Grounds were great, staff was very friendly and helpful. The only issue is the quiet hours are not enforced. I feel when we check in staff needs to remind campers of the quiet hours. Also remind those with diesel trucks to be respectful of others and not let them idles for extended periods of time.

Herkimer Diamond KOA is very clean with beautiful views, has plenty of room, great privacy and the staff is great.

it was a great stay. camped next to the river, hit some rocks with hammers across the street and grilled some great food.

Overpriced, outdated bath facilities, poor linens, uncomfortable beds. Nice fire pit and grills. Mine is a joke and worst fee dig site to get something from. Complete waste of time.

Had a great overnight stay! Wish we had more days that we could have stayed to take part in the area’s activities.

We had a great stay, staff was wonderful, cabin was warm and cozy. They went above and beyond to be helpful. Great place to stay!

We wanted to do the Crystal Leaves activity on Columbus weekend and were told, "OH that happened earlier." We were never told the change in time, just that the "owner" scheduled a birthday party in that time slot. Why didn't someone come to the campsites and let us know. THIS IS POOR MANAGEMENT AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

The facilities are nice. Playgrounds/vball courts and a shop on site. Had a site right in the creek. The sites are just way to close together for our preferences

Great location. Beautiful fall foliage. Good sized site, lots of activities. Lawn desperately needed mowing. It was so high we wore boots all weekend to stay dry. Way overpriced. When we asked why the price went up so much we were told the campground wasn’t up to standard and the owners needed money for improvements. Not worth $358 for 3 nights.

This was our 2nd stay and it was perfect again! All staff is so friendly and goes above and beyond. The grounds are clean and the restrooms some of the cleanest!

Everything was good except your wifi sucked. We were literally in eyesite of the office but could only get Wifi for my kids devices and my phone if sitting in the playground ( they use them after dark) otherwise, everything was good!

Worst RV campsite we have encountered in the 10 years of being on the road. The biggest problem were the bathrooms/showers. No heat, not clean, showers so small & over all it was just unsanitary.

My only complaint about this campground is that the main dump station when leaving is on a pretty decent incline. This causes the tanks to not completely empty because the trailer is on such a steep pitch. It would be best to situate a dump station on a section of level ground.

The setting was the most beautiful…right on a crystal, clear rushing river. The staff was friendly. The cabin clean. The sofa was pretty old and saggy though. But highly recommend this place.

Beautiful campground and location! I love that they have a restaurant on site. Walking distance to the diamond mines. Beautiful creek with waterfront sites. Two good-sized playgrounds, great camp store, friendly staff. One of the nicest ones I’ve stayed at yet!

Have stayed there for the past ten years never coming back as next year's weekend daily rate is $149.00 per night is outrageous. Gravel spaces you have to be kidding

We came in after dark from a long day of driving. Being exhausted my husband had a hard time backing the camper into the lot assigned to us. Everyone working that night was so helpful and gave us a pull through at no extra cost. We didn’t even unhook the camper as we were so tired and just wanted to sleep and leaving early in the morning to continue our drive. I would have loved to stay longer!!

The showers were very dirty and moldy, the Women’s showers up towards the cabins were very low pressure as well. We went from the office bathrooms all of the way to those just because they were cleaner but yet we had no pressure. We ended up putting duct tape on part of the head to plug up half of the head to create more pressure.

Had a great time looking for Herkimers! Very fun and as easy or hard as you want it to be. Super kid friendly. They will rent you hammers but you can bring your own. Gloves and goggles recommend. It can be pretty dirty work. Bring water bottles!
