Did not like that you had to whisper after 10p.m. However it was a nice campsite and the diamond mining was great.

We asked both at reserving and again at check in for a full hook up out of the trees site so our Starlink satellite could provide internet for working, we were put in the trees in a mud hole with no sewer while the full hook up open spots remained empty. "once you get set up let us know if you have a problem" was the response I got, are you kidding me!

We had a wonderful time camping and glamming. The facilities were clean and well kept, especially the friendly and helpful staff made us feel welcome. This trip was my third time staying here, and still enjoying it.

Staff were super friendly, and they still had activities for kids after Labor Day.

We went tubing in September , the water current was fast but fun. We did go up to the mine but were not lucky to find any Herkimer diamonds.

This was our second stay we love it at your campground and diamond mine. Our only complaint was when we booked the astrology lodge we were told the telescope may need calibrating and if it wasn’t working someone would help and no one knew what to do we brought my in laws on our first family vacations and rented this in hopes of using the telescope with no luck or help, kind of a waste of 600+$

This is the 1st time I've ever stayed at a KOA. My kids had a great time. The staff was great. Kendall was super nice.

We stayed in cabin D4. It was very clean and well equipped. My only suggestion is to provide two more movable chairs by the fire pit.

Everything was absolutely amazing from the second we arrived. The staff was so nice & knowledgeable. The cabins were absolutely perfect for our stay! We cannot wait to come back as soon as we can!

Very nice campground. Well kept and maintained. We had a creekside site which was very nice. Pool was open after Labor Day, which was a welcome surprise on this 80°+ fall weekend! West Canada Creek adds a nice touch to the entire campground. If you want to float the creek, bring your own tubes because they are REALLY expensive to buy on site! Dump station is on an uphill, impossible to fully dump

We enjoyed our stay. Employees very friendly and easy to do business with. Rented a cabin. Cabin and Park was very clean and neat.

Nice KOA in great condition. Lots of amenities (but didn’t use most). Very loud on the weekend, but quiet during the week. The tubing area was nice and atypical of other KOAs that we have been to. We stayed in our 45 ft. fifth wheel. There were low hanging branches on the entry road to the park and in our site. Too expensive and therefore probably won’t return, but a very nice park otherwise.

This was the first time my wife and I stayed at a campground. It was just beautiful. Friendly staff, clean facilities. Just perfect. Later in the week we stayed at two other campgrounds, and neither could hold a candle to Herkimer.

everything is great except your internet, which is horrible! HORRIBLE!!!! it affects phones and TVs. You should do something about it.

Only gave it 4 out of 5 stars because I think there should be signs posted about walking through campsites. We had people of all ages going through our site all day long. Even when we were sitting right outside. I just find it rude

The campground is great, layout is nice with lots of activities for kids. Only issue we had was with the dumping station for the camper. It is a poor layout on a side hill. Dumping stations should always be on flat ground and the pipe going into the ground should have a flare on it so that your drain tube from the camper actually fits in it. The disc golf course could use some work.

Super tight sites, everything is a money grab. Site 121 is basically all hill so young kids can barley walk on it. No room for an outdoor rug. Fire wood sold in store is cheap and does nothing but smolder. Fire pits are a pain in the butt. Bathroom showers are nasty. I would not recommend this campground.

Only stayed one night, so we didn't have time to experience any of the activities or amenities. Appreciated the golf cart escort to our site. Site was easy to back into and worked well for us, although the neighboring sites were closer than I would like. Campground had a nice, family vibe to it and the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful.

Absolutely perfect! We loved every moment we spent there. It is such a clean and beautiful KOA! The young event lady (Kendall) was incredibly sweet and full of fabulous and useful information.

I emailed directly. Everything was fantastic except the shower. I was told you are aware and making changes. Food was amazing!! Loved the Glamping Cabin. Right on the creek. Every employee I had an encounter with was very friendly. Thanks for hosting.

Had a great time looking for Herkimers! Very fun and as easy or hard as you want it to be. Super kid friendly. They will rent you hammers but you can bring your own. Gloves and goggles recommend. It can be pretty dirty work. Bring water bottles!
