The cabin was clean comfortable and spacious. Location was easy to find and even though we arrived after the office had closed it was easy to find the keys and get situated. Every person we talked to was kind.

Campground sets the standard for “Glamping”. All sites are level and shaded. Facility offers many children’s and adult activities. Every thing was clean and well maintained, staff is gracious. Our friends camped while we rented a cabin. Enjoyable with either option. Definitely recommend!

We stayed in a deluxe cabin everything was perfect we even used the grill outside and had a great steak dinner the entire staff was amazing from checking in to leaving please thank your staff for us we had to leave yearly to get home to cape cod Massachusetts and did not get to thank any of them personally we will see you next year on our travels back to Nashville

Very uncomfortable seating & sleeping for older folks in our cabin. Should consider a decent recliner & a couch that isn't 12" of the ground for the main living area. Nothing decent to sit on except a hard.wooden.kitchen chair.The mattress was horrible & needs replaced. Screened in porch was a plus & had very nice rockers to sit on. These few improvements would make it 5 stars

We had such a good stay. Everyone was kind and helpful. Everything was clean. We thoroughly enjoyed the cafe. The food was good, the cooks were helpful, and not having to cook was awesome. Our only complaint would be the mattresses on the bunk beds. They were not very comfortable. Hope to visit again soon.

I just needed a place for the night and wanted to be near my cousin who was at the campground in her RV. I had a deluxe cabin. The bed was comfy and that's what matters most, but I was disappointed by a few things: 1. The Keurig didn't work 2. The microwave was dirty 3. There was no dish soap so I couldn't wash the glass I used--hated to leave that for the cleaning crew

My wife and were celebrating our 38th wedding anniversary. We have stayed many times at this KOA and like how the property is always clean and well kept up. The deluxe cabin was nice and, in our opinion, much better than staying in a hotel. If there was one thing I would like to see added, it would be an ice machine, for those who don't need a whole bag of ice, or have a place for it.

Stayed because had an early appointment in town. We were in the previous Jellystone section. Happy for the lower cost of the cabin, however was woken around 1:00am from a very loud verbal fight going on outside which lasted on and off for probably an hour. Cars coming and going and doors slamming.

The studio cabin was quite comfortable and location was perfectly close to my family’s camper. Beautiful campground and lots of activities available.

We had a great stay as far as the campground is concerned. Unfortunately, the first night we had very noisy neighbors. We arrived and there were no places to park near our cabin because the neighbor cabin was hosting other people. They were at the pool going back and forth late into the night. From 10pm until after 2am they played VERY loud music from their car. We had a great stay after they left

Great cabin, very clean. Easy checkin, everyone we came in contact with was pleasant and professional. Austin took great care of us with one phone. Great personality!

KOA very nice lots to do. Our cabin had no cable the whole time we were there. I know camping has insects but we had ants everywhere in the cabin. Did get a 10 percent refund. Employees very apologetic for our inconvenience.

Mattress was the worst I've ever tried to sleep on. We're supposed to stay a week later on return trip, they basically wouldn't do anything to rectify the problem lost my deposit because it wasn't within the grace period.

While the accommodations are great, the customer service reps are not. One in particular (long, gray hair), is almost down-right rude. Our cabin was not ready at 3 like promised. There was never any kind of apology, just an excuse that sometimes they’re not ready on time. We had to wait 30 minutes for our cabin. Other instances, but no more space.

We stayed at a cabin. It was lovely but for a couple of issues. The bed felt more like a double than a queen, so it was a bit small for us. And the cats that are no doubt living under the cabin are beginning to cause a urine odor which was noticeable some nights.. Otherwise great!
