Location and amenities worked out perfectly for our stay. We really appreciated the shuttle to town. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Some long-term resident sites could use some sprucing up.

We rented two family deluxe cabins and they were amazing. Both were comfortable, clean and came with everything we needed. Everyone working at the KOA that we spoke with were extremely friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay there again.

Check in was easy and well organized. There were a lot of activities to keep everyone busy. The shuttle that made a stop at the campground was a real plus for getting to the downtown area. There was ample space between campsites. We would definitely stay here again.

Stayed to visit family on our way back to Wi. Weekends are filled with activities and music. Week days also have music etc in the late afternoon or evening. Employees are very nice and helpful.Will stop back next year on our way through. Lynette R

I tried calling the office several times after we arrived and were settled at our site, no one answered the phone. I texted and no one replied to the text. I was told you had wifi it didn't work.

Nice campground. My pull through site was good. Too many live in people. Back campground sites very unkempt

#1The bathroom was dirty. The office had someone come clean it after i called to complain> #2 the hot water was only warm #3 the TV in the bedroom did not work. We have stayed here many times and it was great so we were very shocked. Overall very disapointed

The race track with motorcycles racing each other until 2-3 AM was ridiculous!!! We’re looking for a new place to stay for our future visits.

Very nice KOA! Clean and very maintain. Live music almost every day, which is very nice. Lots of activities for kids.

It was not a bad KOA except when you factor its expense, and the fact that it has the category designation of Resort. It falls so short, by quality and accommodations. Plus worse of all… most of my dealings with the staff (greeters behind the front desk) were way less than expected.

Campsite full of dried leaves, hadn’t been cleaned up since last fall. Hot tub broken for first 2 days and then had only children in it for the rest of the time. They advertise “adult only spa” but this is not true. Blood stains around pool. Disgusting.

It was great. Instruction on how to use heating/air system would be helpful. Directions for the TV(wrong mode) and channel listing. Like to watch local weather/news when traveling.

Lots of full time campers that appear a little rough. High price for what you get, especially in gravel sites.

This campground is beautiful and has so many nice features, great grounds, great pool, live music, and lots for kids to do. It should be able to be rated 5 stars BUT we were unable to take hot showers for the 5 days that we were there and despite complaining multiple times that there was NO HOT WATER nothing was done. Essentially their response was “tough luck”. This is unacceptable!

Arrived to the news that the wifi was down but “it is being worked on”. Never did work for our stay and for those of us out of country with no data plan, pretty disappointing as we use that for all travel plans, routes and weather, etc. No compensation offered. Remainder of facilities were good and nice touch having live music around the pool area.

Campground was clean and well kept. Close to lower Broadway which was good for us. Good amenities. Our only area of improvement is that people drive too fast (including the golf carts). This poses a risk especially for the children. Thank you. We hope to return.

The park is very well run and the staff is very helpful. The only recommendation is to put air fresheners in the men’s rooms to improve the experience.

Great KOA. Bill was wonderful. The price gap is too close for a site with a cement patio and a site with full cement driveway and patio and deluxe furniture. This is in the North Section. It was $159 vs $189 and $159 is too much just for the cement patio. Also, I am not interested in staying in the South Section (the section just purchased 2 years ago). But the Nirth Sectuon is terrific.

The pool was heated, but was a little cool. Campsite was small. Neighbors golf cart was charging over our fire pit. No Singer on Saturday night showed up. Pickleball net was stretched and had grooves in court, it was good for kids. Pingpong was nice. I never did find the mini golf. LOL Site was level. Kept clean.

Enjoyed the cabin with the screened in porch and , the fireplace on the deck. Will rent that place again.The $15.00 downtown shuttle is awesome to use. Very spacious cabin. Highly recommended.

Loved all the amenities and things to do, plus Nashville night life. Our cabin had everything we might need for our stay and was a better option than a hotel. We’ll be back and soon for sure!

Our site was changed before we got there. The one they assigned us and escorted us to was also full. They assigned us a third they said would accommodate a 43ft rv. Our 36ft filled it

This KOA is very big. Some facilities have not grown to match the current size. For example the pool. Best thing about this KOA is that it is very close to The Grand Ole Opry.

Everyone was helpful and friendly.our dogs loved the dog park. The site we had was good level and good sized. The bathrooms were clean. The laundry had plenty of machines. We would definitely stay again.

Accommodating in is booking last minute and needing a late checkout. Amenities helped a lot with organizing for our road trip and was the perfect way to stay cool in the camper van with our cats

We usually stay in August, so March was a much different experience. KOA did great and we had fun despite the colder weather.

This is one of the best maintained and cleanest KOA facilities. I think I've ever stayed at. Great location in the staff was incredibly friendly

Friendly helpful staff!always clean and comforting!pool is Big and always relaxing sitting in the loungers that are in the pool is a very cool relaking way hang out and get a great tan!the best seats in the club house when they have a Band praying at the end of the pool that is dedicated setup for dancing and lounging!always good musicians great music very talented good Time 9
