Clean room, new mattresses. Nice shampoo, body wash and conditioner in bathroom. Great Adirondack feel to the room. Wish I had time to enjoy the propane fireplace outside my room.

We were pleasantly surprised at this KOA! The mountain side pull through sites were perfectly shaded but with the right amount of sun. The water pressure was excellent, sites clean, as were bathrooms. Fresh stone at each site, distance between sites was nice, dog friendly. Nice trails around the campground and friendly staff. Thank you!

The new section of the campground is very clean, neat with a great view of Whiteface Mt. The bathrooms were immaculate and large. The staff were friendly and informative. We well be returning next year!.

We were very pleased with our stay at your campground. We had a view of the river and the mountains and the site was more spacious than other KOA’s we have stayed at. Location was close to the attractions. We travel with our furry kids and the dog park is a nice amenity. Adding a water bowl to the dog park is a suggestion we’d like to make. We will definitely be making another trip here.

The sites were nice and spacious but the showers were disappointing. The showers turn off after 30 seconds which is very annoying.

We stayed on the mountain side because of the close proximity to the playground. I wish the jumping pillow was also on the mountain side as a 1/4 mile walk across the street was a bit much. Staff were friendly and the park was clean.

The cabin was clean. The bed was comfortable. It was a perfect place for our annual family reunion.

Riverside was great, new, clean and fun. Could use a little more shade here and there, but it's brand new so I get landscaping isn't all in yet. Beautiful, large RV sites and the patio sites have very nice furniture.

We stayed at Riverside. You have built a lovely new area. A playground and pocket park would be lovely but it appears you are working on this. The drawback I saw was that Riverside employees leave early so having to go to Mountainside for needs was a hassle.

Terrific place. Well maintained and pleasant staff. Our site was not level. It took some effort to level the rig. The sewer hook up was a little over a foot above site elevation wgick makes dumping a challenge.

The staff was excellent. The issues we had were with other campers. People were allowed to take over an RV site near my cabin for a family reunion. The partying went on until roughly midnight and they were very loud. Then about 5am there were babies screaming. Not the experience we were looking for at all.

We stayed at the new Riverside campgrounds and it was beautiful! We could see Whiteface Mountain from our camper. Should have reserved a patio site. Clean (spotless) bathrooms. Met many great folks from around the country (as usual!).

We arrived at 11 50 on Tuesday. If looks could kill, we would be dead . I apologized that we were early, and the response was....way early. I offered to leave and come back at 1:00. After finding out spot was open, we were allowed to check in early. Overall, your place is very nice and accommodating. Just a suggestion....rent the canoes for less than a 4 hours at a time. We will be back

I stayed in the riverside area. Looks very new. Trees were being planted while I was there. The spots were very neat and level. Very close to Whiteface mountain and just a few miles from Lake Placid

Site 96 needs a grill for the fire ring. The staff and facilities were outstanding. Can't say enough about how friendly and helpful the staff was. Picking up trash all day was a nice amenity. Glad we were able to adjust the dates of our stay

We enjoyed our stay. We upgraded our site when we got there as our original was in the middle of a bunch of other campers with no privacy. The new spot was perfect.

Was a great stay, a bit expensive but very clean and all brand new. Also, could have used some trees, it was all camping in a giant field. It was nice though being near the river and they set it up beautifully with chairs and fire pits.

Quiet time at 10 pm is too late. We listened to loud music from another campsite for most of an afternoon. Finally went to office and they handled it. Also we were asked to take down our tent because it would harm the grass. Couldn’t we have been told to move it to the gravel portion of our site?

We had an amazing 5 night stay at the Riverside RV camping site. Gorgeous area and KOS was clean and quiet. Will definitely be back. Only thing missing was a pool.

I think the cabin was a little overpriced. It was rainy day while we were there. Our room came with a heater and work very well, so we were dry and warm. We had a bunk bed and a full-size bed in our room and the mattress on the full-size bed and bottom bunk were not in good condition, they were very worn and needed to be replaced. They were not comfortable at all, but we made the best of it.

Christie and her wife (sorry cannot remember your name for the life of me) were absolutely amazing! They made the stay so much more enjoyable. Not much to do other that normal camping. The fire wood is definitely expensive 10$ for a small bundle.

The prior property was so much nicer. For the prices charged ($110+/nt) amenities are sorely lacking. No linens, hard mattresses, no furniture. Few bathroom facilities, and they are distant. We needed a main breaker replaced as our power went out, not instilling confidence. Either increase the amenities (outdoor chairs, better mattresses etc.) or lower the price for a simple "box in the woods."

Stayed at the brand-new Riverside location and loved it- the view of Whiteface and mountains is spectacular , very clean and spacious sites that are a breeze to get into , all upgraded everything including hook ups, river is great for tubing around on a hot day with more great views- beach with bands every Thursday night in season, easy to walk to Wilmington shops, historical sites, restaurants,

Fabulous staff, Christine et al! Sites are great- patio, gravel and size - plenty of room. Newness and orderliness of riverside park is apparent with many possibilities - open sites with nice access to the AuSable River. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Would certainly return if/when in the area.

We were so comfortable. Providing a common area to play games and listen to karaoke was a bonus. Thank you. The bikes were just to difficult to ride on the gravel. We loved waking up to heat in the cabin on a rainy cold morning.

I’m not a big camper, but my fiance is, so we compromised and stayed in a cabin! One of the first things I pay attention to is the customer service. From the time I made a mess up on my booking, to checking in, to checking out, I genuinely couldn’t be more happy and have no complaints. The campground was beautiful and well maintained and the cabin was immaculate. 10/10 recommend.

We enjoyed our stay of one week very much, thank you! Beautifully maintained, and we really appreciate KOA giving back to the community, as seen in the Trunk or Treat event held while we were there. We went on some fantastic hikes, BUT I wished we had more complete trail maps.
