It was very clean and well ordered! Everything was wonderful and as it should be and they were very welcoming! The only thing I wish they had were more things to entertain the kids on site. There was little to do for the boys sadly on site.

We enjoyed our stay at Whiteface/LP KOA. We still miss the Fox Farm location, as I'm sure you all do too. I wish that there was a pool for our kids. Your staff was amazing. Josh was very helpful. Laundry had many issues with fuses blowing - but we got through with Josh's help. We will be back next year I hope.

I was worried that this KOA was going to be disappointing compared to the old location but it was great! Everyone who works there is so friendly and helpful. The location is quiet and beautiful.

We were there to visit lake placid area and we were very impressed with the koa facilities. We rented one of the large cabins and really enjoyed the stay. The staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. We will definitely make plans to make another visit Thank you for a very pleasant experience

Friendly and helpful staff and very clean campground and motel. We stayed in the motel this time, and found it to be clean, comfortable and convenient to Lake Placid and the Keene Valley. I would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed the area. It was great that the deluxe cabin came fully stocked with everything that we needed. The bed was comfortable. Our only complaint would be the water pressure/temperature and some of the cleanliness in the shower. Overall great stay!

It’s definitely not like the old one but it’s nice! Only complaint would be the shower/bathroom issue. If someone was showering you couldn’t use the restroom and often times that was the case. They were all occupied therefore you had to wait to use the restroom until the person is done showering.

We stayed in a deluxe cabin and it was very clean, comfortable inside, and a very nice fire area. We had excellent customer service & really enjoyed our stay. Thanks so much!

Super friendly staff, nice and clean facilities. We miss the pool and access to the river from the old KOA on Fox farm road . We have been going to the old site for over 40 years and miss it but we would definitely come back to this site.

Great location and nice, clean cabin. Not enough stuff for families to do at the campground which made us drive to other locations to enjoy our vacation. The cabin price is expensive for not much at the campground. Also, the camp store closes at 6 along with the very little arcade and jump pad at the playground. By the time we got back to the campground during the day everything was closed.

We were guests in the motel. Our room was clean, comfortable and conveniently located for our outdoor activities. The staff were helpful and friendly. I expect when the final upgrades are completed on the property we can add a couple stars.

We loved the shaded playground and location to Whiteface. Our cabin had many issues with the window screen being bent and loose screen on door. Other then that we enjoyed our stay. The staff was great and store had everything you could need.

Great place, wonder experience. Very nice campground. Constructive criticism - stop renting those carts to the kids that can't possibly be peddled on the crushed stone roadways. Also we felt really bad for the couple who had the site next to your leach field with the open trench and stinky leachate. Stop renting that site to anyone. On a positive note, the staff was great, so we're the cabins

We stayed in a deluxe cabin. It was clean, comfortable and had all the modern conveniences - even a Keurig coffeemaker! We will definitely return. Our only disappointment was that the KOA did not have a pool, as many do. All in all, a great weekend experience!

Facilities and staff were exceptional. Disappointing was the courtesy of other campers specifically chopping wood and using normal voices at 6:00am. The sites are simply too close and woke us up friday, Saturday and monday. When i left at 4:00am sunday for the race i stressed my crew move quite not to disturb others

The deluxe cabin was clean and new . In the photos online it shows a bigger cabin and a full oven and stove despite only having a cooktop. Need more than 1 key. Could use a kettle, toaster and scissors.

We have stayed at many KOA locations and we felt that this one had the least amenities. No pool. No ice cream social. No mini putt. Etc. Also, we didn’t have any BBQ tools (no flipper or tongs). We had to borrow from a neighbour. Lastly, we booked (and paid extra) to be beside friends. However the cabins we were given felt so separate. Our cabin was backing into the other one. Not worth $

Good experience with new KOA. Wifi is much stronger even sitting outside. I prefer if you could keep the microwave in the cabin. Lots of options in the game room that is good. Enjoyed our stays at Placid. With LCD tv in the cabin, no channels were working.

After a very long day of hiking, we hoped to have access to a hot shower which unfortunately was not available - the hot water lasted 20 seconds at a time, and was cold the rest. There was black mould in the corner of the bathtub, and a web with several flies caught in the corner of the bathroom. For the price, I wasn't happy with what we got.

This the 4th visit to the KOA. Second year at the new location and we were able to book and stay in the same cabin. Last summer I was pregnant and this summer I got to experience the same place with my baby with me. It’s a beautiful location that is very well maintained with appearance and cleanliness. Every year leaving is so bittersweet. I’m already looking forward to the next stay.

Great campsite. Big RV sites and lots of great tree coverage. Wifi isn't the best at back end of camp.
