Quiet time at 10 pm is too late. We listened to loud music from another campsite for most of an afternoon. Finally went to office and they handled it. Also we were asked to take down our tent because it would harm the grass. Couldn’t we have been told to move it to the gravel portion of our site?

We had an amazing 5 night stay at the Riverside RV camping site. Gorgeous area and KOS was clean and quiet. Will definitely be back. Only thing missing was a pool.

I think the cabin was a little overpriced. It was rainy day while we were there. Our room came with a heater and work very well, so we were dry and warm. We had a bunk bed and a full-size bed in our room and the mattress on the full-size bed and bottom bunk were not in good condition, they were very worn and needed to be replaced. They were not comfortable at all, but we made the best of it.

Christie and her wife (sorry cannot remember your name for the life of me) were absolutely amazing! They made the stay so much more enjoyable. Not much to do other that normal camping. The fire wood is definitely expensive 10$ for a small bundle.

The prior property was so much nicer. For the prices charged ($110+/nt) amenities are sorely lacking. No linens, hard mattresses, no furniture. Few bathroom facilities, and they are distant. We needed a main breaker replaced as our power went out, not instilling confidence. Either increase the amenities (outdoor chairs, better mattresses etc.) or lower the price for a simple "box in the woods."

Stayed at the brand-new Riverside location and loved it- the view of Whiteface and mountains is spectacular , very clean and spacious sites that are a breeze to get into , all upgraded everything including hook ups, river is great for tubing around on a hot day with more great views- beach with bands every Thursday night in season, easy to walk to Wilmington shops, historical sites, restaurants,

Fabulous staff, Christine et al! Sites are great- patio, gravel and size - plenty of room. Newness and orderliness of riverside park is apparent with many possibilities - open sites with nice access to the AuSable River. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Would certainly return if/when in the area.

We were so comfortable. Providing a common area to play games and listen to karaoke was a bonus. Thank you. The bikes were just to difficult to ride on the gravel. We loved waking up to heat in the cabin on a rainy cold morning.

I’m not a big camper, but my fiance is, so we compromised and stayed in a cabin! One of the first things I pay attention to is the customer service. From the time I made a mess up on my booking, to checking in, to checking out, I genuinely couldn’t be more happy and have no complaints. The campground was beautiful and well maintained and the cabin was immaculate. 10/10 recommend.

Already booked for next year. Will not camp riverside again.....to open feels like parking in open field. No wind beaks could make a fire due to wind gusts. Couldn't put awning out due to wind. Manager at riverside unfriendly. Mountain side folks amazing!

We loved our stay at the KOA. Everyone was friendly and our site was perfect. Washrooms were very clean and the property was well maintained. We will return!

I had a great site. It was very large, felt like I was in the woods, but I requested open for starlink. One side of me was a big open Athletic Field. It was perfect.

We stayed at both the mountain side and riverside sites. The riverside has a brand new bathroom which was awesome. The mountain site was also great. More in the woods and private

We had a relaxing 4 days, the park is clean, quiet, we took advantage of kayaking, enjoyed the fire pits along the river, Santa's work shop and trekked White face mountain as well as going to lake placid and Saranac lake fishing. Plenty to do thank you

Enjoyed the Deluxe Cabin...lots of room. We want to thank KOA for helping us out with our vehicle when it needed jumping. Very professional and helpful. The employees are always there when needed and we enjoyed another year at the campgrounds and the site was perfect!

Your staff was helpful but you must add handicapped parking and entry to checkin access (a ramp) to be ADA compliant. No excuse for not having this. Seniors and travelers with disabilities are not uncommon. Also, as you enter the campground there are exit signs but when driving in the other direction there are NOT. You need better exit signage.

It was a nice campground but they could put another bathhouse in for some of us that were stuck halfway in the middle of the only two… having to walk a long distance at 2am with animals in the woods was a little scary. A bathhouse around tent site 44/45 would be great.

Definitely perfect campground to explore the Whiteface Region. Kayaked the river, it was beautiful! My only dissatisfaction was bathrooms. Housekeeping didn't keep it clean because their appeared not enough staff. Then no staff after 6 pm. And only one besides one near the main office. It appeared they didn't clean as often as it should be especially during busy times. Pls sch more clean time

Love this campground. Great location, love all the trails nearby too. Our site (99) was uneven, and it could use some gravel around the campfire, but otherwise, this pavilion site is a good one otherwise!

Everything went smoothly. The staff was helpful and pleasant and we enjoyed our stay at the Cabin Deluxe. While the unit is advertised to accommodate up to 8 people, we found that it’s more ideally suited for families with children rather than a group of 8 adults. We were 5 adults and the space felt just right for us. Having 8 adults in the cabin at the same time might have felt a bit cramped

Camped in a 40 foot motorhome towing. Stayed on the riverside part of the campground. Level roomy site with great view of Whiteface mountain. Entrance is easy to miss coming from the South.

Overall it was good but the amenities were ight in comparison to your old site. I understand your still in development. The one complaint is that the hot water in teh shower was non existent and the water pressure wasn't there either

Our stay this past weekend was amazing. The only negative would be that a bunch of people that knew each other had rented the cabins next to us and we’re partying and being extremely loud until about 10:30 Saturday night. Thankfully, the lady before they left in the morning, came to apologize to us about the shouting and also said that her kids stole firewood from our campsite so she returned it

New bathrooms are amazing and very secure. I feel safe showering with a full door that locks and love how the toilet is in the same room which makes it easier when you’re traveling with small kids who need help

Beautiful scenery and the staff parked in back and side of us were very friendly. We know it is new so in time things will become more established. I am hoping that a section for swimming will be parceled out in the water . Overall, we will come again. Thank you

We camped in an RV during the Lake Placid Iron Man. We camped across the street at the campground area located near the stream/river. It's a beautiful location. Star gazing is amazing. Lake Placid proper is about twenty minutes away, this is actually in Wilmington NY. But, it's a cool place. There's a store/gas station around the corner that makes awesome sandwiches.
