The cabin was great. Few repairs needed: the kitchen sink is leaking a little and the light in the kitchen hood is not working. We mentionned it at check out, but it was not written so I'm saying it here to make sure the next guest have a perfect experience.

I used to really enjoy my annual family trip to the Wilmington KOA. I’m not a huge fan of the new location. The restrooms were not as convenient for the cabin area. I emailed and left a voicemail the day of my arrival for a request but at no point was it ever acknowledged. The new game room was rather disappointing compared to the old one, not to mention the electrical code violations and hazard

We have stayed at another KOA in the past in Wilmington NY at a previous time. That one has since closed and we became aware of this KOA. We were VERY happy that we did. From the time we checked in at the really spooky (decorated for Halloween) office, until the sad time came to depart, we loved the grounds, dog park and the wonderful dog friendly cabin that we had. We will definitely be back.

Everything was very good. Our only issue was that we bought two bags of firewood for our last night and it was green and wouldn't light. We have czmped for years and never had an issue with KOA firewood so this was both disappointing and a waster of 20 bucks.

This was my third time staying at that facility was not very happy about Wi-Fi. I prefer the old North Pole and Fox farm rd facility better. I don't think we'll be staying again until the facility has done some serious upgrades.

We’re are going to hike all 46 peaks & we have stayed at the KOA Lake Placid / Whiteface mountain 7 times now & will keep coming back!

Our Deluxe cabin with Queen/2 bunkbeds for my family of 4 was clean and new and offered everything we needed. Even a bathroom nightlight! We enjoyed the Fall leaves and crispy fresh air by the firepit. Missed the river trail location �� from when I was a kid but we ventured on a Fall hike in their woods and it was lovely. Thank you Lake Placid KOA for a relaxing, comfortable and beautiful stay.

Pros: Cabin and bathrooms were clean. Late registration easy. Cons: Difficult to navigate through camp at night. Very limited bathrooms, had to wait at times. Wish they were separate from showers. Sites are very close. Neighboring campers were walking through our site picking up fire wood.

We stayed in a newer cabin. This will be our 4th Fall here. I honestly love the older cabins, but the new will do. They are clean and come with your basics, soap, shampoo & conditioner. There is no oven, but there is a nice webers geill. The beds are as comfy as can be for camping. The staff is friendly. We love the Lake Placid area in the Fall. The colors are beautiful. The associates are friend

Fantastic!! We've never stayed at a KOA and it was a pleasant surprise ! The cabin was clean and comfortable. The dishwashing station, individual showers and trash pickup were an unexpected perk. I won't hesitate to consider a KOA in the future.

This is our second year staying in a cabin at the Whiteface Koa. The staffwas friendly and helpful, the bathrooms were always very clean and maintained. Same with the whole place in general,I didn’t see any loose trash anywhere! The cabin was very clean and had everything we could need. The store closes at 5 everyday which kind of stinks if you need something. We can’t wait for our stay next y

Site is clean, quiet and has everything you need! Sites are a little bit close to one another but since it is quiet there were no issues - 25 kms from Adirondacks Loj

We stayed in a deluxe cabin and loved it! So peaceful and quiet. The cabin had all the amenities we needed and staff as usual were very accommodating.

We were very disappointed. Did not know the location had been changed. There is no comparison with the old site. No pool, no mini golf, no evening activities. Store closes at 5:00. Our Deluxe Cabin was right on the dusty road. No privacy. Toilet was loose/unstable. Dirty towels left in the BR. No access to River. Have been coming to KOA Whiteface for over 40 years. Very expensive for value

Loved the new location--we were anxious because we loved the other site. Facilities were very clean. Our cabin was beautiful and the refrigerator was a plus! Didn't know we would have a grill so will plan to cook next time. my teenage daughters loved the Nintendo in the Game Room. Wi-Fi signal was reliable, too. Great train ride and tie-dyed shirts! Can't wait to come back next year.

I've stayed at this location twice now, 6 years apart, and the quality of the site was just as I remembered. Everything is so clean, the staff friendly, and it's the perfect getaway for those of us who like to be in nature but who don't like to 'rough it.' Plus it's nice to have the option of a/c and tv as well in case it gets too hot or it rains. Thank you KOA Whiteface!

The cabin we were in was too close to the main road with no privacy what so ever. We also miss the old Wilmington KOA which was much better than this one. Not sure if we will be back again, my family and I have been coming up for 40yrs staying at the KOA in Wilmington. Just Sad and disappointing.

Suck a beautiful ride up there and the Scenery is breathtaking, during winter and every other season....so peaceful and relaxing I love it
