The customer service was amazing-five star-perfect, the amenities were great, the bathrooms were so clean with really great showers. The campsite itself was disappointing. It felt like we were camping at the front door to the camp ground. Just a very busy spot and hard to sleep through the traffic noise beside the tent and vehicles idling beside the store while they checked in. Better for RV

My wife, our two dogs, and I stayed at the tent sites. We loved how clean, peaceful, and how close the campgrounds were to many site seeing locations. We will definitely return for another stay.

why would you build tent sites you can’t drive stakes into? if you like loud gravel parking lots you will love this place. 2 stars: one for clean bathrooms and one for not getting robbed while i slept.

This is one of the nicest KOAs Ive had the privilege to stay at. Great, clean campground, friendly service, and plenty of amenities for a great price.

I had a great experience tent camping. The bathrooms were well kept and warm. The firewood was fairly inexpensive compared to a lot of other places I stayed. Overall a very good experience!

Great camp site, Halloween activities were really fun. It's definitely on the expensive side of camping though, the wood really adds up. Additionally, the fishing pond seemed kinda dead - maybe they just weren't biting. We'll be back next year though the kids love it and the location is perfect.

The staff there are very friendly and accommodating. Facilities were clean, trash was picked up daily from your site, also I ordered pizza from the camp store that was delivered to my site. I will definitely return in the future

The WiFi was not good where we were staying and the location is out of the way from where we were going. There was no warning that the primitive sites would be decorated for Halloween and a hayride would be going through. Otherwise the workers were very nice, facility was very clean and dog park was a nice addition. We enjoyed the stay.

The staff were all so kind and helpful and just made our stay that much better. The weather was not the best but what activities that were offered and the convenience of everything made up for everything. We will be back.

We have enjoyed Harrisonburg/Shenandoah Valley KOA for several years. We appreciate that tent sites are highly maintained as well as what we observe of the rv sites. Personnel are always helpful, happy and engaging. Being a neat freak, I appreciate the bathrooms are always immaculate. We highly recommend to friends and family.

The KOA is a few miles off the interstate so it is very quiet at night. Paved road all the way to the campgrounds. The trees and terrain have the feel of a national forest. Very clean.

I am not an experienced camper; this was my first car camping experience. It was great. The KOA made the experience very easy. The campsite met specifications. The staff was exceptionally friendly. The bathroom/shower facilities were excellent and very clean. There was a nice hiking path. I would gladly stay there again.

Excellent stay. Site 38 is very large and almost level. A short walk to the very clean shower room and laundry facilities.

Great! We had 3 campsites for 4 families, and it was nice, other than the mosquitoes. The boys opted for another tent for one night of a three night stay, and the camp was quick to charge (and overcharge) us for that tent. I had to call to rectify the overcharge part. It would have been nicer to not have the charge at all, since we paid for 3 nights and only stayed for 2 nights.

We thoroughly enjoyed our Labor Day weekend trip! This campground is clean and the staff is friendly and very responsive! Our family of 5 had a nice, quiet tent site that was a close walk to the lodge and all of the amenities. We enjoyed the pool, disc golf, cornhole, giant checkers and the hiking trail! The extra activities for the holiday weekend were great! We’ll definitely be back!

We were only there one night but found it to be a really nice place. Like most campsites it was more accommodating to RVers but they had a good amount of tent sites too. One annoyance was that they only had one bathroom that was some distance away from the tent area. That being said, the bathrooms were spacious, clean, and had nice showers too. We would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was great, I can't say enough about how friendly the staff were. They were flexible with the site we wanted to select, delivered us firewood a couple times and offered us lots of goodies. I appreciate when people are nice, it makes things a million times better!

We really enjoyed our stay! We utilized one of your tent camp sites and liked where it was situated, a little tucked away from the RVs/Trailers. We didn't notice the spigot access closer to our site until we noticed the very small icon on the map. When we went to use it, the spigot was turned at a small angle and leaked so it was difficult to use. I would suggest maybe marking it at the site.

The campground is in a lovely setting. The staff/owners are very nice and very helpful. Everything was clean and in good repair. The pool is a nice size and they have some really nice playground equipment for the kids. I couldn't ask for a better place to stay!

Everyone here was very friendly. The grounds were well-kept and the signage was helpful and beautifully done! I wish I had been given a spot closer to the bathroom, though!

Only one night but they are dog friendly. They have a fenced in dog area as well as a walking area for the dogs. The campsite was shaded and almost flat.

Wonderful campground!! Bathrooms/shower houses were always clean. Several things to do with family and everyone was so friendly. We will definitely stay again!!!

This is our second time back. The new management has really impressed us and turned this place into top notch. On top of the appearance being perfect the staff was amazing. Every time we needed ice or firewood they were quick to deliver directly to our campsite. The campsite had a bunch of people working on upgrades and keeping the camp clean. We loved that they had pizza as an option for breakfast and dinner.

Campground has a homey, woodsy feel. Sites are gravel and level. Staff is very friendly.

Great campground conveniently located near Route 81 but far enough away to provide a quiet, peaceful stay. Great for a quick stop on the way or a destination itself. There is plenty to do for recreation including playground and pool. Can accommodate even the largest rigs with plenty of back-in or pull through sites. The staff are incredibly polite and helpful. They work hard to meet your every need. Terry was a delight to work with and made our stay wonderful.
