If just spending a night or two, the facility is overpriced. You get a benefit when you use the pool, listen to the band, etc. The hard surface parking on the various lots for RV's is hit/miss in good shape. Some are good, some not so good.

Nicely maintained. Some of the sides are a little bit cramped, and need some attention as far as hook ups go. Lots of activities two pools snack bar store all of the amenities you might expect. Good part of town very close to the grand old Opry and the Gaylord. The managers were very accommodating and very friendly. Bill and his wife were the camp managers were very nice.

This park is overcrowded for the staff. Upon arrival, our electrical plug was shorting out, and the laundry mat in the back is out of service. We were told we could order ice to our spot but could never get anyone on the phone. And the shuttle to downtown now charges $15 and all pick ups must be scheduled with an outside vendor. This park expanded… then couldn’t keep up with the demands.

Loved the grounds and trees. However, there was a gas leak so no hot water which meant no hot showers for someone staying in a tent. It would have helped if there was an estimated return to service on the sign that said there was none. Alas, I only stayed one night, but it would have helped the others.

Resort is lovely as usual. However this visit (we come every year) the public bathhouses had no hot water and no dryers for our entire stay (five days).

We really liked staying in the cabin at the Nashville KOA. The cabin had plenty of room for the four of us. The towels, lines, pillows, and bathroom amenities were all provided. Which was awesome. We loved sitting on the porch in the rocking chairs. It was probably the highlight of our stay for my husband and me. The kids loved the pools. The campground was also nice and quiet.

We loved our stay at the Nashville KOA. The location is beautiful, well-kept, and the KOA staff were so kind and helpful. Highly recommend!

Great Campground. Lots of site choices, amentiies are very good, and they have a shuttle to local attractions. Really enjoyed out stay !

Upon arrival we were told the hot water was not working on our side. We had need for the shower/restroom. The hot water was never restored while we were there. We stayed in site W28 on the south side in a travel trailer. The site was not level and the sewer was not usable it was too high even using a slinky and blocks under the hose. We had to use the dump on our way out. Too expen for what we got

Staff very friendly and helpful! They placed us in the North section so we were close to everything! End up having an issue with our trailer and was not sure to repair before check out time and they were helpful and comprehensive! We really like the place when visiting Nashville! Thanks all

Excellent KOA. Best we have stayed at ever! Clean, organized, plenty of activities for everyone. Easy shuttle to and from downtown. We will stay here again and again!

Love this Koa, we would have like to stay longer as we were in a deluxe cabin. But they were all booked up. We will be coming back to this beautiful koa

We had the unfortunate opportunity to stay here when the back half of the campground did not have any hot water for showers. Understanding that things happen we could have been informed of this during the check in process. The map had to many similar colors that it was hard to tell which sites offered what. I did have high expectations since this was listed as a "resort" KOA.

Pull through FHU. Nice and level site, escorted to the site by a spotter. Two pools, both clean and lots of tables/chairs/lounge chairs. Didn't use the bath house so I can't comment on that. Lots going on - shaved ice ($), Cobbler food truck ($), activities for the kids. If you are looking to stay in a cabin there are a ton of options.

The staff made a great recommendation to see the Ryman in the morning and to do an Opry show in the evening.

Campgrounds were clean and quite. They had a pool , hot tub , and play ground and live music . We enjoyed every moment . Spots were also easy to back in.

This campground exceeded our expectations! Very clean, friendly staff and a lot of activities. I wish that there were more dog waste stations throughout the park, but not that big of a deal. We are looking forward to visiting again in the future.

I finally decided to pay for a membership and our first stay was disappointing as our 2 closest shower houses had no hot water.

We had a bad experience with our cabin smelling like sewer gas but the manager made it right the next day after the night security wasn’t able to help. Thank you so much for taking care of the situation.

I go to this koa every three months. I stay there because it’s close to Vanderbilt cancer center. This last stay was awful!!!! No hot showers and don’t ever put me on site x01, it’s not suitable for a pop up. When the sites are empty why put me so far away from bathrooms. When I went to talk to an employee they laughed in my face.

We pulled in late, the paperwork was all ready and a staff member greeted us and showed us where to go. I was thankful after a long travel day. The Nashville KOA was very clean and tidy with lots of amenities and fun to be had! We will definitely stay here again!

Very clean campground with a lot of amenities. Five stars doesn’t do it justice. It should be more like 10. The only feedback I would give them is please add some umbrellas to the pool area.

Disappointed by this stay. They have substantially increased the number of sites without increasing amenities. Many areas in disrepair: no hot water in south side of campground, showers in main building nonoperational, lights in south pool not working causing them to close the pool early. Pools cloudy with algae and debris. Bathrooms run down. Driveways not paved. Would expect more from "resort"

Clean cabin, friendly staff, breakfast walked out to us because we had dogs, 6yo nephew had a blast, never left the grounds. It was perfect.
