Filthy pool, small children running everywhere, small children in the spa, unfriendly staff. I stay at a lot of koas. This is the worst.

Close to the Grand ol pry and to down town area! Camp ground was peaceful, not alot of road noise from our site! I would stay again if im in the area!

Over priced and the the older office staff is cranky and rude, if they don’t like there job they shouldn’t be there. People are on vacation and shouldn’t have to deal with rude nasty woman!

We made a same-day reservation via a phone as our travels brought us further than expected for the day. A reservation person was very helpful. Also, we arrived l around 9:30 & as we were picking up our packet, an individual came up to us in a golf cart & escorted us to our site. Very happy as we were tired & needed all the help we could get. Lol!

We were traveling without a RV this time. We flew in and stayed in a cabin. The cabin was adequate. Nothing fancy. I was told this part of the campground was a former Jellystone park and acquired by KOA. Hopefully they will improve it to the same as the other side. Only hiccup was no pool towels. They do not provide them. You have to bring or buy your own.

Stayed for a few nights over the weekend in one of their deluxe cabins while traveling for business. Not only was the cabin extremely clean and comfortable, but the Wi-Fi was probably one of the best I've ever experienced in a campground, which allowed me to stay on top of things during my time there. Will be back for sure, and next time I hope to enjoy relaxing and having some fun! :-)

Great facilities, and lots of options on site. Close to Opryland and convenient location. TJ was a stand out during our stay. We had an issue that needed to be resolved and he in the team quickly addressed it. I definitely would recommend and look forward to coming back.

This is by far the largest KOA we have stayed at. For a park this size it is very well run with very friendly staff, more amenities than we could use on our short stay, very clean bathrooms/showers and a beautiful property to walk.

we had a great site on the back of the property. It was a bit of a walk to the pool, but we needed it after so much driving. Site was extra clean and the staff was very nice. The pool and hot tub were very nice after a long drive.

This KOA is one of the best we’ve stayed at. They have plenty of Paw Pen sites that are perfect if you take along your furry friend. Seems like lots to do for families with kids. Pool area is very nice and it also has a hot tub. Love that they come by and pick up your trash! Very convenient to the mall and lots of restaurants. Highly recommend this KOA if you are in the Nashville area.

Very nice! Bathrooms are clean, could be better, and need more hooks in shower area and overall bathroom area! The other pool should be opened and either an adult only or put the kids over there! Lawns could be mowed and inside Rec area updated!

The campground it self was nice. The site was a little bit too short for our rig. The truck was a foot into the road. Cell service and WiFi spotty. Stayed one night.

We didn’t take advantage of the multitude of amenities as we spent more time in downtown than we did at the resort. We did however appreciate the availability of kids entertainment options, the variety of games available for adults and kids and the live music. We also like the variety of RV sites available, not just pull-thru and back-in but the larger upscale sites available with patios and suc

Loved the campground and location. Shuttle service was outstanding. Only complaint would be would to have liked to pick my own site. Most other sites have plenty of room, but the section I was in was very tight. I don't like being that close to my neighbors.

Very quiet at night and location was very easy to find. Deluxe cabin was very nice and well laid out floor plan. Activities were great with small kids ,plenty for them to do. Friendly staff answered any questions I had.will definitely stay again.

The campground was nice, but way too large with not enough trees. It’s nice they have a hot tub, but it was always crazy busy due to the large number of campers in the campground.

Super clean. Super nice. Loves the live music poolside. Chelsie was far and away our favorite. Nice dog runs in the park and lots of green space to walk the dogs.

It was a nice campground and very clean with a friendly staff. The highway and airport were very loud. Campfire wood was very expensive, and the golf cart rental were too. It is a very busy area with a lot of traffic. No nearby shopping or entertainment in walking distance.

Ive always given 5 stars to KOA Nashville. I took a star away for 1. Campsite was not clean and covered in "Prickly Balls" from the Sweet Gum tree over the site. They are a bear to walk on. 2. Neighbors Fire pit was exactly 6ft from our camper and they was allowed to let fire smoke us out all night. Was just too much smoke inside and outside of camper. We didnt stay our final night.

Really disappointed in our site for the cost. Could not keep my tow vehicle hooked up and had to Park it elsewhere. Not a good pick in that category for my equipment…. Don’t mind paying - but pull through needs to be an actual pull through. Not great at all

Rented a rustic cabin and had a wonderful time with my daughter. Enjoyed several amenities like live music, pickleball, and the pool. Appreciated the delivery of firewood to the campsite as well.

Loved the campground. Only negative was the pool area. Little kids without supervision jumping in and splashing. Also the hot tub is definitely not adults only. At least 10 kids using the hot tub as a swimming/splash pool.

This is an enormous park. They do a good job managing such a large park. It was overall clean and well run. Spaces are tiny and close together but despite this, campers were very respectful with minimal night noise. Highway noise is mild. Shuttle to downtown is invaluable. I did not use the bathhouse or laundry facility.

This is one of the best maintained and cleanest KOA facilities. I think I've ever stayed at. Great location in the staff was incredibly friendly

Friendly helpful staff!always clean and comforting!pool is Big and always relaxing sitting in the loungers that are in the pool is a very cool relaking way hang out and get a great tan!the best seats in the club house when they have a Band praying at the end of the pool that is dedicated setup for dancing and lounging!always good musicians great music very talented good Time 9
