The Koa itself was fine but I feel the staff was a little abrupt and rude . Koa is for kids and I feel they were bothered by them. I was there the whole time with them and they still weren’t nice. We needed propane and went to office and couldn’t fill it because the person wasn’t on site and he was the only one that could fill it and he was an hour ., also they don’t do it after dark.

Beautiful KOA, very clean and surprisingly quiet for being so close the the highway. Staff was nice and helpful. Would definitely recommend this RV park and we will be back.

This place has one of the nicest campgrounds that I've ever stayed at. Check in was a breeze and they escort you to your site. They have all kinds of activities to do, a restaurant, hot tub and all kinds of stuff for adults and kids. I would definitely stay here again.

Always ready for us, pleasant welcome, options available at the campground, like hot tub, and options to see Nashville. This was our 2nd stay with them. Will probably stay again!!

Highly recommended more trash cans around the campground. Need to keep dog parks better maintained.

I love koa the only problems I have are the following. One you can’t check in till 3 pm even if your cabin is ready they make you wait crazy. Second they now have minimum days you have to stay we like coming for one day but now a lot of times is a minimum of 2 days when I asked they said corporate policy

Lovely campground. Very clean and friendly. Staff are always busy cleaning. Hot tub great but needs another step at the stairs- drop is very deceiving when getting in at railing. Will definitely return. Met lots of nice people there. Internet is ok if your site is near the building,otherwise it is hit and miss.

Site was flooded. Ask to switch but was told nothing was available. However several sites were empty.

We have stayed here many times but this time we were disappointed. The roads in the campground were one chuck hole after another. The front desk lady gave us the wrong directions on entering our pull through site. The shower had thick green mold growing in it. The sewer in the ground was plugged up and therefore backed up once we disengaged. What is going on? Not sure we will be back.

It was mostly a great stay. But there were issues with the water and the nearest restrooms to our site. A water leak at the first sight in the row caused you to shut down the restrooms for the last 2 days of our stay. That was highly inconvenient as we were winterizing our RV to return to our northern home when we left the KOA.

Very nice KOA. Too close to busy interstate Highway. Lots of traffic noise. Very upsetting to see political flags on RVs disrespecting our president (regardless of anyone’s personal views, he is the president) with vulgar slogans in a family oriented park.

We waited last minute with a busy schedule to book a campsite. We searched a lot of places but kept just wanting to go back to the Nashville KOA! It is conveniently located to lots of Nashville sites, activities, and restaurants. The staff are very helpful and friendly and you can’t beat the heated pool and hot tub!

Our site was not well kept and very muddy. Leaves were not raked for a long time and the gravel was not level.

So convenient a location, for visiting Nashville area. Tours can be arranged at the office. Site was pull through and away from the noise of the highway. Helpful staff, including escort to our site.

We love it there. It was our third stay. The only negative was that one of the workers at the front desk was prickly and not very helpful when we asked questions.

A few negatives. The bathrooms and showers were not cleaned the entire time during our stay. There was a huge clump of hair in the shower the first day. Three days later the same huge chunk of hair was still there. Also, one of the toilets was clogged the men's bathroom the entire time. Other than that the staff was nice and the location good.

Everything was very good and really enjoyed the free music you had in the club house area. There was a lot of activities in the campground and around Nashville. The only drawback was the shuttle service which we realize was not yours but serviced the campground and surrounding hotels. They were a half hour late and did not have enough room for everyone whom had called in for it.

Absolutely loved it there. The main office was well laid out. The bathrooms were clean and the WiFi was strong. There was a heated pool, place for the kids to play and pet friendly. Friendly staff!

Nice large pull through. Quite expensive for wood, propane & site but I guess you pay for the location.

We had a good stay here. The bouncy bubble was a major highlight for us. Felt safe with the circulating presence of koa staff members. All neighbors were kind and respectful.

found this newer KOA on our trip back from Florida…nice sites and amenities, especially for children. It was 59 degrees (March!) but the pool was heated so our daughter enjoyed that :) will be back
