For 5 yrs we always come and enjoy kOA! This year was much different! We mostly come for the deluxe site, hot tub, and heated pool that was very frigid cold! For our 3 day stay!I talked to the front desk person and was told they would have someone turn it up and it only got colder! I felt like we only got blowed off! Many others around the pool were also unhappy with the frigid problem!

The campground was a perfect location and loved that you provide a shuttle to Broadway.

Vous nous avez facturé 25 dollars pour réservation du site sans nous aviser à l’avance nous aimerions etre crédité pour ce montant. Nous avons réservé durant 2 mois dans les koa au USA car nous croyons que c’est la meilleure place .Ont aimerait que vous preniez ça en considération vu notre statut VIP. Incredibly impressed with our stay in a deluxe cabin! It was thoughtfully decorated, appropriately stocked with necessities and comfortable beds.

The cafe may or may not have been open.We were told it’s open but it wasn’t. There was no heat in the cabin X14 The porch light and fan didn’t work.

I stayed in a cabin that right out my door at somewhere around 8:00 a.m. they started noisily picking up construction materials, blocks, etc. dumping them into a tractor bucket. I like to sleep later than that. I also asked for a cabin comparable to my previous cabin. Not what I got. No kitchen sink.

We love staying at the Nashville KOA. We go there often. This time around our lodging had a few cleanliness issues. I would also love it if the pool/hot tub opened earlier in the morning -- it would be great to go out first thing to the hot tub at 8:30 with a cup of coffee to relax and wake up while it's still cool outside. I also think it would be great if the dog parks had a little more to them.

I felt safe, it was a convenient location, but very noisy, very close to other campers, and more like a parking lot than camping. Camping to me is in nature.

Nice campground. Cool to have entertainers in the evening. Good amenities. Wish you had had mini golf. Your cable t.v. was terrible! Only 4 channels and they cut out for minutes at a time. If we bring our RV to Nashville again we would stay here.

Great stay as usual, prices are a little steep, but I guess the location is worth it. It would be helpful to have a shuttle over to opry land and the shopping.

The campground is one of the best we’ve stayed at. It is beautifully maintained and the staff is friendly and helpful. There are many amenities and activities available for campers.

Stayed two weeks in site S30. Not the greatest view but a very nice site. Large end site with little traffic. Camp ground is excellent! Clean, well maintained, lots of activities, and for us, close to family, Opry, and downtown, all minutes away.

Very nice park, clean and they kept the grounds beautiful. Very comfortable there and close to everything. Took the downtown bus which picks you up at the campground and brings you back.

The location is perfect. The campground is amazing. Pool and hottub are fantastic. Everything was a lot cleaner than expected. Only downside is the showers are extremely small.

The original koa campground is much nicer than the second campground they bought out. I would say that the best feature the campground offers is the shuttle service to downtown.

We picked this KOA as it was close to some folks we were visiting in Nashville. The check in process was quick and we were in our site within a few minutes of arrival, and it was on a busy Easter weekend. Our site was large and located close to all the action, yet we were able to enjoy the solitude of our site. We did not use the pool, but it was nice as well as all of the other amenities.

stayed in cabin in southside very disappointing. Wifi didn't always work, freezer leaked water into the frig, and microwave tray roller was melted and didn't work. Went to to laundry and 3 of the washers were out of order, but the washers were fixed later that day. Didn't report issues with appliances to office because i found the staff there to be somewhat rude anytime i had to deal with them.

Normally we have no issues during our overnight stay but this time the electrical box was an issue. It was frustrating that there is no direct line to speak to someone. Everything is a text. I want to speak to a human in the office when the need arises!

It was a great stay all employees were very friendly and helpful We stayed at R61 site and it was level the only thing I would suggest is the picnic table to be power washed otherwise it was great.

This is one of the best maintained and cleanest KOA facilities. I think I've ever stayed at. Great location in the staff was incredibly friendly

Friendly helpful staff!always clean and comforting!pool is Big and always relaxing sitting in the loungers that are in the pool is a very cool relaking way hang out and get a great tan!the best seats in the club house when they have a Band praying at the end of the pool that is dedicated setup for dancing and lounging!always good musicians great music very talented good Time 9
