Beautiful cabin, very clean and well supplied! Wished we were spending more than one night so we could have enjoyed the entertainment , hot tub, and pool! Loved the pet friendly accommodations and dog areas. Highly recommend!! Will definitely visit again!

Deluxe Camping Cabin was very nice for our stay. We're very happy to have a lodging option that suits our dog who is anxious in noisy hotels. The cabin, and the campground, were very quiet. Clean, comfortable and the dog parks are a great perk too!

I always love staying at this KOA whether it be the cabins or RV spots. I usually stay 3 times a year. I did find the policy of one towel per person is not enough in the cabins though. We had remarkable service from Bob and Woody in maintenance! Thanks guys for the towels and lamp

Cabin was very drafty. Heater did not keep up with the cold even when blankets and curtains were used to try to stop drafts. Water in bathroom sinks always ran cold.

Love the koa! Friendly staff clean comfortable cabins just a great environment and experience overall. I highly recommend these type of accommodations over a stuffy hotel room any day, you can open the windows and get fresh air, sit out front around the fire pit. Wonderful!

We stayed in one of your deluxe cabins. Overall comfort was good. Loved having a microwave, refrigerator, and k-cup for coffee. We found it necessary to use our fold up camping chairs for sitting as wood chairs got hard. Suggest providing silverware. Other rv campsites we visited provided them. Our mattress might have been a bit worn as wife and I sunk in the middle. Our unit was C 26.

Temps Dropped and our Rustic Cabin got very cold. Asked next day for an extra heater, then ate breakfast at their cafe. When we got back to cabin an extra heater was on porch waiting for us. Cabin was a little drafty, but its a rustic cabin so somewhat expected. We hope to bring our vintage camper here one day!

Intermitting hot water for showers. Would stay hot for approximately a minute then return to cold water. Would have to shut off water totally and restart after 30 seconds..... then repeat. Cabin was otherwise great and convenient for conventions at gaylord

We loved our cabin! It was perfect for us but would also be great for a small family with kids. We were in town for the convention at the Opryland hotel and this was a very convenient location. We will definitely be back!

Stayed in cabin R32 and couldn't have been more pleased. The cabin was very nice and clean. Although we were there only one night, we thought the amenities were very nice from the heated pool & pickle ball courts to the cafe & nightly entertainment in the main office/building. We have already recommended the place to family.

The only things that could have been better was the refrigerator didn’t work and we had to wait till the next day to see if the refrigerator would work after he tripped the fuse box. It turned out the refrigerator had a short. Then 3 of the outlets in the kitchen area did not work.

Campground is nice with lots of amenities but cabins are a little dated. Will definitely return with our RV.

We stayed in one of the cabins overnight on our way home from Florida and agree that it is the nicest and most impressive KOA we've stayed in to date. We were impressed by the upkeep of the cabin, and we were appreciative of how well thought out the cabin design was. The attention to the small details that make the cabin more efficient and comfortable was remarkable. Thank you. We'll be back.

I’ve been to many koa. I stayed in a cabin this time. First one (in the middle of a snow storm) had no insulation and I moved to a property they bought (Nashville rv) I still had access to the KOA stuff but Nashville is ran down and shows mid ownership. Many times no water was noted during my 3 week stay. Koa itself is well maintained and looks amazing but the new property wasn’t worth what I

The man at the front desk was very nice. The cabin was clean. We had 2 issues. 1: No coffee cups in the room. 2: The tv didn’t work. By the time we got settled in the office was closed. If I’m mistaken and cups don’t come with the room please let me know In future.

Great campground and staff, Arrived after hours but checkin and getting to my cabin was very easy and smooth. Cabin was clean, stocked with cookware, and they even left the light on for me knowing i would be arriving late. A+

We had excellent service from the time we checked in and until we left. The grounds are keep immaculately clean even with the amount of RVs coming in and leaving. All the staff were friendly, the pool/hot tub area was nice and clean. Couldn't have stayed at a better place. Also the offerings in the office were great for ice/beer/drinks/snacks. Unfortunate the cook was ill otherwise we probably would have eaten there too.
