We came to stay celebrating our 15th anniversary, we booked our trip way ahead of time, we booked the deluxe River side camp site with power. We arrived at 6 Friday and got to our site and some one was in our site. The worker would not make him move out of our site. We ended up having to settle for a site with NO POWER! Which means we couldn't blow our Air mattress up or make coffee. Upsetting.

The campsite was beautiful. It was clean. All of the nature surrounding the park were breathtaking. My girlfriend and my mom stayed with me and they both couldn't stop raving on the park or the surrounding areas.

Nice campground, has some issues that need to be addressed. 1. No cable tv and WIFI is too erratic to stream. Most sites are in the trees so satellite connection is iffy. 2. WIFI was erratic. 3. Half of the washers and driers were out of order. Not something the campground can do anything about but you should beware of is poor cell service.

We really enjoyed our weekend camping getaway. We had beautiful fall weather which made the experience that much more enjoyable. Highlights include spending time at The Garden, listening to live music and enjoying adult beverages, food and ice cream! The properly was meticulously maintained. We will be back!

Nice stay compared to some other times we were there. Food truck was good but $14 for a burger with no fries? There was also some people next to us who did not think their dog needed to be leased at anytime. If mine needs and everyone else's dog needs one what makes them think theirs did not?

Very nice campgrounds. The staff were very friendly, Harold especially. We loved our stay. The cabin was great. I would definitely recommend!!!

It would be nice if you would provide check out instructions. All staff that we worked with were very helpful and friendly. Also may be a good idea to put a sluicing station down in the mine. We spent more time at Ace because of that. Thanks

Solar 1 was fabulous, with the following suggestions: - The beds are as bad as you can get. The master had a box spring on top of another box spring. - The addition of a microwave and even ice cube trays would be a good addition. - Please label the switches. There we so many light switches and no idea where any of them went to. - Lets get the TV's working, come on now.

We had a nice site backed in to the brook. It was quiet and felt private but might have been a little close if the sites next to us were occupied. We really enjoyed the Garden area. We thought it was unique. The campground was suprisingly quiet despite being close to the road.

We arrived after dark and the office was closed. Getting a key to our cabin was easy. The cabin was clean and came with some unexpected bonus items. The map to the cabin was easy to follow. Our overnight Stay was great. We had a river edge cabin which was great when the sun rose.

We were very disappointed when told there was no cable. The KOA book states that there is cable at the campground. It wasn’t after checking in we were told no cable.

Beautiful location in the river. However, need some serious work in the Arab spots. Ours was a muddy mess. Needs gravel!

Had a great time! Cabin was clean and cozy. The bathrooms by our cabin were clean and nice. The only reason for a 4 star was for the other bathrooms, especially the one by the pavilion, it had clogged toilets and wasn’t clean. The prices continue to go up every year. Otherwise it was a relaxing weekend. The creek is always nice and relaxing to listen to. The mines were nice also. Be back next ye

We only planned to stay for an overnight but wish we could have stayed longer. It's really not far off I-90 and made for a nice one stay. Very nice location by creek with lots of trees. Staff was very friendly and kept the park clean and looking very good.

Solar Lodge 3 - cabin was nice. air conditioners didn't work very well. Fridge/freezer too small. Grill was all rusted, maintenance swapped it out for me. Check in efficient. New garden behind the store was awesome. LIve music was great. Pool was dirty. Love the tubing and mining.

The good: deluxe tent sites, great staff, Saturday live music, kids’ activities The not-so-good: a pervasive small of kerosene or some other fuel was noticeable all weekend near the solar lodges and deluxe tent sites, super smoky, smoldering fire (wet wood?) at the s’more pit blew into my tent all night long, poison ivy all around tent site 97

A large campground, many sites and cabins-some a river to float, this KOA has beautiful grounds. Across the street from gem mining which was a fun activity; the mining costs in addition to the pricey site costs. Saturday night concert was nice, and the pool and camp store were also good. Food trucks on site were also helpful, and thankful for member appreciation weekend to offset costs 1 night!

We had a great time. Staff is super friendly. We go yearly to this location, sometimes multiple times a year and we love it here. We have stayed in tents, cabins with no bathrooms, birds of paradise cabin, astronomer's cabin, mine cabins, and this time the tree house. The location never disappoints with the river tubing, pool, mining, disc golf, and other activities. Can't say enough good things.

Prior to arrival we would be on site 65. We had family and friends that were to be on site 68 and 69, one has to cancel. The front desk told us we were moved to 68, which was a pull in. We have a tow behind camper, can’t pull in, river front site. All weekend 65 was empty. Our friends had to move their spot to help accommodate, after we were offered a smaller spot without a patio. Desk= No Help

No TV cable and nowhere in our paperwork did it say that a Roku was needed. Had to borrow one from the office. Women's bathroom in the office building needed cleaning. Bugs, dirt, leaves, toilet paper all over. Prices are high, too.

This a first time for all of us and was different. I had fun even though the rain had to remind us that we're powerless when nature brings the rain. Several diamonds were found including several decent sized ones. Prices in the shop were a bit steep for my budget but the little experience I've had with Crystals kinda shows what we all know...quality is not cheap. I do wish I had brought a few larger rocks back as I now have the means to cut into them. I did grab a few that should look nice after a session in the rock tumbler.

We camped here last weekend for their season opening. The staff was so very nice at both the Campgrounds and the Mines. Everyone we met was just absolutely just the most friendly and welcoming that we had an amazing time and immediately rebooked to come back when it's a tiny bit warmer. Despite having a rainy and cold weekend, the view of the creek was lovely and my kids had a ton of fun at the mines and my little guy loved the playground.

We love this campground and the diamond mines. The staff here are so nice. The new RV sites are my favorite.
