Our cabin was hot the first night. The AC wasn’t working they didn’t move us until lunchtime the next day. Then that day the water went out for several hours. I WOULD RATE A 10 BUT THE FLOOR IN THE CABIN WAS SO DIRTY MY FEET WERE BLACK. THEY NEED TO MOP. ALSO, THERE IS A STEP DOWN TO THE POOL THAT IS DANGEROUS. EVEN WITH SIGNS I SAW SEVERAL PEOPLE STUMBLE.

The night 5/30/23 we were walking we noticed the first RV site near N13 had black tank drainage and toilet paper on the ground, The fire was left a mess and a dead rat in the road. We reported it that night to the worker on duty and he said he would tell maintenance it was not his jobWhen we left on 5/31/23 there was a new late night RV camper in the sight and the mess was still on the ground.

Loved my delux cabin that slept 8 ! We had 5 kids 5 adults ! It was a wonderful equipped cabin ! With a gas bbq firepit and outdoor seating ! The amenities on site are awesome so much for the kids ! Loved my stay we had a toilet issue and it was fix in a timely manner , I would never stay at a hotel again KOA is the way to go !

I love staying here. 4 time. It’s the perfect location to stay when visiting Nashville for me. I can take in the city yet still feel like I am enjoying a posh camping trip. The facilities are always clean and top notch. The folks that work here are accommodating and super friendly. There is literally zero bad things or negative comments I can make with regards to my stay or experience here.

I was having an issue at the front desk when I checked in due to driving a Uhaul and parking it but Ally came up and helped me out so everything went perfectly! She was great and customer focused!!!

We paid more than the cost of a hotel to stay in one of your cabins, C25/the interstate noise was VERY loud/one of the wood panels fell off from around the bathroom door/the bath shower floor was dirty/there was no fitted sheet for the bunk beds/the ceiling fan didn't work and the can lights over the kitchen and eating area did not work/and the A/C unit rattled all night long. Very disappointed

Gave wrong code to get into cabin. waited on hold for over 6 minutes, then flagged down a worker. Parking is horrible. Outside area is minimal. fire pit on top of a hill - only able to sit on 2 sides. Caution tape, no grass, unlevel pavers, no dishes or silverware, no lock on bathroom, definitely not worth the amount we paid for a "deluxe" cabin.

We were there for a 30th birthday and stayed in one of the cabins. Everything and everyone at the campground was wonderful! We are not campers but without a doubt, we would definitely stay with KOA again! Nashville was amazing!!

I love Nashville and will be back but your cabins could use more space to set luggage and things on in the bedrooms; Hooks for towels would be nice. the cabin we had said 6 ppl could stay there, if they did, I have no clue where we would put the luggage and wet towels to dry....just a few simple suggestions would make the stay better and more organized.

Overall a good place to camp. Internet was NOT good at all. If your remote working or only use the internet for some evening wind down time you better bring your own.

We have read about this KOA and seen so many good reviews that we thought we would be blown away and it was just okay. It is not very kid friendly, has a slide, jumping pillow and small shallow part of the pool but with the rave reviews I expected more. We decided to splurge and get a cabin with a bathroom and the shower drained so slow we had to shut the shower off to drain standing water.

I called before I got their to see what time they closed, cause I was going to arrive after 5. Got the recording and it said till 5pm, so I waited on the phoe to talk to someone. She answered the phone and was very RUDE! She said if you would have heard the message you would have heard till 8pm. I told her it said 5pm. I told her I might be late. VERY RUDE.

First of all we stayed in a cabin and we were there for 2 weeks and the place is going to crap!!! From last August till a week ago. Cabin wasn’t ready until 4:30 when check in is at 3:00. People at the front desk are rued and just stand there and offer no help at all. The food was not good we tried to eat breakfast 3 times and it was horrible!!! Need the guy with the long hair and his wife back.

The campgrounds were nice but the staff was very unfriendly. The woman at the desk acted like she didn’t want to be there and anything we asked she rolled her eyes and sighed before answering. We were staying the weekend for the Taylor Swift concert so I can imagine it was very busy for the workers. However we stay at Koa in KY all the time and it is always a pleasant stay. Nice cabin just would like to see blacktop driveway for handicapped. The stone is not wheelchair friendly Also checkin time is 3 not 320. You wouldn’t start checking in earlier than 3 so it is expected to be able to check in on time. Especially when you have events to get too. The campground does have nice amenities.

We waited for 3.5 hours to check in. It poured rain the entire time. We had 2 dogs in the truck so they were soaked. We have 4 kids and they were bored. We were told they were "cleaning". I assume check in time is the time to check in. Not at nashville koa. Its a suggestion. No reparations were made. The cabin we rented was sufficient but one of the air conditioners didn't blow cool air.

Arrived very early for check-in. We just stayed 1 night in a cabin. The front desk stored our luggage while we went exploring Nashville. Very nice and accommodating

We would definitely stay at this KOA again when we return to Nashville. Lots of things to do. There were even shuttles to take you to Downtown and to the Grand Ole Opry
