around noon stop! At least they use one to pick up trash.

The resort was great. Very clean. Nice amenities. Your Cafe is a joke...it was closed more than open, when open they were out of food. The guy running it was complaining all the time (not to us but we were at a table and could hear him). The wifi extremely slow with interruptions. One of the bathrooms was very dirty and no toilet paper in the other.

Only issue was the bathrooms needed serious maintenance, which isn't an issue if your rv/trailer has facilities. Mine doesn't so I'm dependent on bathrooms.

Great campground! Easy check-in/checkout, clean and spacious. Very close to restaurants, has a shuttle that can be booked for easy access to downtown Nashville, and very close to the Grand Ol' Opry. We had a pull-through but had to disconnect, which gave us the excuse to try Caney's for dinner.
