Very friendly staff! They also escort you if you arrive late and assist with anything you need. Shuttle and ride shares very easily accessible for any site seeing you would like to do.

We were in spot R21 and this whole row of back in spots are in bad shape… they are mostly mud with gravel being sparse. Very close together and not long enough. Rest of spots on campground are better but these overnight spots need some work. Bathrooms were clean and staff friendly

We were in-transit to our home and just needed an overnight stay on our last leg to home. We called and got an excellent support from the staff. We arrived about 7:00 PM and the store was still open with a delightful service person to assist in registration. The site selected was not appropriate for our RV, the Internet did not work except for an "Open" access which we chose not to use.

People at KOA are wonderful. Very clean grounds. Did not use bath house facilities or laundry. Internet bad!

We had a great experience. The KOA was great at communicating prior to arrival and during. The property was clean and offered several activities. Quiet and roomy lots. I have already recommended to friends and we plan on returning.

Have stayed here many times…always enjoy this campground but did have a couple of issues this time. Difficulty with WiFi connection and having to redo several times while using it. Also, our first night out in our camper for awhile and didn’t know if it was our issue or campground, but no cable TV. Next campground we had cable.

We love staying at your KOA. It’s always clean and the staff is friendly and more than helpful. The only issue we had this visit was other people parking in front of or behind our RV. We should have reported it but didn’t since the campground wasn’t full.

Decent stay - Spot we were in required leveling blocks even though it was a "premium" site... Nice staff, great visit to the area and convenient to lots of things. Only other thing that I saw as a negative was the long term sites and how dirty/unorganized they looked. Really takes away from the upscale feeling of this being a "resort" KOA.

Great campground! Very convenient to everything that we wanted to do. They had a very nice New Year’s Eve party planned for the campground guests. My only suggestion would be that they have more dog waste stations throughout the park. Would definitely come back!

Great staff - only one improvement- please expand trash pick up hours from 8-10 to 8-2. Especially since there are no open dumpsters for me to take trash to if I miss the 10 am deadline.

We loved this campground. The staff at check-in were very friendly and helpful. The office/store was very nice & roomy. The RV sites were very clean & well maintained. The hook-ups were conveniently placed & easy to reach. We loved it here and will definitely be back.

When arrived water connection leaking at my site and each site beside me. Once water is connected it is ok but makes site wet on both sides. Site was small and picnic area not level. Staff friendly and bathrooms clean.

The campground was well taken care of. The office was having construction work done to it so it was a mess … thats OK off season. The cafe worker guy with the long hair and beard needs to find another job. He is a poor rep. Attitude needs adjusting … more interested in going to CA than being at KOA. No attention to detail. Not very friendly. Needs to be outside or another CG.

The stay was great, except for the restrooms...the toilets would not flush - grotesque! There is water pressure problem there.

We love staying here! I would like to say that the bathrooms are quite chilly. Wr had a problem with our hot water heater and used the bathrooms there instead. Actually we usually use them anyway because you do keep a clean bathroom. :) I know it is wintertime, but sure do wish they were heated. We were in J area, so the one right past us. We ended up walking to the ones at the pool/lobby.

We loved everything about your campground. Our children had tons to do outside. The music was a surprise and they were good. If we go back to Nashville we will stay here again.

The staff were amazing. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The location is great, fairly peaceful. The bath house was terrible. The shower room wasn't heated, which made it very unpleasant to be in there. Only a seat to put clothes on. The toilets were terrible, didn't seem to be flushing properly. Fantastic sight. Very clean and staff is friendly. This is our 2nd time staying and will be back in April.

We had a good time. The facilities were very clean. Campground is close to the highway and the airport so there is a lot of noise but not much you can do about that. My biggest complaint was how often the staff members drove around and seemed to creep in on camp sites. But overall we had a great stay and would stay again.

Everything was perfect other than I had to clean up the previous tenants dog poo! More than one pile! Also tree limbs all over 1/4 of the dog run. Paid extra for the convenience of the dog run

The grounds were good, and the grounds crew was very good, and very helpful. Our only complaint was with the television service. We could not get WiFi, so ROKU was not an option. The cable channels were pitiful, and because of the location, the antenna was unable to receive all the local stations. If we were just staying overnight, this would not be an issue, however we stayed 6 nights.

Cabins were very clean, spacious and affordable for what was offered. They have thought of everything. The staff was very friendly and would randomly stop by just to see that everything was okay. We were a large group and it was all effortless to have a good time. We will definitely come back on our next Nashville trip. Shout out to Bill for being so kind and attentive.

Stayed here in our 23' travel trailer for two nights on our way back from Florida to Minnesota. The park was very full, the roads are a little narrow and the sites are somewhat close together. But the park itself is in a great location. Its very close to downtown as well as having lots of dining and shopping nearby. There is bus transportation from the park to downtown Nashville (drops off at the Country Music Hall of Fame) for $10 per person. Highly recommended vs. dealing with parking downtown. We also enjoyed live entertainment in the park in the evenings which was fun. The restrooms were clean and the staff was pretty helpful and gave us some good recommendations. May not be the quietest park but if you are coming to enjoy Nashville its a great place to camp. We would stay here again.

Fabulous pool and hot tub! Shuttle to take you to downtown Nashville. Lots of amenities. Highly recommend. Pool is open late.
