From the moment we arrived till the moment we left, we felt completely at home. We were instantly greeted by Bill in the parking lot. Check in was smooth, we were told about amenities and invited to make ourselves at home. We loved hearing the golf cart drive up and having sweet little Bill check on us daily to make sure we were well taken care of. The pool and hot tub were incredible. Great time!

The campground was clean and the staff was quite friendly and very accommodating. The shuttle service to downtown was very nice. The only two reasons the rating isn’t perfect are: 1) There was temporarily no hot water in the showers & 2) The location is not ideal for bicycles. There are no bike trails close to the campground and there is not enough adequate room to ride within the property

The water wasn’t working in 1/2 of the property when we arrived. Since it was also nearly empty, I asked to move to a site with water working. I was offered to pay a $20 up charge to move to an empty, but working full hookup site. Not the best move by a KOA facility. We stay at them a lot, but when in Nashville, we’ll stay next door at the Two Rivers RV Park.

Just stopped for the night, arrived late thanks to traffic and left fairly early, so can't say much about the amenities, but the staff was great, very warm and welcoming when we checked in. I will have to say, that it always disappoints me when other campers don't clean up after their dogs... We always clean up after ours and whatever we find left by others. Shame on those who don't ! :-(

Would have been 5 stars, however in two different occasions there has been no hot water showers. November 2023 and again February 2924.

I’ve been to many koa. I stayed in a cabin this time. First one (in the middle of a snow storm) had no insulation and I moved to a property they bought (Nashville rv) I still had access to the KOA stuff but Nashville is ran down and shows mid ownership. Many times no water was noted during my 3 week stay. Koa itself is well maintained and looks amazing but the new property wasn’t worth what I

This campground is fantastic! Close enough to downtown Nashville with a shuttle service, but far enough away from the hustle. We caught a little live music Friday evening and Saturday afternoon in the clubhouse before heading into town, used the heated pool and spa, and enjoyed some of the other amenities. The staff was wonderful. We’ll definitely stay again for our Nashville visits!

The man at the front desk was very nice. The cabin was clean. We had 2 issues. 1: No coffee cups in the room. 2: The tv didn’t work. By the time we got settled in the office was closed. If I’m mistaken and cups don’t come with the room please let me know In future.

Great campground and staff, Arrived after hours but checkin and getting to my cabin was very easy and smooth. Cabin was clean, stocked with cookware, and they even left the light on for me knowing i would be arriving late. A+

Very cold. 8* overnight. Water line frozen ,water hook up not available. Offering bottle water would have been a great idea. Ice on sidewalks need salted to prevent falls.

Very convenient for a one night stay travelling to Florida from Michigan. Terribly cold and icy but the staff did their best to make sure we had everything we needed for the night.

Conditions in park very dangerous. No snow cleared or salt down. Restrooms so cold my wife would not use. Shower stalls way too cold to use. You list as year round campground but are not prepared for it. Somehow my KOA rewards did not work here, but they did on reservations for West Pensacola Al made same day. Would not recommend based on your performance or lack thereof

We had to leave early because of the weather, but will be back in the future! The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. The amenities look fantastic and the location to downtown Nashville is is great- just minutes away!

Had site G1 during our visit. the sites concrete pad making unusable due to rain and excessive water holding on the pad. Not necessarily anyone’s fault, but a site issue that would be worth rectifying for others on future stays.

Something needs to be done about the sites for when it rains because it is a muddy mess and you cannot even get to your trailer door! Our site was even a blacktop site and it was horrible! Before we could even get set up, we had to lay in mat down at our site so we could even get into our trailer… It’s a lot of money to pay to have to wear hip boots to get around!

This is a very comfortable RV park with service levels much higher than we typically find at a KOA. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location and campsites very well maintained. Friendly staff but communication between staff seems to struggle. Upon our arrival I check in and was told to wait for an employee to escort us to our site. Waited 10 min and no one showed up so we decided to venture to our spot alone. Enjoyed the whole weekend and chose to head down town for dinner on our last night before having a bonfire. We paid and asked for wood to be delivered while we were gone, due to coming back after office ours. Arrive at campsite to have our fire and there was no wood. Was refunded for the mistake the next morning and told the afternoon staff had done that to multiple times to different campers. Shower house was also luke warm and very hard to close some of the doors making shower choices limited.

Enjoyed my stay! Shower/bathrooms were nice! The RV crowd needs to walk their dogs away from camp/ cabin sites where barking becomes a nuisance! Very nice having a shuttle service to get in and out of town for a great time!
