When using the term "resort," the accommodations should match the expectations. All sites should be concrete, not asphalt. The Internet should be accessible at all times. We had to have the internet fixed both times we stayed. Customer service should have an in-person connection. At no time did we have anyone check with us to confirm the problem was resolved.

Lynn, who helped me book our stay was so very nice and helpful but the grounds are not great for people with disabilities.

We have stayed several times here. For the most part it is very nice. I have 2 dissapointments however. The hot tub jets have not been functioning and cable TV was eliminated in spite of hiked rates.

We stayed 3 night , didn’t use any of the facilities. The campground is very inviting and had no issues.

We have stayed at this location 4 years ago. What we noticed is the amount of "full time" residents now living here. At one point there were 13 children on the pool with 1 person acting as their parent/Guardian. I was not getting that same feeling I had the first time we stayed there. Paid premium prices for a what felt like mid-level trailer park.

There is a strong sewer smell all over areas of the campground. Also, not much of a playground for kids

We have stayed here many times before. They have enlarged the Park. they made some bad decisions concerning outdoor concerts and allowing dogs in certain areas. There was a musician in the pool area. We asked one of the outdoor workers if we could take the dogs to see him perform. He said it was OK. When we got there, the ladies inside the store said no. We will not return here.

Very dry uninterested workers at the check in desk. They do not greet or serve customers. Your place is so big, it is impossible to be personal with the clients. Very COLD receptions, and weirdo workers. One looked like he would like to be a woman instead, a real turn off.

Filthy pool, small children running everywhere, small children in the spa, unfriendly staff. I stay at a lot of koas. This is the worst.

Close to the Grand ol pry and to down town area! Camp ground was peaceful, not alot of road noise from our site! I would stay again if im in the area!

Over priced and the the older office staff is cranky and rude, if they don’t like there job they shouldn’t be there. People are on vacation and shouldn’t have to deal with rude nasty woman!

We made a same-day reservation via a phone as our travels brought us further than expected for the day. A reservation person was very helpful. Also, we arrived l around 9:30 & as we were picking up our packet, an individual came up to us in a golf cart & escorted us to our site. Very happy as we were tired & needed all the help we could get. Lol!

Great facilities, and lots of options on site. Close to Opryland and convenient location. TJ was a stand out during our stay. We had an issue that needed to be resolved and he in the team quickly addressed it. I definitely would recommend and look forward to coming back.

we had a great site on the back of the property. It was a bit of a walk to the pool, but we needed it after so much driving. Site was extra clean and the staff was very nice. The pool and hot tub were very nice after a long drive.

This KOA is one of the best we’ve stayed at. They have plenty of Paw Pen sites that are perfect if you take along your furry friend. Seems like lots to do for families with kids. Pool area is very nice and it also has a hot tub. Love that they come by and pick up your trash! Very convenient to the mall and lots of restaurants. Highly recommend this KOA if you are in the Nashville area.

Very nice! Bathrooms are clean, could be better, and need more hooks in shower area and overall bathroom area! The other pool should be opened and either an adult only or put the kids over there! Lawns could be mowed and inside Rec area updated!

The campground it self was nice. The site was a little bit too short for our rig. The truck was a foot into the road. Cell service and WiFi spotty. Stayed one night.

We didn’t take advantage of the multitude of amenities as we spent more time in downtown than we did at the resort. We did however appreciate the availability of kids entertainment options, the variety of games available for adults and kids and the live music. We also like the variety of RV sites available, not just pull-thru and back-in but the larger upscale sites available with patios and suc

Loved the campground and location. Shuttle service was outstanding. Only complaint would be would to have liked to pick my own site. Most other sites have plenty of room, but the section I was in was very tight. I don't like being that close to my neighbors.

This place is the bomb! We are doing a Summer cross country trip coming from Oregon. This place was an Oasis in the world of RV parks. The people complaining of being close to each other have never really stayed at many sights where the amenities stretch past your camper. The showers/ bathrooms are amazing, they have washers and dryers, $2 for a wash and $2 for a dry. Big pool so many kids can enjoy at one time. Our 6 year old is learning to swim and the depth is PERFECT for him to get comfortable with it. Everyday we are receiving text messages with fun activities for all ages to participate in. With ice only being $3/bag and having it delivered to my trailer for free? Yes, I will absolutely be returning here whenever possible.

This is the best maintained KOA that we've stayed at (and we've stayed at quite a lot of them!). The facilities are very well kept and clean. Overall, a very enjoyable stay.
