I’m not a big camper, but my fiance is, so we compromised and stayed in a cabin! One of the first things I pay attention to is the customer service. From the time I made a mess up on my booking, to checking in, to checking out, I genuinely couldn’t be more happy and have no complaints. The campground was beautiful and well maintained and the cabin was immaculate. 10/10 recommend.

As always our visit was so enjoyable, mostly due to the wonderful staff at Koa/whiteface. They are so very welcoming and friendly! We look forward to returning next year. Kudos.

Enjoyed the Deluxe Cabin...lots of room. We want to thank KOA for helping us out with our vehicle when it needed jumping. Very professional and helpful. The employees are always there when needed and we enjoyed another year at the campgrounds and the site was perfect!

Everything went smoothly. The staff was helpful and pleasant and we enjoyed our stay at the Cabin Deluxe. While the unit is advertised to accommodate up to 8 people, we found that it’s more ideally suited for families with children rather than a group of 8 adults. We were 5 adults and the space felt just right for us. Having 8 adults in the cabin at the same time might have felt a bit cramped

Overall it was good but the amenities were ight in comparison to your old site. I understand your still in development. The one complaint is that the hot water in teh shower was non existent and the water pressure wasn't there either

My husband and I stayed in one of the motel vacation rentals. We were with a large group of family members for a surprise birthday! Some stayed in cabins and others in the motels. Everything was great! (and we’re not campers!) All were very clean and comfortable! It was a perfect venue. Pleasant and helpful staff! Thank you!

The deluxe cabin was as expected and very clean and comfortable.The desk attendant who checked us in was very welcoming.However we were extremely disappointed with the location and outside space of the cabin.There was no shade at all and an extreme lack of privacy in terms of the location of the fire pit and outdoor seating. We enjoyed their previous location so much more on Fox Farm Rd.

Such a disappointing and precipitous downgrade from the former location. Our carbon monoxide alarm went off at about 10pm and no one answered the front desk phone so we had to call the fire department ourselves to come check it out.

No bingo , no crafts , no pool , dogs no leashes , broken down rec room , wires all over site , sand and dirt hill my cabin was stuck on . Fire pit basically on the road no privacy .

We were in town for a Jeep Jamboree. The hotel room was exceptionally clean, well maintained and the staff were very pleasant and helpful. I will be back in the coming years for the jamboree and will make booking here a priority.

Everything was great except the cabin had a strong mildew smell and the air conditioner sounded like you were hitting rumble strips every time it turned on. Fans didn’t work in the cabin either.

Stayed in the hotel for a few nights. Nice cozy rooms with great views!! Chairs on the porch were perfect for relaxing or reading a book in the beautiful mountain air.

After 20 years of staying at the same place, it has changed ownership but still considering the front desk was so rude. Did not honor a coupon code. The shower smelled like urine so bad we could not use them. So sad to see it become so not friendly and clean. I stayed in a basic cabin and it was great for a simple getaway in the wooded campground. The campground has an old camp feel with lots of trees and campfires with the amenities needed to be comfortable. I would definitely return

We stayed in a double bedroom cabin and it was very clean. The outside of the cabin was also very clean. KOA is in a great location near attractions and scenery. The one downfall was the gas grill that I planned on using for meals had a leak. It did feel safe to use with the hissing sound and leak so I did need to rethink my cooking. I did report it to the office.

We loved the location with our cabin tucked into the woods which had a nice camping feel. Compared to two other KOAs we've stayed at, the amenities were not as good. No pool, tiny jump pad located at a different part of the campground down the road a bit, game room with minimal things to do. The condition/layout of the cabin wasn't as good. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.

We stayed in the Motel and our kids and grandchildren camped. We found the Motel exceptionally clean and very nice. We quite enjoyed our stay. The only reason I would not rate a 5 is because when booking , we were led to believe that bikes were available to rent and as it turned out, they only had tricycles for children. We found it was too long a walk from the Motel to the campsite.

It's a disappointment after the Fox Farm KOA. It was under staffed, staff were not friendly, few activities, wood was wet, toilet had issues, ceiling fan had issues, coffee maker leaked, fire pit was cleaned out a day early so not fire on the last night. The Riverside area was sad to look at - they cleared out a beautiful wooded area and made it look like a desert (the old North Pole campground).

This is a good place to bunker down for the night. I rented the single room cabin. The room had a mini fridge and three beds. Furthermore, there was a nice space heater that really warmed up the room. Each cabin has a parking space in front of the building. Overall, it's a great place to rest for the night especially if you're trying to get an early start on hikes nearby.
