Check in terrible-dog crap-ask for shade got sun-bathrooms disgusting, atrocious. Water all over floors, bugs floating in dirty showers , floors cracked terrible, reservations 3 nights, Staff took all our stuff after we went site seeing, had 2 days left., camper mgr was very disrespectful,but did bring stuff back, $25 to check in 2 hours early, after 8 hour drive. Not good. Pool was poor.

Loved the view, the staff were always smiling and helpful, the kid splash pool was clean. Bring mosquito spray as the beautiful lake is a breeding ground. Already booked a return visit.

Rude staff. Rushed check in process. Trash was not picked up and overflowing in many places. The pool expansion is awful and no chairs to sit in. Filthy shower houses. So crammed with sites, my $600 pad didn’t even have a lake view. I couldn’t open my awning if I wanted a fire because the fire pits were on the pad. It’s really poor management that’s caused this campground to decline.

Jeffrey at the pool during the day is not very polite. He is not doing the facility any justice for customer service. We were not given arm bands by the late night check in So when myself and my 7 yr old son went to the pool he stopped us and was not very nice. I told him we we not given arm bands by the late night he said that wasn't he problem and we cld not come in. I then called the front

It was a nice clean place to stay and had some things to do for the kids, a lot of amenities but not our style. We didn’t have any grass and just sat out on a concrete slab…. So even though we appreciated the helpful staff and amenities we prefer grassier laid back campgrounds. Kids LOVED the bouncing obstacle on the lake!

Late arrive Wednesday night(7:00) no signage for late arrival info. Site on lake, good view. Fished and able catch good quantity and quality fish from bank. Tried the new gem mine, kids liked it, too pricey, lower price sell more bags to family to let search last longer.

Overall a great place to stay. Some store hours are inconvenient with not opening until 11:00am. Restrooms were not cleaned very well for the weekend, but they were still usable. We booked for 4th of July and we’re looking forward to it.

Lot of things for adults and kids to do. Sites are well cleaned. I never had to use the bathroom, but I understand very well maintained. Enjoyed the geese flying over the lake in the morning, and late evening. Susan

The staff is extremely friendly and went above and beyond to help us out when we had issues with our truck and camper. The campground is clean and beautiful, the site itself was set up with a new concrete pad, new table and chairs and a rocking bench. There are lots of things for kids to do if you have little ones. The view of the lake is also gorgeous. We will definitely return here!

We booked it on line. We told the we had slides and it was 46 feet. We get there and the put us in a space for a 30 ft We we told them we paid for a premier spot and that is what we want the manager told me we next time you need to call not book on line I said we don’t fit and the people beside us can’t get in. She said oh they will park somewhere else.

We walked in on Thursday and asked if there was space the following Sunday thru Thursday. We made our reservation and pulled in Sunday. It was the perfect spot with a beautiful view of the Lake. The camp ground was very clean and lots to do. Every staff person we met was very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Our stay was soo good we made another reservation for September

From the time we pulled in until we left the whole staff from check in staff, store clerks and maintenance personnel were all AWESOME!!! First time I have been to a campground that will come around every morning and dump your tanks for free if you dont have sewer hook up. The grounds were clean and maintained. We will def be returning.

The Sites are beautiful, lots of amenities, the staff we encountered was great. I think the price has continued to increase over the last 2 years which will probably hinder our ability to continue staying there.

Positives first. Campground is beautiful and the two young men on golf cart were very nice and charming On the negative the front desk person was not nice and had no personality and rude. We showed up a little early because when you are passing thru you never know how traffic will be or if you get lost so we get up early (we had a 6 hr drive) No one was on our site but she still had us wait

Very unhappy with the site the staff tried to assign to me. The fire pit was so close to my camper that the slide out would have been over the fire pit. Then it was a chore to get a new site at a mostly empty campground. This is all after I specifically asked at check in in my site was adequate for my 40’ camper. Very poor customer service.

We arrived a little early, needed to shorten our stay, & wanted to upgrade our site. Though we loved our site, it would have been helpful to see a map to view the options that were available. The clerk at the check-in was trying to described them to us while sitting 20' away from us. Prizer Point is huge! Many great pull through sites available. Some of them looked brand new! We'll visit again!

We absolutely love this camp ground very relaxing friendly staff gorgeous view of the lake it is by far the nicest camp ground in the area. We are booked for 2 more times to visit this year.

Prices high. Kids activities were down. Camp site was dirty. Rented boat. Wasn’t offered half day paid full day. Boat had beer cans, caps, mud all over it. We have camped many times here and always loved it. Invited friends and by far the worst experience ever. Jump pillow was down Friday. Very poor service. Can’t believe the experience this time.

These sites are excellent, however i do have a suggestion. A small privacy fence maybe 3 ft. high covering the sewer area from the site behind would be great. David

The guy who helped us check in and showed us our spot knew literally nothing about camping or campers. There’s no gas stations or stores within 25 minutes of the campground. The lake is pretty but the food at the Pier restaurant was awful. We paid $70 for our family to eat and it was mostly inedible. I asked to have a late checkout for Mother’s Day and they said it would be an extra $20 for tw

We had a wonderful time at Prizer Point! We booked our stay at the last minute when another location mixed up dates and lost our reservation. We weren't sure how this would work out, having never stayed in a cabin at Prizer Point, but it couldn't have been better. The rooms and the cabin were clean and worked well for what we wanted. Granted it is not a new 5 star hotel city experience, but for a campground cabin we felt it was very nice. (Some of the reviews I read beforehand had me a bit scared.) In late October, the camp restaurant was not open (other than for Pizza), so we ventured out to Cadiz, Eddyville, and Grand Rivers for food we didn't cook. We did use the provided grill (which was clean) and enjoyed the covered porch and swing. Two trash barrels close to the front of our unit were very convenient. We stayed in one of the Condo's that could hold up to 12 people, with just 4 of us. We would book it again in a heartbeat!
