The staff was friendly and efficient. The facility is spacious and easy to navigate. The restroom/showers/laundry facilities were clean and newly updated! Perfect for our first camping adventure. We will definitely be back.

Our stay was great. The grounds were well kept and clean. We stayed in cabin T01 and noticed a few areas that need attention. The shower doesn’t drain well and has caused the floor to become soft and spongy in front of it. The front right burner on the stove does not work. Other than that, the cabin is well furnished and comfortable.

Camped twice in Nashville during the winter. KOA was open and helpful to learn about what to do in below freezing temperatures.

We were not compensated for the 3 wasted hours of having no power upon arrival and it was COLD out. Your electrical outlet was not working. It took your men 3 hours to have us move t was too far to walk to enjoy the evening entertainment and food. There is not nearly enough gravel on the roads in the back. It was terribly muddy with standing mud holes. It was filthy to get to and from our truck.

A beautiful campground with friendly professional staff. Our deluxe cabin was way nicer than we’d expected. We stayed one night on the road to Florida and would have enjoyed staying to make use of the facilities. It is central to everything Nashville which makes it very loud traffic wise. It would not be a place to enjoy a quiet time around the campfire. It was perfect for us and our dog.

Close to everything we wanted to see & do while in Nashville. The restrooms were amazingly clean and updated. This is our 1st RV trip from Wisconsin to Florida & back and this is the best KOA we've stayed at so far.

I usually Leave 5 Star, but this time I was a little aggravated. We Got there late on Friday night well, after close. The next morning we were up and out early so wasnt able to check in. We have been there before and stay at many KOA's through the year. While at our convention they blew up our phone and left a text that if we didnt get checked in by 8 they'd lock us out would expound but limited

The deluxe cabin was perfect for our weekend trip. Nice and cozy even with the cold temps. Great location, only minutes from downtown (depending on traffic of course). This ia the only place we stay when in town.

Always a great time staying at Nashville KOA. Staff is wonderful, and the cabin was perfect for our family of 4. The breakfast is delicious and hot and freshly made to order. Jacob is a delight behind the grill!

I could not have ended up at a better place after my home was damaged in the ice storm. The tiny house I stayed in was so nice and warm, which was wonderful after being cold and without power. The staff, especially Dove, T.J., and Denise, were very accommodating and sympathetic to my plight. Now that I know about KOA, I am going to start recommending that my out-of-town guests stay there.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Arrived just before a big ice storm so area around us was wet and muddy, not the fault of the park. After moving us to a level site this was a nice place to stay. Nice easy access to area sites to see, we would stay here again.

I have always gave 5 stars every time but the last few times we have been down to Nashville KOA to stay in the cabins they have just been let go. We had a zip tie holding our water spiket up in the shower. Just feel like you guys aren’t putting money back in the cabins at all. We have been staying in the cabins I would say for 10 years. I think this maybe our last time.

There was absolutely nothing wrong with our stay and everyone was so nice. The reason I couldn't give it 5 stars is the park seemed a little tired. The roads weren't in the best shape. We were in the back section which is definitely not as nice as the front. The dog park back there was too tiny meanwhile it was In a huge field. Overall our stay was good but a few improvements would help!

Staff very friendly and helpful. Maintenance swapped out a bad hydrant within minutes of being notified. Very convenient for both overnight and multi-day stay. Restrooms very clean and warm. Hot tub was very refreshing on a crummy travel day.

We could not have enjoyed our stay more! The staff was friendly, helpful and went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. Our cabin was clean, cozy and just what we needed for a few nights away from home. Highly recommend!

We stayed at Nashville KOA during the winter storm Fern for 10 days. The staff at the KOA worked diligently to have the roads cleared of ice and down limbs. They were there to assist campers if their water line froze or any issues from the storm. We will definitely come back to here since they were so awesome during a historical winter storm I imagine they’re awesome during a normal season.

We stayed the weekend after the ICE Storm. Despite the storm, everything was really good. One evening we forgot to leave our water dripping and the pipe froze. TJ came right over and heated it and fixed it very quickly.

Not happy with nashville koa at all, we have stayed at quite a few koa's. The camping cabin we were in was not level, it was drafty also very cold out and the tiny heater could not keep up. We were also told there was a 15 dollar per dog sir charge which we haven't experienced before and was not in our price online. Staff seemed to have I don't care attitude. Next time we will stay at a hotel.

I have been here many times and normally I would give a very high rating but this time I stayed in a cabin rather than a campsite. Water froze the first night but was quickly fixed and understandable . The main problem I had was my room would not get above 59 degrees and the day I checked out my son noticed that on door the weather stripping appeared to have been chewed off. I froze all weekend.

We visited just after Nashville got hit by snow and ice storm… we were not able to take full advantage of the activities available … we will be back so we can enjoy what Nashville has to offer and your KOA too

Stayed at a nice area in our truck camper. Staff is friendly. We enjoyed a band one night that was at the office area. Quick response on picking up garbage at our curb. We used the convenient shuttle to downtown Nashville. It is $15 per person for round trip. Well worth it!!

Cabin was clean and comfortable. My only complaint is that the water never really got hot. I would stay again if in the area

Friendly helpful staff!always clean and comforting!pool is Big and always relaxing sitting in the loungers that are in the pool is a very cool relaking way hang out and get a great tan!the best seats in the club house when they have a Band praying at the end of the pool that is dedicated setup for dancing and lounging!always good musicians great music very talented good Time 9
