Cabin was not what was pictured website. Very deceiving. Canine had bugs and rat traps all around it. People not very friendly.

I had a good time in the campground. The shower/restroom building was very clean. There is a great staff at this KOA. There is a lot there for families. I know I help pay for all that extra and really don't benefit from it but it is safer for me to be in a KOA campground. I wish the highway was not so close for that makes it rather noisy. My car broke down while there so that was bad.

1st time since we been staying in deluxe cabin, we saw damage from other campers. I tried to take pictures and showed to staff as I do not want to get charged. Otherwise everything was GREAT! We already reserved our cabin for next year

We were in town for the Chequamegon 40 MTB race. Campground was great... Spaghetti dinner for racers and support folks was amazing... Thank you!

We were told that we could get from KOA to town on an ATV trail but when we tried they said that trail has been closed for two years. So you just wanted are money and didn’t care about us.

Great KOA, arrived late and left before they opened but I'm sure the folks are friendly - they were last time I stayed there. Cabin was clean and quiet and bathrooms and showers were nice and clean. I'll stay there next trip for sure - next trip I'm leaving earlier in the day so don't arrive late!

Area we were in , very close to highway, only had 1 shower. Was not up to know standards. Guess it is used by pool users.

This campground was almost full due to an annual mountain bike event. I want to commend the cleaning crew! The bathrooms were spotless every time I went in. The laundry room was equally as clean.

We were packed like sardines. No change machine in the laundry and the arcade was closed so had to go to town for change. Stayed 2 nights and got charged for 3. Staff didn’t even say hello when I said hello to them. Not impressed at all.

This is one of our favorite campgrounds and we love camping in the pines. We initially had a problem with the water hookup. The host promptly fixed the issue and the stay was trouble free after that.

Checking in was quick and staff was friendly. All the amenities were decent. They have lot's of fun things to do for kids and adults. Pool was great with a big waterslide. We stayed on the last weekend for the season... so things were winding down. They have a little restraunt right in the campground for food & drinks icecream & such really nice. North Woods atmosphere and close to Hayward A+++

We stay at the Hayward KOA 3 to 4 times a summer, and the management and staff is great. You would never know there was a change in ownership late last year. Way to go staff, we usually always get our favorite site as well, Site 226

Sites are too close. Was not easy getting our 40' 5th wheel in and out. Overall nice park though. Should maybe space the campers every other site when not crowded.

We had a great time at the Hayward KOA…campsites were very clean, nicely spaced and easy to pull into; staff was pleasant and helpful.

The stay was good, a girlfriend of mine got a delux cabin we we were able to use her bathroom and shower. Our cabin was very small, it worked for what we needed it for (sleeping) but I did notice some bigger small cabins…Next time we will ask for one of those.

We loved all the facilities! The bathrooms were spotless. The kids loved the heated pool, mini golf, and bounce pad. Staff was friendly and accommodating. We will definitely be returning!

The grounds and facilities were very clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Great campground for families with children. Only concerns were that it is close to a highway with a lot of truck traffic and the sites were very close together.

We LOVE Hayward KOA! It's clean, with friendly and helpful staff, and there is so much to do and fun to be had, I we plan to come back every year!

We go every summer and it's one of our families favorite place to go! I've gone every year since I was a kid and now I love seeing my kids enjoy Hayward KOA. We love it here!

I come to Hayward annually to ride MTN bikes and gravel, and just recently bought an EV. Hayward is short on reliable EV charging stations, and the closest supercharger is close to 140mi away. The staff were so gracious to let me charge my car and keep me from having to wait over 24+ hrs while charging on a household 120V plug! Even though I wasn't staying at the campground. I love people who continue to pay it forward!
