Our cabin worked well for us, however in continuing with going green, we were disappointed that there were no dishes/silverware. A microwave and toaster were provided but needed to go out and buy paper products. A few things needed replacing/repairing and we informed the staff before we left.

I love the cabins but it was not as clean as it has been in the past…bathroom floors were dirty and some dishes were not clean..popcorn in the pullout sofa and on the floor under it�…hopefully this is a one time issue as I’d like to stay there again!

We spent 5 nights in a deluxe cabin. It was clean and nicely appointed. The staff was very nice and we enjoyed our stay very much.

We were only there one night but our cabin was perfect. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Only issue we had was I thought that plates, etc were in the cabin. There wasn't any bowls or silverware for our cereal at breakfast. But that's our fault for not being fully prepared. This was our first time using KOA cabins and we loved it!

The "large" cabin I was put in was tiny; so small that I couldn't bring my dogs' kennels in. Last year I stayed in a much larger cabin close to the pool and expected the same accommodations on this stay. I am VERY disappointed. Also, the tiny cabin is in rough shape with wall-hooks that are broken and a toilet seat that won't stay attached to the toilet. AC unit too big - won't dry the air.

Very clean and well maintained. I would recommend complimentary coffee for guest instead of charging 2.30 for a 12oz coffee

Absolutely LOVED our stay! The facilities were nice, the staff was excellent and they have a lot to do/activities with children. 13/10 recommend.

Absolutely wonderful! Lots to do at the campground and the bus to town was key! Never had to worry about parking or traffic. The cabin was great- clean and had everything we needed! Would absolutely come back!

We had an amazing stay Everyone was friendly. We stayed in the deluxe 2 br 1 1/2 bath cabin it was perfect for us and our friends who we vacationed with. The pool and hot tub were clean. We were super impressed and will definitely check out staying at a KOA during our next vacation

We were told our cabin was new and given directions to the cabin and our pass code to enter. The cabin was cute with a queen bed, bunkbeds and a bathroom. The pass code we were given did not open the door. We called the number on our checkin form and had to leave a message. My husband had to go to the registration again and wait in line to receive the real pass code. A few problems inside also.

Our family had a great time at KOA Nashville! Our cabins were clean and well-stocked. We (Grandma, 40ish adults, preteens, and dogs) all found something fun to do! The Downtown Shuttle picked us up at the campground, which made our trip to Broadway stress free. We also appreciated being close to Opry Mills. Your staff were friendly and helpful. Thanks for a fun vacation!

We loved our stay! Beautiful, huge campground with so many activities and games available. All the employees we encountered were very nice and friendly. The campground is in a great location just a few minutes from downtown Nashville. Will definitely stay here again!

Campground was very clean and staff were great. Bathrooms & showers were clean. Nice play area for kids and lots of areas for dogs. One of the best campgrounds that I've stayed at.

Deluxe cabin was perfect, very clean. Deluxe cabin was perfect! Very clean and comfortable. The patio and chairs are great! The only complaint is the parking at that particular site is on a severe incline and the fire pit is right against where your car is parked

My husband and I love the basic cabin. It was close to the bathhouse and we met quite a few other campers during our stay. Would definitely visit another KOA campsite

Deluxe cabin was great except the mattress was very mushy, the shower divertedr only diverted about half the water coming out, and the pocket door was not working. Otherwise great.

This was our second time renting a deluxe studio cabin. The patio area is very nice and perfect to enjoying meals outside. Unfortunately the gas grill apparently was low on gas. Only one burner appeared to have a flame. It did not get hot enough to cook our hotdogs. The cabin did not have internet the entire time we were there. The road noise from Music Valley rd was loud esp when sleeping.

Stay was fine but there was no internet. We were told to shut our computers down and try again. Still no internet. The cabin was clean but the mattress on the bed was terrible. Way too soft. Grounds nice and convenient to everything.

Everything was great. Stayed in p4 and loved the location. Having the pool open with perfect weather was a plus! Took advantage of shuttle to downtown was convenient.

Wonderful! Will definitely be back. Kids loved it. Clean facilities and friendly staff. No complaints about the KOA. The shuttle service is not reliable if you are trying to be on time for an event. They never showed up after I called and verified the pick up. Was late for a concert after waiting 45 minutes for them. We were at the stop early waiting for them and had to take my own vehicle.

Such a warm welcome upon arrival! Friendly environment all around! We had a cute cabin that was stocked with linens, cups, and coffee. The amenities available kept everyone entertained!

We have stayed here multiple times and each time have enjoyed ourselves. Some of the office staff could be more attentive or nicer. The gentleman who escorts you to your site is also cheerful and friendly.

We stayed in cabin c28, we weren’t expecting the highway to be right in our backyard so it took awhile to get used to the traffic noise. The wifi didn’t work the whole time we were there and both ac units had a mildew smell when turned on. Besides that great amenities, clean cabin when we arrived. It was great to have the French doors open to outside.

Stayed in small cabin. Plenty of room for two people. Very clean. Employees were very helpful. All our needs were filled quickly and efficiently. I will definitely stay there again

We would definitely stay at this KOA again when we return to Nashville. Lots of things to do. There were even shuttles to take you to Downtown and to the Grand Ole Opry
