Due to COVID-19, we found it necessary to implement a $100 housekeeping deposit on our lodging units. This deposit is to ensure both your safety and ours. The deposit is not charged until your arrival, on a credit card, and will be refunded if you follow these guidelines. 
As you are leaving the unit to check out, we ask that you take all trash/food out and throw it away in our bins outside, wash any dishes that were used and put them away, hang all towels up in the unit so they can dry, and turn the air conditioning or heat off.
At the end, return the key to the check in area or the mailbox at late night check in. Any key not found is a $25 charge.
We wish you a safe trip back home!
No contact is needed and our employees will not enter your unit until your stay is over. The housekeepers will enter to clean the unit and the $100 housekeeping deposit will be refunded upon compliance of these guidelines. 

Because of COVID-19 we are not permitted to do any towel exchanges so if you are interested in using the pool and floating waterpark, please bring beach towels. If you believe you might desire more towels than what your accommodation is stocked with, bring bath towels or we can direct you to the laundry mats on site!

Lodging: If you cancel 14 days before your arrival, there is a $10 cancellation fee. If you are calling within the 14 days of your arrival, you will only be refunded 50% of whatever days we re-rent of your cabin rental. If you cancel one or more days of your reservation, and it is 14 days before your arrival, there is still a $10 cancellation fee; then the rest will be refunded to your card—NO CANCELLATIONS ON HOLIDAYS or GS Fees.

Campsites: If you cancel 48hrs before your arrival, there is a $10 cancellation fee. If you cancel 48hrs or less, there is NO Refund. -NO CANCELLATIONS ON HOLIDAYS or GS Fees.

Golf Carts and Boats: NO CANCELLATIONS ON BOATS. Unless it has rained 4 hours straight into your rental time or if there is a Lake Advisory. Things to know: Golf Carts, Boat Slips, Guaranteed sites, and Pet Fees are NOT refundable.

Early departures are NOT refundable. If you move your reservation (this goes for all rentals) from one date to another, and there are lower charges, you will not get a refund. If the charges are higher, you will be required to pay the difference.

Please note that generators are not permitted on the campground.

Golf carts, motorbikes, bicycles and skateboards - All of the these must be kept on paved roads only. They are to be operated between 8:00 am and dusk only. Aimless buzzing of campsites will not be permitted. A 5 mph speed limit will be enforced. 5 mph for all vehicles in the park.
All golf carts must be electric. NO GAS CARTS are allowed. All drivers MUST HAVE A VALID LICENSE. This applies to all personal and rental golf carts. NO EXCEPTIONS.
At check in Golf carts will be inspected and you may purchase a sticker after signing the Golf Cart agreement. NO EXCEPTIONS.

BOATS AND GOLF CARTS
Boat and Golf cart reservations are non-refundable. Boat and Golf Cart reservations that are made a year in advance will require a 50% payment of the total charge. The remaining balance will MUST be paid 30 days prior to arrival. Boat and Golf Cart reservations made March to November will require 100% payment on the unit. Your reservation will be released (with no refund) if you have not arrived or contacted us by 10:00 am on the date of your planned arrival. Please contact us to let us know if there is a conflict in your arrival. We will re-rent the boat or golf cart for the day. The only refund exception for boat rentals would be if; there is a lake advisory or if it consistently rains for 4 or more hours during the rental period. Half-day rental reservations will ONLY be available for the morning. Afternoon rentals are only available on current day on a, first come first serve basis beginning at 11 AM. NO EXCEPTIONS. If you are arriving for your reservation you are still due back at 1PM.

BOAT SLIPS
Boat slips reservations are non-refundable. Boat slip reservations that are made a year in advance will require a 50% down payment of the total charge. The remaining balance MUST be paid 30 days prior to arrival. Boat slip reservations made March to November will require 100% payment on the unit. Unless you contact us to make arrangements for later arrival; By 3 PM we will re-rent the boat slip, with NO REFUND. PRIME SEASON Our prime season dates are June 10 to August 10. During our prime season we will allow a 14-day cancelation or modification to your reservation on the following terms. There will be a 10% charge of the complete reservation amount if you move your date or cancel.

PRIME SEASON is June 10- August 10. v Cancelations that occur 14 days or less will ONLY receive a refund for the actual days re-rented. That is 50% of the daily charge. Things to know Guaranteed site or fees are NOT refundable. All camping must be paid in full. Early departures are NOT refundable. If you make a reservation and you cancel a day of the reservation made you will be required to pay for the day you canceled at a 50% charge unless it is re-rented. If you move your reservation from a weekend, and there are lesser charges you will not get a refund. If there are more charges you will be required to pay those.

All pets are the responsibility of their owners and must be kept on a leash and never left alone. Pets are not permitted in swimming pool, recreation building or restaurant. Pets must be cleaned up after. $50 pet fee for Cabins for the first pet and $25 for any additional pets.

Quiet time is 10:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m.

We hold our guests responsible for each and every day of their reservation. If you arrive late or depart early, we must charge for day reserved. We will guarantee you a particular type of campsite, or lodging unit. However, for a $20 fee we will guarantee a specific site. Reservations are paid in full at the time of booking. Cancelation policies apply.

A 50% deposit is required for all lodging made 1 year in advance . Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. All other reservations which must be paid in full at time the reservation is made. NO refunds on Holidays or on Golf Carts and on Boats. See Cancelation Policy for more information.
