Beautiful, huge campground. Super friendly staff, nice little café and a shuttle into the city. Easy access to the freeway.

The $180/ night for a gravel site was excessive!! I felt the campground was not worth that price point.

Enjoyed the evening entertainment. We read that quiet time was 10-7. At 11:30 we had to call because of a very large, loud, gathering at the site next to ours. The night staff did nothing. Called again at 12, still nothing, then again at 12:30. Please enforce your own park rules. At the very least ask them to take it inside. Disappointed in the attitude in the night staff and how they handled it.

The campground is clean, lovely-but small sites. Our issue $25 extra. We were told if we wanted a certain type site, pay $25 to guarantee. We wrote back that if the park was busy and there was a threat we were ok with extra. We asked-quiet, shady North end. When we arrived-$25 extra. But there were plenty of open sites-bigger, quieter & more shaded. Bad policy that colored our stay.

Prevost convention on site, and they recently sold an RV to our neighboring site. We got in late after 11 to find that they had taken our site to make it easier for them to transfer their contents without realizing they screwed us. When I went to the office, they said I had to move one site over (and pay more for paw pen - no pets), even though I was on the “sold” Prevost site

Staff was nice. Restrooms were nice, updated and hot water. Sites are gravel and ours was level. The pool looked nice but we didn’t use it. Price was good. We would recommend staying there.

It was an overnight stay while traveling but we’ve stayed here previously and always happy with the staff, property and events.

The staff is very friendly, music was great, good breakfast at the restaurant, great transportation to down town. The only negative was the upkeep of the grounds. Our sight had poor maintenance from grass and weeds - not the quality of a KOA resort that we are used to.

Site was too short. Had to be moved twice. Other sites were held for a group that wasn’t even arriving yet. Sites are extremely close together. Not recommended.

Well located half way between Nashville TN & Winston-Salem NC. Perfect overnight stay. Easy in and out.

Kampgrounds of America was a National Account of mine that I turned over to the next Account Executive when taking a direct line P&L position with Williams Company's. KOAs in general are well maintained with knowledgeable staffs. The Nashville KOA is among the top tier where we've spent at least 50 nights when traveling through Nashville over the last decade.

Trashy site and too close to a group traveling together. Before I could back in I had to pick up trash, (empty milk jug, soda can, plastic wrapper, etc) Not my job. We were placed right next to a group campout. One of their many vehicles was partially on our site. The rest of that row and the one behind were empty. We should have been placed farther down the row.

Really exceeded expectations. Loved the well kept bathrooms, all the amenities and the excellent communication. The only complaint is that there did not seem to be enough picnic tables to go around. We relocated one from an empty site, but it might have been a problem if the campground was full.

Arrived for baseball tournament close by, we’ve stayed here before and will again. Perfect for our needs .

We had severe mechanical problems during our stay so didn’t have a chance to enjoy the amenities. It’s a beautiful campground. One worker helped us jump our batteries, a previous one clearly didn’t want to be bothered. But overall the staff was very good.

My first time at a KOA. Staff is friendly and helpful. Things are clean. Nice and reasonably priced laundry. Close to camp site, ( they have several) Loved the hot tub, which is a rarity to see!

The grass at our end of the park had not been mowed in a very long time! It was at least 6” high. when covered with dew in the morning if wearing sneakers your feet got soaked! Thats not a good way to start your day !!! Knowing you had people coming in you could have mowed before we got there. Many other people felt the same way.

Made a reservation, but unable to select a specific open site. Site is assigned by “computer” upon arrival. Stayed in south section. I know this area was operated under a different name a year or two back. KOA is progressing in making upgrades. Give them time.

Our stay was great! But need a better map for where your dumpster is. I needed to take a bag of trash could not find it on the map. Had to leave the trash in my jeep until next morning. Maybe a few trash cans in the areas for people to use. Loved the music in the evenings and the sites are roomy.

Our site was in the newer section W-36. We had a great stay as usual; the only thing I would say is you need to add a small camp store to that area. It would help with not having to go all the way over to the main check-in area for small items like Ice, firewood, coffee, etc. We can't wait till next time, see you soon.

We enjoyed our stay so much! The music by the pool Friday evening was great. Our daughter enjoyed the pool, bounce pad, slide, and other activities. The bathhouses were always clean and nice. Staff was friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back!

If not for the location and the great pool area I would definitely find another place. For the price, the site was horrible, ants and acorns. Way too expensive for an unpaved site. We will have to think long and hard next time we plan on coming to the area. So disappointed!!

Great location with reasonable camping fees. The downtown shuttle is super convenient. Also, loved the pool area with live music in the evening.

The stay and staff was awesome. We will be back. We did have a big storm with high winds on Thursday. We got lucky with the trees and tree limbs. Others not so lucky. The over us was 80% dead along with several other trees. You should do some extreme tree trimming or removal.

We have stayed there a couple of times a year for many years. This past stay, we were placed in the new section. Good lot, utilities, location. There are several ratty looking trees in that section, that are dead or dying. There was a storm that came through one night that took down several large limbs. Our neighbor across from us had damage to their RV. KOA needs to do some tree trimming.

This place is the bomb! We are doing a Summer cross country trip coming from Oregon. This place was an Oasis in the world of RV parks. The people complaining of being close to each other have never really stayed at many sights where the amenities stretch past your camper. The showers/ bathrooms are amazing, they have washers and dryers, $2 for a wash and $2 for a dry. Big pool so many kids can enjoy at one time. Our 6 year old is learning to swim and the depth is PERFECT for him to get comfortable with it. Everyday we are receiving text messages with fun activities for all ages to participate in. With ice only being $3/bag and having it delivered to my trailer for free? Yes, I will absolutely be returning here whenever possible.

This is the best maintained KOA that we've stayed at (and we've stayed at quite a lot of them!). The facilities are very well kept and clean. Overall, a very enjoyable stay.
