Everything was clean and ready to go when we arrived. We enjoyed the pool, the store and our adventures that we took along the way.

A group of us were there for the weekend. We had two cabins and shared the patio/fire pit area. We took time to walk around the grounds, met friendly people walking their pets. Spent time at the pool, enjoyed the Icees. It was a fun, relaxing, enjoyable weekend.

Deluxe Cabin. Positive: clean sheets and towels, kitchen clean. Negative: weeds through walk/around site, screen ripped open on porch, porch furniture needed to be cleaned, not one hook or rack to hang towels in BR (staff installed 3 after this was reported). We asked that litter of kittens/cat be removed from under cabin, due to my allergies and the smell of cat feces. No attempt to remove.

The cabin was great! Queen bed a little uncomfy, next time I’ll just bring a mattress topper. Great place to stay!! First time staying in the cabins and we will definitely be back! Staff is always friendly and helpful.

We have been staying in a KOA cabin for CMA fest for the last 10 years. Love our home away from home.

The shower in R32 is terrible. Awful. Cannot adjust temp to a reasonable level. It’s either scalding or ice cold. No in between.

Sharon, at the front desk, was x super kind and helpful. Our friends had an issue with the fridge door being backwards and the maintenance man switched it for them.

1st time to rent a cabin. In the past we have camped in our RV. So much to do at this KOA. Very friendly The only suggestion would be to mention in your write up about the cabin that have gas grills is that you provide utensils for the grill. It would have been nice to know ahead of time

Always an amazing stay at the Nashville KOA. Love the swimming pool, the downtown shuttle and the incredible staff. Special shout out to Sharon in Guest Experiences, who assisted us when we had a little glitch. This KOA is a must visit if you are in the area or want to experience Nashville and the Grand Ole Opry.

This place exceeded my expectations. The staff was amazing, the grounds were impeccably kept, my cabin was adorable, and it was in the perfect location. I will be back, ill never stay anywhere else when i come back to Nashville!

Overall it was good but, certain things seems are to be noted. The porch already had some cans and waste when we arrived. The some of the hangers and electricity switch were not well maintained. There were ants on the bunk bed. I don’t know if it is okay for camp ground cabins. The restroom lock was not functional.

Our cabin was clean and comfortable. Loved the music by the pool. The shuttle service into town was a big plus. Parking was cramped, but we managed.

Our stay at Nashville KOA was very relaxing and we wish we had more time. The campground was very clean and staff were very helpful. It was nice to see dog bowls and treats in the cabin, the extra step for our dogs was very appreciated.

The facility is very clean and well kept. The pool and hot tub are great with plenty of chairs to sit by the pool. My only complaint is the checkin desk. The person we talked to was very nasty and they did not pickup the phone or calls us back. After 2 hour of calling starting at 2pm they said we were too late for a cabin reservation. Arguing with them we did get a cabin which was very nice.

Great location but the cabin could have been cleaner, a lot of dog hair & even marshmallows under the couch. Toilet constantly ran to the point we have to shut off the valve at night to sleep. When we checked in we had to ask how to get in, she forgot to tell us then we went back up to ask about the check out process.

Late night check in was a breeze. I appreciated that when I called about needing a specific spot they were very speedy to help and accommodating. The only bad part was that there was a small hold in the floor and beside the window unit were gaps where wasps were coming through. I just used what I could find to cover them up for our stay so it was okay in the end. The cabin we stayed in lovely.

Even though it rained everyday we still had a GREAT time! There were a lot of breaks in the rain so we did get to enjoy everything the KOA had to offer! Being right there by opry mills mall and the grand ole opry we had plenty to do! The staff is amazing, especially the guy that checked us in and the lady that checked us out! We had to leave day early and she able to give us some money back!

We stay here, OFTEN!!! The last SEVERAL times have had issues. Most recently our cabin had an unacceptable amount of ants. In the kitchen area and bathroom sink area. Staff eventually came and sprayed with a product that instantly killed them, but not solving the problem. We had to throw away a significant amount of food items. I spoke to the front desk upon our departure. Absolutely unacceptable

Room was clean workers were great. Butt. The one room with no tv in had some sorta bug I’m thinking a flea in the sheets so u couldn’t sleep in the bed. We never had no problem there before.
