Half the amenities weren't open, they handed out a paper dated for events during mother's day weekend and then when we called down to see when the movie was they said not until memorial day...

We stayed in the newer part of the campground. Yet the laundry room smelled of mildew and the dog waste receptacles we're not emptied regularly, nor we're there any bags supplied for dog waste. Many parts of the park were roped off, including the piers to access the lake, and also picnic areas. Lots of poison ivy growing in the grassy areas.

Very expensive for a lake view, esp. on weekend with 90% vacancy. Closed down main bath facility. Reservation lady did not seem to honor KOA reward points...also did not inform of $20 charge to have same site as last year. No regular coffee in restaurant available. Lady working store not friendly. Majority of items in store not priced. Found out about noisy jet ski races upon arrival. Maybe6

The site was great as we had a great view of the river. The only down was it took 20 plus minutes to check in as there was only one person who was handling the phones and check ins. We also had to wait 20 minutes for someone to guide us to our site. The person behind us was directed to their site right away and I had to go back in and ask when we would have someone guide us.

We stayed from the 29th to the 3rd of May and we had a wonderful time period. The pool was nice and warm kids had a good time. They always liked the jumpy pillow and the staff is always courteous

We really enjoyed our stay. We did have trouble with the cable and the wifi. Other campers said they also had the same problem.

Beautiful camp. Unfortunately we had trouble finding check in and our grass was long on the site . Did not like the 3pm check in for an rv. You have to.pay 25 dollars if you arrive within 2hours of check in. Cable TV didn't work first night.

Our stay was pretty good! We loved the grounds! The only NEGATIVE thing I would say is the Wi-Fi or cable does not work more then about 15 mins each morning. I did call about this situation twice and they did not seem concerned and said try it again they had issues with the Wi-Fi occasionally. Other then that it was great!!

The only acceptable sites are the most expensive. They were accommodating when I asked to change from what was a horrible site. They are not contactable once they lead you to your site. tried calling several times over numerous days. Friday night was the worst LOUD music from sites below us and drunks being loud . No answer when calling the emergency number. Lose dogs so I couldn't even walk.

Our stay was great. Kids loved the pillow and pool. I will say that most of the staff wasn't that friendly. With the exception of the restaurant. The young man was super nice and helpful and the woman who was training in the register was really funny and personable. I will say that the amenities were well taken care of, but the golf cart rental was a bit much. It was almost a nights stay.

We had a wonderful stay. Superb campground. Love the whole grounds and all you offer. Wish there had been a cover on our porch because we couldn’t sit outside in the rain. Dog park could use some cleaning up/mowing. The house right by the bouncy has a lot of junk piled up on porch and all around it. Would look much nicer cleaned up. Overall superb !!!! We will be back.

Positives- Staff were super friendly and super helpful. Especially Chloe in the restaurant. I loved how much there was to do, how clean it was, wifi availability, and overall atmosphere One negative- I found a cockroach in my cabin which made me question the cleanliness just a little bit

Beautiful and well kept campground! We stayed in a chalet due to our RV being in for repair. Very efficient and clean accommodations with a great view of the lake! Very friendly staff! We will return soon with our RV in tow! We highly recommend this campground!

This was our second stay on Superior Loop. Love that particular area! So quiet and peaceful as well as convenient to restaurant and pool. We will definitely be back! Thanks for the friendliness and hospitality!

Very nice resort. We arrived 2 hours before check in off season and on a week day when the occupancy was VERY low and disappointingly we weren’t allowed to set up without paying a $25. early fee. However, 30 minutes later while we waited they retracted and let us on. The pads were not cleared of fallen branches and leaves. Some sites had fire pits that weren’t cleaned out.

Camp grounds is immaculate and the staff is amazing. Bathrooms are clean. They have two playground, swimming pool and paddleboats. Spacious and level sites, Good fishing and great views. We will be back.

Great place! Only complaint I can make is the site we had didn’t have space for a picnic table. Also, the leaf covered rocks surrounding the pad are a hazard. I had trouble walking over them due to the instability/unknown footing

Awesome staff, very friendly and helpful. Nice bath houses. Rental equipment was nice and clean. Only gripe was pools and amenities were all down except for the jumping pillow so the kids were disappointed but overall a good time.

I enjoyed the cleanliness of the campground, the wide array of activities, and the views of the water. I wish the attractions would have been open for longer each day, and I think the restaurant could be improved with menu offerings and dependable hours. Other than that, we had a great time!

We had a wonderful time at Prizer Point! We booked our stay at the last minute when another location mixed up dates and lost our reservation. We weren't sure how this would work out, having never stayed in a cabin at Prizer Point, but it couldn't have been better. The rooms and the cabin were clean and worked well for what we wanted. Granted it is not a new 5 star hotel city experience, but for a campground cabin we felt it was very nice. (Some of the reviews I read beforehand had me a bit scared.) In late October, the camp restaurant was not open (other than for Pizza), so we ventured out to Cadiz, Eddyville, and Grand Rivers for food we didn't cook. We did use the provided grill (which was clean) and enjoyed the covered porch and swing. Two trash barrels close to the front of our unit were very convenient. We stayed in one of the Condo's that could hold up to 12 people, with just 4 of us. We would book it again in a heartbeat!
