If you're passing through/need a place for a night, I'm sure it's fine. But for a long weekend or more, it's just not that great. The employees were nice and the amenities were clean, but everything just looks/feels tired/dated, and it lacked the campground ambience that we are used to. No friendly neighbors out/about, not much personalization, and a generally stale environment. Roads need paved.

If I explain how amazing this campground is, more people will come, and I won’t be able to get reservations again. So, for my families’ sake, I’ll say There is no heated pool , huge hot tub, amazing club house, outdoor activities galore , multiple dog parks, or super sweet staff.�

Apart from the fact that this KOA is already very expensive, they let us pay an early incheck fee of $ 15,-. What do they think??? Even in a hotel there is no such thing as an early incheck fee when the room is available. In this case the reserved spot was available. Outraging!!! Furthermore, the bathroom were not clean when I went there; Very damp. In the restroom no hooks for clothing. More ????

Great! Cold so didn’t enjoy much of the facilities. Reduced a star because the roads are really bad on property, especially for rvs. Pot holes everywhere.

Requested cabin closest to the bathroom when making reservations. That definitely was not honored. Got into the cabin and the refrigerator smell like something died into it making the whole cabin stink, Because we were checking in late we moved the refrigerator to the outside and made the best of it. I've stayed at this campground several times and it really looks like it's declined overall.

Campground is nice. We were back away from the highway. The only issue was the shuttle. It was dependable only half the time.

We really enjoyed our stay at Nashville KOA. There are so many fun things to do there. They also have an arrangement with a local shuttle company that picked us right up at the campground and drove us into downtown Nashville. They also gave us a lift back to the campground. Very convenient. The only draw back we had was the water pressure was very low.

I am usually very happy with the consistency when staying at a KOA. Not so much this time. I left disappointed with the customer service overall. Usually staff are inviting and pleasant. I didn't feel very welcomed at this KOA. The KOA itself was well kept and clean as are standard for KOA. There are many campgrounds in the area I would stay at in the future.

This is by far the most expensive KOA I have stayed do date. Which is why my expectations were set higher. The place is very clean and well kept. The amenities are wonderful and well kept. The staff was extremely polite and accommodating.

Stayed for 2 nights. Easy on and off access to interstate. Although the traffic noise was pretty loud where our campsite was. Took the shuttle to downtown Nashville, only $10 round trip and it ran every hour. Nice bathrooms although they could have been cleaned either more often or more thoroughly. Drains almost plugged with hair. All in all we will stay there again when doing the Nashville thing

It was a good place for a one night stay. It was a very convenient location. The only request is that the bathroom faucet handles get repaired, since it is hard to turn on the hot and cold water if you have a disability. The small handles were missing on most of the sinks.

Someone one staff with some mechanical experience would be helpful Someone who could help find a blown fuse $230 to find the blown fuse does not a good experience.

Great RV park. Close to the Opry and a nice and convenient shuttle to Broadway. Nice hot tub and pool area. We stayed for 2 nights. I would definitely stay here again.

Stayed only 1 day 2 nights. Excellent staff and facility. Lots of games and entertainment. Wish we had longer to enjoy it all.

found this newer KOA on our trip back from Florida…nice sites and amenities, especially for children. It was 59 degrees (March!) but the pool was heated so our daughter enjoyed that :) will be back
