The original koa campground is much nicer than the second campground they bought out. I would say that the best feature the campground offers is the shuttle service to downtown.

We picked this KOA as it was close to some folks we were visiting in Nashville. The check in process was quick and we were in our site within a few minutes of arrival, and it was on a busy Easter weekend. Our site was large and located close to all the action, yet we were able to enjoy the solitude of our site. We did not use the pool, but it was nice as well as all of the other amenities.

Normally we have no issues during our overnight stay but this time the electrical box was an issue. It was frustrating that there is no direct line to speak to someone. Everything is a text. I want to speak to a human in the office when the need arises!

It was a great stay all employees were very friendly and helpful We stayed at R61 site and it was level the only thing I would suggest is the picnic table to be power washed otherwise it was great.

I’ve stayed here many times. The resort is very nice, the sites are spacious and long. The staff is very accommodating and very welcoming. The convenience to jump on a shuttle to go downtown is that added benefit. Beats the hassle of driving and parking. A great destination place as Nashville has many things to see and do.

We did stay 4 nights to see all the sites. The pros- the Cafe food was good. The downtown shuttle convenience pick up at KOA. The cons- showers Luke to cold water, the bathroom sink water turn valves missing except one side of one sink. The park rules should be enforced better. Quite times after 10pm. A trailer behing us had a husband and wife yelling and fighting at all hours one night at 2am.

The best site I've ever stayed at. So much to do on site, flexible hours, respectful and kind community and staff. Clean showers and bathrooms, and beautiful sites available. Could have spent days just at the campsite. Shuttle to and from downtown was helpful and cheaper than uber/parking. Lots of offerings in the store. Not much in regards to activity, but the site itself has plenty.

Perfect midway stopping point for us along our journey. Convenient location with plenty of amenities to keep kids busy. Friendly, helpful staff and easy access to campsite with our 42 ft fifth wheel. Loved the live music by the pool! Will stay again!

The staff that does the activities is not very friendly at all and is very disrespectful i was not happy with my stay at all on Easter weekend. We used to really love camping there but I am not so sure now. I wish your older staff was back sunshine is what she use to go by she was amazing and love doing all the activities with the kids!

The location was very convenient. Needs maintenance: I had to pry open the sewer cap with a shovel where it had been run over and smashed down. I noticed other sites were missing caps and you could smell it. The main “dog parks” were way too small. I did, however, make use of the open side field, off-leash, to play frisbee with my dog, which really enjoyed.

Love, love, love this campground! We stay here often and recommend it to many people. Love the staff, amenities, and access to the downtown shuttle. Close to the Opry, Opry Mills, Gaylord Resort, bike trails, and many great bars in restaurants that are much less expensive than downtown. Highly recommend!

The site had a rotted out tree truck that stuck out of the ground about 6 inches with jagged edges and beside it there was a 6 plus inch hole. Very dangerous. It would have taken much to smooth out the area. We put the picnic table over it. Then we could not use the picnic table because the ground was not level.

Our favorite stop on the trek back north. These snowbirds stop here every year. Love this campground.

Our pull through site Y06 was very level so just parked and setup camp! We parked in the south campground. We took a walk and there several sites that looked quite trashy which I don’t think is up to your standards for a KOA. I was kind of surprised!

After making or reservation the end of January we still got put on a site right by the exit and entrance on the south end. Very busy coming and going. There seems like there were plenty of unoccupied sites on the interior that we could have been out in.

We had to change our travel schedule for to a snow storm in Minnesota where we were going. We called Nashville KOA and asked if we could change our reservation for a day earlier and they were very accommodating for us.

This place is the bomb! We are doing a Summer cross country trip coming from Oregon. This place was an Oasis in the world of RV parks. The people complaining of being close to each other have never really stayed at many sights where the amenities stretch past your camper. The showers/ bathrooms are amazing, they have washers and dryers, $2 for a wash and $2 for a dry. Big pool so many kids can enjoy at one time. Our 6 year old is learning to swim and the depth is PERFECT for him to get comfortable with it. Everyday we are receiving text messages with fun activities for all ages to participate in. With ice only being $3/bag and having it delivered to my trailer for free? Yes, I will absolutely be returning here whenever possible.

This is the best maintained KOA that we've stayed at (and we've stayed at quite a lot of them!). The facilities are very well kept and clean. Overall, a very enjoyable stay.
