Staff had rude demeanor on check in. We did not know of area to check in - made error. Another desk staff rude w/us sincedidn’t know rule about NO dogs in Ofc. We were NEW there 1st time, w/fifth wheel - need professional niceness w/our lack of knowledge. Site tight -We had 62 foot fifth wheel/ truck/they put us in 63 ft. Koa pipes froze-n they notified us afterwards?no warning 9:42 am next da

It was only one night but we wanted to check it out. We will definitely be back for a longer stay. The location is great, along with the camp ground.

To much noise because my campsite was across the high way and it was a big accident so it was very loud noise all the time.

This was our first time at a KOA and we were absolutely blown away! Super impressed by your place and will definitely be back! Very efficient and SUPER friendly staff and customer service. Great accommodations and nice areas to park our fifth wheel. The amenities were really impressive! We can't wait to come back!

Was pretty cold ...unexpectedly so! Still had a great time. Loved that a shuttle can take you downtown for a round trip fee! Very clean and friendly staff! Wish we could have done more outside but will do that on our next trip!

This was our 3rd stay at this resort....we keep returning! Friendly staff who stayed a little past office closing time to assist with check-in with our late arrival; 20-minute drive to downtown Nashville (or a shuttle available to ride as well); plenty to do for all ages. The fact that our 17 yo son returned with us says something about this place!

Shower were dirty and not cleaned for 2 days straight. Shower stalls also were tiny and had moveable bench that all you could use it for was hold your bag cause it slide all over.Bathroom was dirty also. Campsite was also very small and went to use fire pit and couldn’t cause it so close to my RV and others. Just overall bad experience.

We stayed in a tent site, everything was good, check in was easy, bathrooms were nearby, biggest problem I had was the road noise. Campground is right next to a busy highway.

We enjoyed it! The shuttle was so helpful to have, and the towels and linens were wonderful to have at a KOA also!! Highly recommend! If we go back to Nashville this is definitely where we will stay again!!

Clean, well maintained, pool excellent! Loved the shuttle. My RV and towing car just fit on our site.

Excellent KOA to bring your kids, lots of variety of kid-friendly activities. Very dog friendly, several "parks" to take your dogs. We got the deluxe cabin, which was very nice, especially given the lower cost vs hotels. The beds could be more comfortable, though. By far, the best thing about this KOA is the LOCATION! You're next to everything but don't feel like you're in the city.

Very nice campground. Nice amenities if you're staying in warmer weather. Streets need some potholes repaired and main entrance street needs to be repaved. If you're going to charge resort prices, then make sure you keep it up to resort standards.

The women’s restroom was dirty, 3 of the 4 stalls were open but only one had toilet paper. The following morning the one stall that had the tp was clogged and the other two stalls were still without toilet paper. We were also told there may not be hot water in the showers. I had a hot shower but my husband did not.

It was wonderful that a shuttle was available to go into Nashville so we didn’t have to take our F350 into town! We enjoyed the live music in the evening in the lounge! Everything about our stay was great!

We've stayed a number of times unfortunately this time they put us in a site that had construction at the end of our site so we couldn't use the entire space & the road noise was the worst we've ever heard. We'll definitely be back this trip just wasn't as great as the previous ones.

We arrived 1.5 before check in and told we couldn’t check in early. The cabin needed cleaned. There didn’t seem to be anyone that stayed in the cabin before us. It was open to book the night before. Also it had grass all over the floor. So making us wait to check in just to make us wait seemed unnecessary.

A lot of pot holes in the campground roads, rough driving. Also, the firepit had burnt wood and trash lying around the firepit.

found this newer KOA on our trip back from Florida…nice sites and amenities, especially for children. It was 59 degrees (March!) but the pool was heated so our daughter enjoyed that :) will be back

Expensive but it's Nashville and I've never stayed at alps before. Amazing entertainment options with loads to do!!!!!!
